The owner is the sweetest person I've ever met who greets you with a big smile every visit. If that weren't enough, they do great work for a fair price. I told her the other morning that I felt so lucky to have found them. read more

Very high-quality work! I had a skirt and a jumpsuit altered here, and a suede jacket dry cleaned. She had the dress and skirt ready in two days, even though the fabrics were tough to work with! Now, they fit perfectly. The jacket took longer (4 days, still super fast) because I hadn't gotten it cleaned in ages, but it now looks pristine. The price of this work is completely reasonable considering the quality of it. 10/10 Will be coming back. read more

Terrible customer service. I dropped off six items to be dry cleaned for $97 and when I came to pick them up, one of my nieces dresses was missing a gold pin that held the decorational chain in place. I had to call the shop four times because they refused to reach out to me to resolve the problem they caused. The shop woman told me she put the pin aside in a special bag but had since lost the special bag. I called for three days at her request and she never found it. I asked what she could do to make the situation right (the dress was antique and one of a kind), ultimately she complained about how much time she spent searching for it and told me I could come back into the shop with for a $5 credit on my next order. Those two specialty dresses cost $40 to dry clean, and now I have to repair one at my own expense before my nieces birthday (this was supposed to be her gift). I will never be coming back here again, and I would caution anyone with irreplaceable pieces to go literally anywhere else!! read more

Dropped off a suit jacket with a major chocolate stain on a Sat morning hoping they could clean it by 4 that afternoon so it could be worn for an important occasion that night. They did an amazing job - couldn't tell there was ever a stain - and they did it for a very reasonable price. I'm a very satisfied customer from out-of-town. read more

Absolutely not a surprise to see the negative reviews of this establishment. This was my second time in this dreadful cleaners - a filthy place, which is a red flag. The first time I patronized this hideous place, I needed a simple alteration, which was botched and needed to be repaired elsewhere. I thought surely the sideshow clown that owns the place could actually launder items of clothing. But, no. The owner - as others have noted - is rude and degrading in his presentation. I've reached my limit on unprofessional businesses. This is one such place that should be avoided at all costs. read more

Cherry Hills Cleaners - Laundry Services Near Me - Denver, Colorado

I have been using these cleaners monthly for over 15 years and I am extremely pleased with the level of service and pricing. The owner always recognizes us when we walk in and has already brought up our cleaning before we enter the door sometimes. He has always been very conscientious and provided great service. No issues and we are pretty particular about dry cleaners service and pricing. He is one of our neighborhood businesses that I am happy to continue to do business with. read more

Good job and at a good price(well for Denver). I noticed a lot of people from the West Coast and the North East give terrible ratings to Denver businesses all the time. Perhaps you people would feel better if you went back home where everything is so wonderful. I am sure the people of Denver wouldn't complain. read more

I've been bringing my clothes here for 10 years or so, and continually impressed by their approach to service. They're friendly, they know my face (even when I haven't been in for a long time), they get me in and out quickly, they are relatively cheap, and they do a very good job. I have not done any alterations there, but very surprised by bad reviews. I'm not in that part of town much anymore, but I still choose to use them. read more

I went to the website to check weekend hours and was surprised there were some negative reviews. I have been using Cherry Hill Cleaners for 4 years and have been very happy with them. They do a great job with my dry cleaning and prices are not cheap but much more reasonable than the cleaner in Bonnie Brae I tried at first. The guy up front (John?) always knows who I am when I drop off and pick up. Our clothing comes back quickly and parking is easy out front. Absolutely no complaints! Full disclosure... I have not used their alteration services. read more

Great place, they were friendly and helped me with a very muddy down comforter. Reasonable price and fast turnaround. When I picked it up I didn't expect a lot of the mud to come off but it sure did! The person working told me they even washed it twice to get it as clean as they could. They also launder comforters. Haven't used the altercation service. read more

I brought an ivory wool coat here to be cleaned. It had a few brown stains on the cuff and on the front middle of the coat. When I dropped it off, I said that my main goal was the removal of these stains. That I would really like it to be spot treated. When I went to retrieve the coat, the stains were still there and not even a HINT better. The coat was also covered in black fuzzy bits. When I asked him about the stains, he said "I cleaned it twice." I asked if he spot treated anything and he just repeated "I cleaned it twice." I am thoroughly displeased with this. I will not return to this business. read more

The guy "fixed" a pair of pants, charged me 45 dollars. I tried them on and they were not right, then he made me take the measures myself and when I picked them up again he charged me $12. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Bad service and bad actitude, find some place better read more

I had a jacket and a pair of pants fixed there and I had them dry cleaned and fixed just the way I wanted them. I have recommended this Cherry Hill cleaners to my other friends and family and they have been loving it so far! There's great service and have been going here for years! Would highly recommend this place! read more

I have been going to this cleaners for seven years and John is an amazing person. He' very professional and has always dry cleaned my clothes just the way i want it! They use eco friendly machines and have new cleaning machines in comparison to other places in town. Many of my neighbors have changed to Cherry Hills Cleaners and have been going there ever since. John has always taken good care of my high end clothing and is very dependable when dropping off any piece of clothing! read more

This business was my exclusive dry cleaning provider until it ruined my $600 suit. The suit was only two years old and I've been dry cleaning the suit here only once every few months for the past year and a half. The chemicals the dry cleaner used caused unsightly raised areas on the suit's chestpiece and shoulder. This damage to a man's suit is commonly known as "bubbling." I presented the damage to the business's operator, and his only answer was "It's not my problem." When I pressed him on the issue, he finally offered $50 store credit, but refused to provide any cash to be used towards a replacement garment. It's not like I want this business to continue dry cleaning my clothes after this has happened! I asked him what happens, in general, when the business damages a customer's clothes, and he responded that he does not have insurance for such an occurrence. He also denied that he caused the damage to my suit, even though he has been my exclusive dry cleaner in Denver and it's common knowledge that this kind of damage is the result of improper dry cleaning. read more
