Great service. Clothes are clean and well pressed. I've been a customer for 15 years!!

great price pretty good service ! I like them they've been there a long time there must be a reason?

UPDATE: from 5 star to 1. There's an extra $2.35 charge per item if they see a dog hair on anything. So my dry cleaners closed due to progress (bulldozed for condos) and I needed a new one. I never really noticed this place until I was in the parking lot across the street and saw many people coming and going in and out. The parking is awful (expect a challenge). The prices are fantastic. Yes they're closed on Mondays. We tried them out first with a couple of items (TBH the reviews from 2.5 yrs ago were concerning) it was a trial run. Holy cow they mark spots. Most dry cleaners tell you about spots AFTER they're clean. UGH. This was a pleasant surprise to have them marked before. Since our trial run I've trusted them to more items and been quite happy. They are busy. They only take cash or checks. They'll recycle your old hangers. They are fast and for a fee ever faster. The other reviews are older, things do go wrong sometimes (I've fired 5 dry cleaners in denver in 5 years) but so far this place is a win win based on price and ser read more

Cheap is expensive applies to this place. I used to work in a "quality dry cleaners" and I needed some drycleaning done. = When I got my clothes back, I immediately knew how they cut corners to give a cheap price. B-ware. read more

Very inexpensive and great service. Dropped off two pants and two sweaters for dry cleaning and got them the next day since I wasn't in any hurry. You can join their club and get items for $1.50 instead of $1.65. Two items I don't like is the inconvenient parking area and that they don't accept credit cards, only cash. read more

After being a customer for over 10 years I went to drop off some clothes this morning at the Leetsdale Rd location. I realized I had no cash with me so I simply asked if I could pay when I pick up. The gal behind the counter said the computer wouldn't accept my order without payment which is a straight up lie. I asked for the manager and explained that I had been a long time customer and if I could please just pay when I pick up tomorrow. Her response was "I don't want to do it because you will get in the habit of not paying upfront." Like I need life coaching from a manager of a dry cleaner. She then compared it to going to the store and said you can't get groceries if you don't pay. Probably the most stupid, ignorant, comparison I've ever heard. Long story short, I will never return to Continental Cleaners. They used to be a great value with great management. Clearly that has changed. There are plenty of places to take your dry cleaning where there employees appreciate their customers. It's no longer Continental!!!! read more

Edit: I should have read the reviews first, they have enough bad reviews that anyone should be extremely wary of coming to this dump. From the moment I walked in the girl at the register was totally rude I didn't see her sign initially that they take cash, she scoffed at me and told me where I could get money out of an ATM so I went and got money and when I came back she just dismissively looked at me and let her coworker begin to assist me , he brought out a lint roller and told me I needed to clean all the cat hair off of my own clothes before he would take my clothes I took my clothes out of there and I will never go back they were rude unhelpful and honestly I wouldn't trust people with attitudes like that with my clothes anyway read more

I had to bring my pants back twice for a redo because this cleaners and management will not stand by their work. Who has heard of putting creases in the seam of a pair of pants! Also, A perfectly good pair of pants came back with spots on it and Francisco the owner/manger said it was my fault because I spilled something on the pants when wearing them and only showed up after THEY cleaned them. This cleaners is cheap but it's worth going somewhere else as opposed to having your clothes ruined or making multiple trips because workers have no embraced the basics of how to iron. read more

Things Have Changed Here! I've been coming here for about 15 years, but no more for dry cleaning. Their laundry service is fine. The Dry Cleaning service stinks- literally! The last three things I picked up smelled. This included sweaters- which they keep hanging ( ruining the shoulders, and thus the sweater), over coats, and a sport jacket. They all smell! It smells like they were taken out of the machine prior to being fully dried and the chemical is still on the material- kind of a moldy smell. I complained after it kept on happening and made it clear I was a very old customer of theirs, and the 15 year old (or younger) manager tried a laundry list of silly excuses trying to blame me, even though even she admitted that inside the dry cleaners she still could smell it. I met with the manager the next day who seemed to take the matter seriously but when I picked them up on my 3rd visit, they still smelled (slightly less) and the snotty kids made it clear that it wasn't their problem. That's what happens when you run your entire customer service with children. I'm glad their working, I was at that age, but with no supervision you get unprofessional service and lost a 15 year customer! You can't treat a loyal customer this way or he'll use social media to tell others. Go elsewhere for your dry cleaning! You get what you pay for! read more

I found Continental from the back of my King Sooper's receipt. They advertised a $1.50 per item special, and let's just say I was skeptical. At Smiley's, on Colfax, I paid $10.00 for a men's suit to be cleaned. How well a job could they possibly do for a buck fifty? Not bad, it turns out! We dropped off a few items, and it only took one coupon to earn the special rate on everything (so since then we have been stockpiling coupons). There wasn't any special service, but the garments came back clean and packaged in plastic--your standard dry clean job. The low prices are also available by membership if you aren't a coupon clipper, and that's how they can offer such low rates. Plus, the place is like a warehouse; I think everyone in a 20 mile radius must bring their clothes there because I have never seen a mechanical clothing rack as big as theirs. As long as I am broke, or in the area, I will keep making the special trip to Continental. NB: The place is REALLY EASY TO MISS and kind of a pain to get to if you overshoot it. Coming from downtown Denver, slow down and be prepared to turn left into a dark brown strip mall right after S. Holly Street. read more

