Latonya, the clerk was quite helpful. My washing machine broke so I have needed to use laundromats of late quite often. Washway Laundry is closest to me, but I checked out others since I MUST use laundromats, find the best one I'm thinking. Well, Washway is best so far in this little corner of Denver. Clean and safe. read more

Horrible. Paid for laundry service. AND DIDNT EVEN FOLD MY CLOTHES, which I paid for! Instead clothes thrown into bag (have pictures). Was warned to not go here, but wanted to give them a chance, but the owners must not care if they can't even train staff to greet customers or do their job like folding laundry when people pay for it. And standing at the counter does not signal to staff that a customer needs help, 3x now it's happened. INSTEAD told to ring a bell at the 10ft other end of the counter if we need help. Ridiculous! What's happening when throwing clothes in a bag suffices for folded laundry (a service PAID for) and when two adults standing at the counter (looking around, i.e. a non verbal that customers are trying to figure out who's the staff) doesn't warrant a greeting. I was warned to not go here. Got ripped off, will report this business. Don't waste your gas or money. read more

Worst service ever! Don't spend ur money with this company! Attendant was vulgar, belligerent and even followed me to my vehicle! Needs to be fired!! read more

"Hello there, how are you today? " These were the first words I heard as I stepped through the open door at Washway Laundry early this morning. I am now having my second excellent experience here. I must add that schlepping your unmentionables out in public to wash them in the company of strangers is no treat however I like this place so much I may keep coming even after my utility sink becomes unclogged. Let's see here there are so many pluses. 1.) The owner Julie could not have been more friendly, interested in my feedback and very very familiar with all her customers. I loved it when a regular walked in and Julie hollers "Hey Penny how are you today?"and she replied "Ornery as ever!" I love the word ornery, they seemed like old friends. 2.) The Price Is Right was on ...Who doesn't LOVE T.P.I.R. ??? 3.) There is a brand new second hand bookstore right next door !!! In my opinion, an entire building full of books with time to kill while doing laundry is a combination almost as good as peanut butter and chocolate. 4. I can do the same amount of loads there in 1 1/2 hours as I could here at home in one whole day. 5.) Chatting with Penny and Julie and listening to all the other people chatting, even if I don't speak whatever language it is was very nice. I like the feeling of healthy chats among strangers. 6.) There was a near homeless man there, very nice and also happy to chat. I just happened to have told Julie the owner about the SAME cafe and how great it was a couple minutes before.... she in turn told the man so he too could eat. Then upon hearing this another girl remembered she had an application in her car for some custodial work and went to get it for him . This was one of the most serendipitous mornings I've had in a long time. Washway is also within feet of King Soopers and a bunch of places to grab a bite of food. So you can get some other stuff done quite easily but to be honest, I like the folks and the atmosphere here so much I prefer to bring a book, OH! or my laptop ( free Wi fi ) and sit back and wash away! read more

I always do my laundry here and last night was a different ball game. I usually go early on Saturday or Sunday but had a little free time on a Tuesday night so I thought why not? A young guy was working this time and I started putting my clothes into the washer and he raised his voice telling me I can't wash my clothes. I responded with "Online it says you're open until 9:30? He explained that yes they were in fact open that late but they can't take any load passed 8:00. As we both look at the clock, it had literally just turned 8:00 within the time he was telling me I couldn't wash my clothes. THEN proceeds to tell me "I guess it's fine as long as you just wash/dry your clothes... you can't fold them here." Not going back. read more

I've been here a few times because it isn't really crowded. I've been here on the weekend and during week days. I've always been able to find a machine and get my stuff done. They have laundry materials for sale (detergents, hampers, ect) They have a few small tvs set up. There is an attendant there. It is right next to a family dollar. read more

Reporting live from this not so comfortable place... TL/DR version: 1. Machines are clean and there is wi-fi but... 2. Some machines do not have detail instruction so if you are new, good luck 3. the one and only employee is upsetting numerous customers (both speaking Korean and English) 4. Would like to get out ASAP when my laundry is done. 5. unless you know the facility well and do not need any services, seek for other options :-) Long version: Asked the female and only employee here how to use one of the largest washing machines since there's no instruction on it. Was told she has no idea because she's new and I should guess...This conversation, by the way, was held in Korean...hmmm. Then, another male Korean customer got upset with her because she was rude to him and they got into an argument. He's literally yelling saying he will never come back. Lastly, an English-only speaking customer walked in and the employee again cut the conversation short and walked away. I just want to do my laundry and get out of here. Wish the service was as nice as the facility itself. read more

