Amazing service and the people there are very friendly. I would highly suggest this cleaner read more

They don't accept email or text. I have global aphasia and I can't talk on the phone.

The best customer service! I've only been here a few times but always leave with a smile.

Wonderful owners, great quality, good value, nicely cleaned clothes. Will go back again!

The people here are so professional, reliable and sweet. This is a wonderful neighborhood dry cleaner and I highly recommend them.

Finally decided to give this place a review. I've had so many comforters ruined by other dry cleaners, but these guys have been doing great. I've always got my comforters back in better shape than they came in. They're always friendly, and 45 dollars for a king size comforter isn't bad either. Thanks for taking good care of our comforters! It's so nice to find a reliable place. read more

We have used a couple times for dry cleaning and hemming of pant legs. The prices were reasonable and the quality was good.

Nothing but incredible things to say about this company. I'd ordered a bridesmaid dress off Azazie and it was WAY too long... FIVE AND A HALF INCHES!!! Azazie was nothing short of a nightmare with my crazy summer!! I kind of stalled on finding an affordable alteration company as we had SIX trips this summer. Out of time, I took my 91 year old grandma up on her offer to hem it for me. Spending my very last day getting pinned up for hours before leaving for five nights of camping and then the wedding... That evening, my grandma changed her mind as her old age is slowing her down. I was literally screwed but then God blessed me with this place!! Somehow, my family found these people while I went out of service for five days. MICHELLE SAVED MY LIFE OMG! My grandma had the handyman take them to drop off a dress that I wasn't even there to try on haha. #YOLO LOL. None the less, it turned out perfect!!! Michelle was so kind and I was able to text her which was an added bonus. So thankful my aunt found this place as they did an incredible job in a crazy situation! read more

I would not recommend getting anything important cleaned or pressed here. They clearly are careless and do not value other people's property. We dropped off a wedding dress and suit to be pressed, both in their nice/sturdy dress bag and suit bag, on nice hangers. They were returned to us on cheap hangers in thin clear plastic bags. I asked where the bags were and the owner just continued to repeat "take out" and ended by ignoring my questions. She would not even attempt to look for them or ask someone else. I am assuming they just throw them all away, if that is the case, they should inform you when you drop them off. read more

I started trying this cleaner because they are near my house. They aren't always the cheapest, but they have always gotten my clothes clean without issue and the owners are so kind. I shopped around when getting my wedding dress cleaned and their price was better than the other places and I trusted them to do a good job with such a valuable item, which they did. The owner was even so sweet on insisting on carrying the dress bag out to my car. read more

I'd like to update my review to say that while they misquoted and charged me more than they originally said, the coat turned out beautifully - the zipper repair is flawless and it looks brand new. So while they are great at what they do, just get prices in writing first! read more

My husband and I work in children's ministry. I needed 10 choir robes to be dry cleaned/ pressed for a graduation ceremony coming up. The man at the counter knew we were needing them soon. I visited 3 years ago for the same thing. I have brought my husband's suits here also. My experience with this business is alway pleasant. I am grateful to be able to contribute to a local business. read more

I had an interview scheduled and needed my suit dried cleaned. The majority of the cleaners were closed so I was was worried that I would have to spend more money to get a new suit if I can't get it cleaned. Fortunately this place is opened and I was able to get it done fairly quickly. They did a great job. Saved me some money from having to get a second suit. The lady behind the counter Michelle is super friendly. I thought the pricing is fair. Would come back again! read more

I have been using Five Star Cleaners for about 8 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. They have great prices and friendly customer service. this place used to be a great establishment but I'm sorry to say that service has changed I got my clothes clean and noticed that the stain was still there fresh but it was pressed out to look like it was clean also I was given one price at the time of drop off and at pick up I was given two new prices when I question why did the price change all of a sudden sorry to say I will not be back and I would definitely not recommend! read more

They did a great job doing a wedding dress preservation for my wife! Finished product looked great and it is in a sturdy acid free box!

The people who run this business are the friendliest people ever. They are so kind and accommodating. My husband needed some pants hemmed that day and they were able to do it and they did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them! read more

I took a wool blanket in that belonged to my late Grandfather from his military service during WW2. It had a stain on it. They removed the stain and the blanket is beautiful! I also took in a wool peacoat that was about 10 years old. I just wanted it cleaned but they took the time to take off all the pills on it. It looks brand new. Everyone should use them read more

Very fast service, friendly, and supporting local business. Great price, very fair! Went above and beyond. Will use them every time!

They shrank my $250 wool sweater! I don't know if there's anything else I need to say. With a dry cleaner, you want to be able to give them your best and trust they will do right by you. I don't think I can ever go back. Except I have to have the conversation about the sweater now... I'll post again on how that goes. read more

Mr. Kim is so kind and amazing and talented at taking care of cleaning my sports coats and suits. Such service and kindness are rare anymore these days it seems. His smile is contagious and his cleaning is even more so. Thank you Mr. Kim, you deserve Five Stars!!! read more

These guys ruined my down alternative comforter (which has a tag that says "Dry Clean Only"). I suspect it was actually just put into a too-small washing machine which caused several seams to rip and the down- alternative filling to ball up inside. It literally looks like somebody cut soccer balls in half and stuffed it in my comforter. Awful. $38 to clean (ruin) an item that I was always nervous about having cleaned due to the possibility of it being destroyed. I guess I was right to be nervous. Absolutely terrible. read more

I checked a bunch of places around Denver for a tailor to sew a pair of pants for me and thankfully found Five Star Cleaners. They truly are worthy of their name. They fixed my pants for a great price and quickly too. I'll be taking a jacket in to be sewn next week. read more

Very kind and courteous! They were extremely accommodating with my last minute dry cleaning before a business trip.

Great service here, they always remember our names and are super friendly. They took extra care with some clothes that were badly soiled, which I appreciated. read more

This place has exceeded beyond my expectations and provide a level of service and quality that I didnt know was possible. They were able to get impossible stains out from my dress shirts and pants and saved valuable clothing time and again. On top of that, the owners show that they really care about their customers and make you feel at home. Extremely affordable prices for the levle of wuality they provide. Hands down, the best dry cleaners in Denver. I will be coming here from now on. read more

Everyone that works here is extremely friendly, and I loved that. They have pictures up on a wall behind the cast register of what I assume are customers.. if that doesn't tell you how much they care about their customers then I don't know what does. They of course, did a great job with my dry cleaning. read more

The lady that owns this place knew me by name after only a couple visits and is always very nice and pleasant. I get between 2-4 shirts cleaned and pressed every week and am always satisfied with them. Other cleaners I have gone to, the nice pressed look deteriorates as the day goes on but with her's it lasts one to two days. Will recommend to any friends/family in the area of ever in need of a cleaner. read more

I've only used these guys twice but so far I'm insanely happy with them. They were happy to alter my dress on short notice, even made me a cup of coffee while they taking measurements. There are cards from local families who are their regulars all over the walls so you know that they provide superior customer service. They kindest people, great service and good work. read more

This business should receive no stars. As you walk in their doors the place is disgusting and there are piles of clothing, bedding, and drapes, ect. all over. I have been there a couple times and would never go back. I came out of there the last time with 3 completely ruined shirts that I took in there with NO stains on them. They have water marks and stains all over them! One of the shirts was very expensive! My husband took a pair of pants in there to get altered and when he put them on, there was a slit down the side of them! They gave him his money back!! DON'T ever take clothes here!!!!!! read more
