Lovely working with Fluff and Fold Laundry! Their communication and support was fantastic, always helpful and quick. Prices are very reasonable and my wedding dress looks beautiful and I'm thankful it will be in good condition years from now when I'm able to pass it down. I am so surprised with their expensive service Not my old dry cleaning service .. too expensive.. $6 to clean T-shirt $7-9.50 to clean jeans $32 to wash and fold few T-shirts and three jeans Dry cleaning in California is cheaper than Dry cleaning in Golden Colorado What's going on Colorado read more

Mixed our clothes with someone else's. We received their underwear and socks and the owner was defiant that this didn't happen after his staff confirmed that it actually did. Terrible customer service and quality. Find someone else. read more

Great dry cleaning service! The staff is friendly, the quality is top-notch, and my clothes came back looking perfect. Quick turnaround and reasonable prices. Highly recommend Fluff and Fold Laundry Service! read more

I am not going to go into my usual detailed lengthy reviews for Fluff and Fold. There is no need. If you are staying in this area and you do not have time to do your own laundry, this is the place that you go. Period. The first time I dropped my clothes off - the first 20 pounds are free for new customers so I paid nothing! On top of that, they delivered them to the hotel free of charge so my clothes were at the hotel that evening when I returned hotel from work. I am scent sensitive so I requested they use my provided detergent and softeners which they did with no problems. The clothes are returned folded neatly and vacuum sealed in plastic. To date, I have used this company twice but I will continue using them as long as I'm here for this work assignment. Fluff and Fold comes highly recommended by me - Tanya By the way, they are also a professional dry cleaners! read more

EXCELLENT service. Pickup and drop off were easy to arrange and free in my location. Price to dry clean a king comforter was the best I found of any around. Back to me within 2 days. Highly recommend! read more

Clothing missing from bags. When asked, was told that is they have. If you need to go there, weigh clothiers when dropping off and when picking up. Ensure weight on receipt. read more

Brad is the man! He's not only very accommodating he's also very professional. Staying in a hotel there is a way to do your laundry but I'm not a fan of staying in a small room with no windows. So searching for a service that offers wash and fold service plus dry cleaning and pick up is quite daunting and worrisome. There is none! Really! You will find a few but they only cater to big business like hotels. They will also charge you an arm and a leg plus your entire life savings perhaps. Not Brad. His service per pound is reasonable. He's always available by phone. He will deliver your laundry washed and folded in a shrink wrapped package. My thanks to Brad for making our temporary living situation more manageable! read more

YES!!!!! I am remodeling my laundry room, which is both sucky and awesome. The sucky part is the construction, the awesome part is that I have an excuse to not have to do laundry. That part wouldn't be so awesome if I didn't have a place like Fluff & Fold to make my life so much easier. Here is how it works...you call them and give them your info and schedule a pickup. They will pick up your laundry however you put it out. It's ok if you fancy leaving it right in the hamper for the world to see your granny panties. Totally cool with fluff and fold. You can also put it in garbage bags to protect your modestly. Maybe you don't want your neighbors to see your unmentionables? Either way is a-ok. They will pick it up, launder and fold it, and return it to you the following day. Billing is also super easy. They are upfront about the way they charge (per lb), and you can keep a credit card on file so all you have to do is call to schedule a pickup. So far, my experience with them has been excellent. I'll report back if something changes. read more

Within their Delivery Area they will pick up your laundry, then deliver it back next day. They nicely fold and shrink wrap everything, match up socks and all with very friendly staff. I have used them 10+ times and never had any problems just wonderful service. If I had the money I would use them every week. For sure the place to go when you don't have time, or overwhelmed with too much laundry to do on your own! read more

This place is great! We moved into a new home and had a defective dryer delivered and couldn't get a new one for over a month. I was desperate and quickly found these guys on yelp and Brad (manager) was super helpful in explaining the process. Only negative is that they missed pick up the first day and didn't call me, but I can't complain much about that because our address is wrong in Google and we've had issues with everyone not finding out house (don't get me started on UPS). However, after texting with Brad they promptly got it the next day and returned less than 24 hours later and they gave me a killer discount. I've already placed another pickup for tomorrow. I'm just worried that once I actually get a working dryer that Fluff & Fold will make it too easy to just call them to get it done! read more

I love this place! I am always traveling for work or just too busy to get my laundry done, so often times I'll bring it to Fluff & Fold to get caught up. They are so friendly and remember me every time I visit. My clothes are always packaged neatly in plastic wrap so that they stay fresh and folded. They are very reasonably priced as well. read more

Whomever owns this place, let it be known they are honest, the dryers, are the key to their honesty. Too many local coin mats and mega coin mats, cheat the hell out of the customer, simply by lowering the heat output of the dryers. So you the customer are putting a few dollars in a dryer to get clothes dry. This coin mat is small, not a lot of machines, but they are very clean, people friendly staff. Seems the real business is done in the back with the industrial machines and driers. The ladies that were working today really were nice, engaging and helpful. read more