I like this place, I hate they don't take credit cards. But they do a great job and always very friendly staff

I've spent two weeks trying to get this cleaners to find my two lost shirts worth a total of $150+. They lost my shirts and promised to call me with a claim form. I never received a call back. Proceeded to stop by when Sandy refused to help me, offered no empathy for what I've had to go through to get reimbursed for the clothes they lost.. I still can't get reimbursed. They expected me to do all the footwork to get my money back. If you care about your clothing, don't bother coming here. read more

After 2 years of decent service they screwed up a batch of dry cleaning. The shirts came back smelling like a dirty dishrag. I gave them back for cleaning again, which they did for free, but they still came back smelly. I asked for a refund which they refused. Time to find another cleaners. read more

Destroy a new sweater and blamed me for the damage. The manager didn't care. Wow, I will never go back.

Prices are the lowest I've ever come across but customer service and quality not the best. I've brought my stuff in a few times.. even from out of stage. Unfortunately, my recent experience was no so great.. an expensive luxe white suit jacket came back with not just the original black pencil mark on the shoulder, but also with yellow streaks across the front. A couple other items came back with stains. Asked for a re-do.. the jacket yellow streaks were removed.. thank God. But the pencil marks were not. And now there's a yellow hue around the pencil marks on the shoulder.. three of the other four redo pieces retained the stains. #sad read more

I have spent thousands of dollars with this business on an average $100 a month for dry cleaning services. I go there a few months ago and a girl says she couldn't take a few pair of my pants because there were a few & i mean a few dog hairs. So i didn't turn those in... i told her that in all the years ive been a customer this never happened. So i took them back the very next month a they took them. I go in there today & the same young girl took all of my garments 40 to be exact & charged me $1.50 × 20 extra & said she charged me for each pair that had a dog hair on it... i told her im not paying $40 extra on top of the $160 & she didn't tell me beforehand.. she immediately had an attitude & started speaking negative about me in spanish to the other girls & dumped all my pants out on the counter some falling on the floor.. i told her to be careful what she says in spanish I'm not the one to play with because I speak spanish too & i know what she was saying... i asked to speak to her manager & she said he wasnt there and i asked her to call a supervisor she said no... she was rude, disrespectful and I will NEVER Recommed them or go back after 11 years going to this one Centennial Cleaners. I eventually went to another Cleaners & they took all 40 garments NO PROBLEM! They were happy to serve a loyal customer... read more

I love this place, my family and I have been coming here for over 30 years almost as long as they have been open to be honest with you. Every person in my family goes to this dry cleaners not because it's the cheapest because it's the best service that we have ever experienced, you work with the owner or the manager and if you get Gina she will take care of anything that you need! I think she's the manager but I can tell you this is a wonderful place to go! The worst part for me is that I forget to take cash and they only take cash or a check which is how they keep the prices down by not having to pay credit card charges which makes total sense, I wish I could still by an ATM and put it right inside the store I'd be a billionaire... read more

WTF!! i put my clothes for cleaning comes out more dirtier? i had my doubt wit this place with a 1.50 per clothes but it comes out dirtier?! WTF!!! and it was ripped!!! not one place but like 4 places. and the clothes my friend gave them to clean came out brown, it was a white suit!! by the way terrible customer service "we'll fix it for u" excuse me? u already messed up my clothes not once but twice! y would i gave it to them again? ummm i dunno to get it more ripped!! WTF! For the info i paid these things if it was free i wont say anything. i wasnt expecting anything because it was so cheap, but coming it back with a terrible condition then before even if they give me million dollars to come back i wont be back i could do better! this place is not cheap! i rather pay 10 dollars for a suit and get it nicely done then pay 1.50 and get it ripped and discolor it! read more

This place has definitely turned around over the last year! Service and quality of their dry cleaning is strong again. I am a loyal customer and have appreciated the good customer service of Francisco. read more

Advertise very reasonable pricing, but they "nickel and dime" for every item. I had been going here for several years. Recently, It cost more per type of item jackets and dresses. Today, they stated that as there is dog hair on my pants that's will be an additional charge per item. As if i rolled around on my pets dog bed. Don't get sucked in by the $1.75 price catch, you will only pay that if you take in an already cleaned and pressed shirt. Moving on!! read more

Best Cleaners in town. I've been coming here every week for over seven years. The staff are awesome and I've never had any problems. Not to mention it's super affordable and fast; next-day service. read more

Like S P. I too believe things have changed here. I had been going to Continental for a little over a year. Recently I dropped off clothes to have cleaned, and when I pointed out a couple of stains the girl failed to mark them like they normally do. When I came back to pick them up, the clothes still had the stains on them. Makes you wonder what they actually do there? The girl said she would reclean the clothes that were still stained. I picked up my clothes and they still were not clean. In fact, they were in worse condition than when I picked them up the first time. There was a sticky residue around the cuff. Needless to say I will not be going back here. Definitely not worth the terrible customer service and horrible attitude Continental provides... read more

