It's difficult to rate a laundromat because I've never been one that didn't have a metric crap ton of machines broken down. This laundromat is no different. It's dirty and has small folding clothes tables. There are plants everywhere and most of them I wanted to take home because they looked very sad. It's not in a location that I felt comfortable. Its very crowded and I refused to use the ATM machine in the laundromat because with the location of the laundromat I felt a bit paranoid in using it for fear of skimming. This facility is clean, has a large amount of machines in various sizes available and provides wheeling carts and folding stations. The machines have very fast operating times. Five washes and four dryers cost $19.50 (they initially put a hold on my card for more than this, which was disclosed on a sign, but it was taken away the next day). At my apartment community the charge would have been $14.75 but the laundry room is dirty, crowded and the machines are slow and often broken. The extra charges are definitely worth it to me and I definitely recommend this laundromat! read more

Safe and clean laundromat. They have washers that fit up to 8 loads of laundry at once. I used a 4 load washer for $5.50 and it took 25 minutes. I used the 4 load dryer for $1.50 for 42 minutes and it was able to dry all of my clothes so no need for 2 dryers. There were many people there using the washers and the owner continually walked around cleaning while I was there. With free wifi and stocked vending machines, I was able to finish my laundry in an hour for $7.00 - easy win read more

I went to wash 2 down jackets and 1 down sleeping bag (-20). With a waterproof shell, these bags can take a while. Machines worked well, found a pretty clean soap dispenser. It's so clean here! The couple that is always working here is so nice. The woman keeps it so organized and clean. No messing around here! But I appreciate that. I was here when a guy came in without a mask on to use the bathroom and NOT do laundry. She firmly, but respectfully, told the guy he needed to wear a mask and he couldn't use the restroom if he wasn't doing laundry. I really appreciate that she makes sure her customers are safe. I love this place. It's conveniently located a block from my house and their wash/dry/fold service is the best I've ever had. I got addicted to this service in Boston and at $.90/lb (and I usually get a discount since I'm there every week), it's so worth my time to have things done there. I assume the lady and gentleman that work there are a husband and wife, but both are really great, friendly and efficient. I've never had to wait more than 1 day to get my laundry back. The owner is friendly, they have a Wash and Fold Laundry Service though prefer to do it myself. Its pretty clean and all the washers work pretty well and the dryers get nice and hot to and are good at getting hair off your clothes. I have a roommate who sheds her hair lol. The machines accept card, which was really convenient and the coin machine breaks your bill so you're not forced to walk around with 20 dollars worth of quarters in our pocket for the rest of the day. The owner has always been very kind and the cleaning lady I hung out with the other night turned out to be the sweetest coolest lady I've ever met there. This is the only place I will go to do my laundry. It is so clean, the prices are way better than anywhere else I've been but mostly it's awesome because of Shirley! She taught me how to fold fitted sheets the first time I went and the last time I was there she stayed late so I wouldn't have to stay by myself or have to leave with wet clothes. I live in the birch and the dryer there doesn't work very well there so I walk across to use the dryers there.