Awful establishment. No one cares for these machines and smells of something putrid as soon as you walk in. Prices are not clearly displayed. Bathroom is in shambles with a sink that doesn't function. No verity as far as I'm concerned, and for as many machines as they have it should go without saying. Won't be back. read more

This laundromat is awesome. There are tons of updated washers of various sizes that are all reasonable in price. There are plenty of driers too and i have never had an issue having to wait for something to open up. There is also a lot of space for folding your dry clothes and plenty of baskets available for use. I do not even live on this side of town anymore but will drive 20 minutes because it is the best laundromat i have found yet. read more

This place is clean, they have seats and video games to keep you entertained. Plus, there is "free" wifi from nearby store. Someone is always on site which is nice and they have drop-off laundry service. read more

This is the one of the nicest laundry mats I've been to in Denver. The facility is clean and well taken care of and all of the machines seem to be in working order. read more

This was my first laundromat experience!! Was quite enjoyable I must say...easy to use and navigate.. Many different size washers and driers and availability was good too!! Wanted more people watching opportunities though!! Lol read more

This place is awful. Tried three different machines, and halfway through payment, they stopped taking quarters. EVERY TIME. Don't bother coming here. read more

I have discovered that I absolutely hate doing laundry, especially when I don't have a washer/dryer in my own home. So I disgustingly let my clothes pile up until I have an unbelievable amount to wash. Luckily, washway has a ton of large washers and dryers, so doing my huge load doesn't take so long. Or if I'm feeling especially lazy I pay the surprisingly cheap cost to have them wash/fold my clothes. They're very friendly and do an excellent job. I highly recommend coming here. read more

I had 3 huge baskets of laundry to drop off after an apartment flood/restoration left a lot of my clothes either damp, dusty or smelly. I dropped 'em off in the morning and returned that evening to find everything fresh and nicely folded. Exactly the service I hoped for. The charge was a dollar per lb, and the kind lady gave me a discount on some of the larger blankets I had. Great service... read more

Open on Easter! Thank you. Could be cleaner (floors dirty and dusty - bathrooms clean) but PLENTY of washers (different sizes) and dryers that you don't have to wait and they're very efficient. ATM ($3 fee) on site and coin dispenser that takes up to $20 bills. Also attendant so you can purchase soap and other items. News plays on the TV's. Other patrons are courteous. Bright and lit well. I'll come back. read more

it is a decent laundromat. cleaner than most, much cleaner than the one off Monaco Parkway and Iliff Avenue. most of the washing machines are in working order and the dryer work perfectly. I can get in and out in less than an hour with three loads. the one thing is frustrating is the change machine does not work well and it take an act from God to get it to work. Seriously, bring your crucifix. read more

A decent place for a quick wash and dry. I had a large (king size) comforter that I needed to wash, and it obviously wasn't going to fit in to my home machine. checked out Yelp, and since this was not too far, decided that I'd head over. I used a giant washer, which was $3.25 (and my comforter just barely fit in, but there was another size larger of machine, if i'd needed it,) and then a large dryer, which was 25 cents for 6 minutes (I ended up spending probably $2 to dry,) Much less expensive than the alternative of dropping it off at a dry cleaner to handle. The facility wasn't outstanding, but as laundromats go, it was fine - a few plastic chairs for waiting, brightly lit, appeared to be clean, and a couple video games to help the kids pass the time if necessary. The person working there was helpful and when she noticed that I was having trouble getting the door on the washer to close, she headed right over without me having to ask. All in all, a decent laundromat experience. read more

Well, thanks to the reviews of others, I chose this laundromat over others that may be a little bit closer. This place is quiet, clean and the staff very polite and helpful. Since it's even cheaper than the laundry facilities of my own apartment complex, you've got a new customer, Washway! read more

convenient location...but place is filthy...machines are dirty...and the floor was disgusting..will never return!