I started going here because of the pricing but trust me, it is NOT worth it! They have ruined 4 clothing items because ink was in the machine and are completely unapologetic and will only give you $25 unless you have your receipt. I had a $100 year old dress they destroyed and refused to do anything about it. They also gave me a run around each time they ruined something, saying they would try to fix it and call me but then never would. Then they would tell me I had to come on a weekday between 8 and 12 to speak to the owner to get my $25 reimbursement. Don't go here!!! You shouldn't have to risk your clothes being destroyed when you bring them to a dry cleaner and here it is a BIG risk! read more

I recently moved to Denver and was searching for an affordable but consistent dry cleaners. I had read the reviews and noticed that several people mentioned black "spots" on their clothes after they picked their clothes up. To be honest, I've never had a dry cleaner leave black spots on any of my or my husband's clothes and thought that people were mistaken or wrong. Like, really - your clothes are dirtier when you pick them up? Let me tell you, I was completely wrong and the other people were right. They RUINED several shirts because they had NUMEROUS black spots on them. It just isn't worth it to have your clothes irreparably damaged. Not worth it. Stay away!!! read more

I brought a relatively pricey Eileen Fisher sweater coat to this place for cleaning & picked it up today. It is absolutely RUINED. They shrunk it horribly & stretched out the edges so now they're all warped and wavy! It looks AWFUL. After reading the yelp reviews of this terrible place, I hold out little hope for any kind of decent compensation for my $175 coat. Word to the wise: DON'T USE CONTINENTAL CLEANERS!! You get what you pay for! read more

This place is still amazing a great deal compared to all other competitors in Denver

This store does a great job in getting stains out of clothing. Just put in a brown favorite sweater with two questionable stains on the front and darn if they did not get them out! Kudos to continental Drycleaners! My favorite Drycleaner in Aurora or Denver! read more

Do not trust Continental Cleaners with your nice clothes. They ruined three nice work blouses and expected me to bring receipts in order to get reimbursed.... who keeps their receipts for all of their clothes!??!!! read more

Take care if you go to the one at Belleview and Wadsworth. They ruined a linen raincoat of mine, then said it wasn't their fault because the coat was old (is eight years too old to send a linen coat to a dry cleaners?). They punched large holes in both arms of the coat and stained the back of it. They gave us nothing for the coat and wouldn't even refund the cost of the dry cleaning, which was all we asked for. Is it just me, or is customer service going by the wayside these days? We've been customers at this dry cleaners for over 15 years and one of the women working there laughed when I asked if this was worth losing a customer over. Shame on them! read more

I've been going to this store for over 6 years and I just love the service and the value that this dry cleaner has to offer. The staff is friendly and the manager, Francisco, has the abilities to remove many of my stains. I was using another drycleaner, but I was always complaining about the charges and service and then I found Continental on Leetsdale. I have never had any problems there! Great value, extremely low charges and I save money using them. read more

I wouldn't be surprised if someday my clothes come back damaged or with the little black spots that a reviewer mentioned... but I've had really good luck here. At a typical dry cleaner, my drop offs usually cost about $120 (I wait and let my hamper really pile up). At Continental, my ticket prices are usually in the $30s. It sincerely is the best deal in town--regardless of price or service. I sometimes cannot believe how cheap it is. That said, I really wouldn't be surprised to have damaged clothes one day. Probably wouldn't even bother me with how much I've saved already. read more

They came through for me the day of an event. One of the only places that do same day service. I'll see you soon thabks

I just stopped by to drop off some shirt laundry. The sign on the door says they are closed on Mondays. Does that make any sense? Yelp information is wrong. I won't be back. read more

Yes they have the cheapest price but if they ruin your items I guess it is not such good a deal. I am fairly easy going but they are the business and I am the customer and It is not the fact they ruined the items but that they did not care enough to apologize or make it right. I have used the one on Evans and the one on Leetsdale for a couple years (they are both owned by the same people) and there customer service has never been great but now it is awful. I would say buyer be ware and my advice to them is take some time to listen to your customers and do not blame them and tell them it is their fault and not yours. read more

$1.65 per item. I alter my route to/from work once a week and cruise Monaco in order to hit this place! No complaints.

I've been going here a few years. They always do a great job. I've had my wedding dress cleaned and it came out perfectly. Best deal around

Terrible Experience. I was really excited about this dry cleaner initially because they have great prices and I drive by the cleaners on my way to work (very convenient). The staff and owner are extremely unfriendly. Within the first 3 months, they damaged one of my wife's sweaters. It was an older garment, and I decided not to pursue it. A couple of months later, they damaged a new pair of my dress pants. The pants were new and expensive; so I talked with the owner. The owner offered to repair them. After waiting over a month and several "check-ins" I got them back. The repair was terrible; truly awful. I finally gave up. It ended up costing me over $80 to replace my dress pants. The Continental Cleaners at 6265 E. Evans Ave. is a much better option (different owner)--I have been going there for over a year and love them. read more