These Guys are fantastic. I use these guys regularly, and thank God every time my blue bag arrives back at my doorstep fresh, clean and folded. They do a brilliant job and I'm always very happy with everything they do. Friendly people too, which always makes working with them enjoyable and pleasant. Definitely would recommend. read more

My first visit and I really liked their friendliness and service. I washed my own clothes but had to leave and Jennifer and Vanessa were kind enough to finish drying and wrapping it up! Went here while our washer was broken. Not only did they wash for laundry bags full of clothes but they did it same day. The half off promotion made it pretty darn affordable and the service was second to none. read more

I won't be trying to use these guys again. After a very responsive email thread and phone calls describing my actual laundry needs and emailing to set up a time for pick up- the driver was a no show. My laundry needs are unique and why I need help getting our family's laundry done. I described them specifically to Brett and even though they have clients like us their driver didn't show. Not ok. I was trying two different laundry services this week. The folks that actually showed after getting the description of my needs, were responsive through texting, and delivered a day earlier than promised and will get my business moving forward. https://www.laundrycare.biz/locations/coloradolittleton/ read more

I love this place, everyone there is super friendly and quick to help you out !! I take my large comforters there all the time and have never had a problem - I drop them off, they wash, dry and bag them up all at a very reasonable price ~ I highly recommend this place ! read more

Awesome! Never used a laundry service before but I just moved to a new house from an apartment and didn't have my washer and dryer purchased yet. Needless to say, I needed this done ASAP. They offered a great deal for being a first time customer, AND I used their $15 for $30 coupon offered on Yelp. Dropped off and picked up the next day. They offered to deliver it for free but it's on the way to work so didn't really need it. Everything was folded nice and neatly and smelled fantastic. Highly recommend!! read more

Fluff and Fold Laundry Service - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Golden, Colorado

The people were very nice, but it took about a week and a half, multiple phone calls, explanations as to which pieces were mine, and $85 to get my laundry back. Also, one piece was still damp and the stain was spread very far from its original place. If they couldn't get it out and could only smear it, I would've never asked for it to be "cleaned." I definitely won't use them again. read more

Awesome. Amazing service over a holiday weekend when our washing machine was broken. Highly recommend!

Our favorite cleaner moved and I was looking for a new one when I saw the good reviews for Fluff and Fold Laundry Service. I called and they picked up my three comforters the same day, plus they were delivered the next day! They look fresh and new. Brad was most helpful. They aim to please. Because it was my first visit, there was a deep discount. I learned that they also do dry cleaning. I will definitely use them again! read more

Hi. I am one of the owners and I have tried to track down Daniella D. about her experience. I fully admit that we are not perfect and that mistakes can and do happen. I have looked on our billing system, but did not see a Daniella D. as a past customer. I will do everything I can to resolve any issues or answer any questions as they are brought to my attention. I have no problem compensating any customers for their issues to make them whole again. Feel free to drop me a call with any questions or concerns at 303-847-3635. I love this service! We are a family of three, I work full time and go to law school at night, my husband is starting his own business, so neither of us have a lot of time to spare. Having the laundry done and having clothes to wear to all these things that doesn't look like its been at the bottom of a basket for a week (or more) is the best feeling! Thank you so much for your service it is amazing! read more

What a life saver! Moved to area to find house not quite ready...stuck in hotel with 2 cats... 2 kids and a dog....working and trying to find time in the extremely inconvenient laundry room....Fluff and Fold to the rescue! I've told my husband this is the gift that keeps on giving! All I want for Christmas (plus Bday, Valentine's, Mother's Day & Anniversary) is help with laundry! Fluff & Fold does a great job, Carl is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and we love this business! read more

Holy cow, what a god-send Fluff & Fold is. The previous laundry service was horrible and we needed to find some place new. Based on the 5-star rating, F&F was at the top of my list. From the very first phone call with Brad, I felt great about using them. Brad has been very helpful in dealing with the "cluster" that was our previous service and getting us going with F&F. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! If I could give 10 stars, I would. read more

This is the greatest idea. I'm in the middle of packing and the last thing I want to do is laundry. So I received a card in the mail offering the first 20 lbs free. Within an hour it was all picked up and taken away. Today I received my laundry back, nicely wrapped up and clean. I have already scheduled my pickup for next week. The driver, who is actually the dad of the owner, and helping out is very nice. I think this is a great idea and wish them well. read more

I had piles of laundry that needed to be done. In a fit of refusal, I called and scheduled a pick up. Unfortunately the original driver missed my house. I called the owner and he came out later that day and picked them up. My laundry was cleaned, folded, and dropped back off with 24 hours. Great service!! read more

This service is every woman's (that doesn't like to do laundry like me) dream! I just used them for the first time and it exceeded my expectations.
