Competitive prices, but they offer a 25% off for first time customers and 10% off for military/first responders. They have a next day after 3 pm pick up if you bring in anything before close of business, which is always nice. I brought my Marine dress blues in and the owner greeted me and was super friendly. Went to pick up 2 days later (due to my schedule) and they were waiting for me. Extremely reliable and the lady who was there during pick up was very hospitable. Dirty equipment results in clothes coming back contaminated with hairs and fibers that weren't there on turn-in. Poor work ethic / incompetence resulted in them returning a pair of pants with chocolate milk stain on them uncleaned with a note it was too severe a stain. I have been going here for years. My son bought an expensive hoodie and wanted it dry cleaned. When he picked it up from being dry cleaned it had a hole in hood, they claim they did not do this. He never even wore the hoodie it was brand new. The owner is still giving him the run around after almost two months. The owner was going to send it out to get it investigated to see if they did it. So, my son left the hoodie with them after two weeks of trying to get a hold of him the owner said it was going to cost too much to do that! So, he tried to patch it and it looks like crap!! All my son wants is his money back to purchase a new one and the owner will not do it!!! Make sure you inspect your clothes before leaving them with them or better yet choose a different dry cleaner!!!!! read more

I've seen hundreds of orders be dropped off and get picked up. Every now and then you will hear someone applaud the service. Clothing goes in dirty and comes out clean and will be ready to be worn. Of course a good thing to keep in mind, if the garment was expensive, it will also be expensive to clean. It is also helpful to the cleaners to leave the tags on the clothing to help determine the appropriate method to clean. read more

I have been using Dry Cleaning Station for several years now but have just started seeing a change in my clothes when I get them back. One of my shirts came back scorched and the past three times I have receive my shirts back with a "shiny over heated iron look" as if they have been pressed on as high of heat as possible. I am going to give them a final try requesting that they not press my clothes on high heat and hope that it helps with that "shiny look" read more

BEWARE! Do NOT take your nice leather or suede garments to this dry cleaner. They specifically have leather and suede listed on the services in the front window and ruined a very expensive skirt after explicitly ensuring us that they would be able to take care of it correctly (discussed this particular piece at length when we dropped off the items to be cleaned). When we went in today to see if they were able to resolve the issue the owner berated us and told us it was the manufacturer's fault for mislabeling the cleaning instructions. They took zero responsibility for their actions and offered zero compensation. We have spent hundreds of dollars with them in the past and will never go there ever again. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else if you need something other than very basic dry cleaning services. Extremely disappointed. Negative one star if possible. Mistakes happen. I can't find a pair of good jeans without having several inches cut off, and they look really stupid if they aren't done right. That is why I take everything that needs alterations to this business. Their prices are reasonable and their knowledge of their craft is superb. I haven't found anything, so far, that they can't clean, broken zippers and torn seams they can't fix, or hems and size changing they can't do. This place is a Yo Yo Dieters dream! Avoid this dry cleaners. They cannot get simple requests done. I travel for work so I ask for my dress shirts to be folded. I would say they rarely come out folded. I give up on them and will NEVER go back. Convenient location but they screw up most of my orders. read more

I couldn't be more happy with the customer service and dry cleaning quality. Kathy Dawson has bent over backwards to help me. I bring the Dry Cleaning station very large orders, and they always get it done in a timely fashion. One time they had some mechanical issues that caused a delay on my order. Kathy called me right away to explain the issues they were having, and once she got it fixed, she personally delivered my order after store hours! Sweater owners beware!! You'd be better off cleaning it yourself. My favorite cashmere sweater (which was hand-washable but I thought I'd "splurge" and take it to a dry cleaner) now fits a 5 yr old and the owners have yet to rectify the situation. I have left multiple messages and have only heard from them once since December. The staff has been kind to try and help too. Anyway, the plan was to "restretch" the sweater. I really doubt that will work... still standing by for a response or a check for $130. I still can't believe this. My fingers are crossed that they will own up to their mistake and right the situation. Bottom line, do not take anything of value or high quality to this place!! I'm sure a cotton dress shirt will survive their cleaning process but I would NOT take a nice sweater there. My family has been using them for about 6 months because they are convenient to our new location. The prices are better than the competition and they've always done a great job. And FAST! We just moved back from Boston and we were used to waiting a long time on dry cleaning there, but here they get it back quick without up-charging a bunch of $. Today, they really helped me out with a suit that is needed for an interview tomorrow...they went out of their way to get it done for me, even though they usually would have been done cleaning for the day. After having the Dry Cleaning Station dry-clean my dress pants, I noticed that fabric was scorched. Imprints of the press were left in the material. At the place of business, I asked to talk to the owner and was told she was not there. I looked up and saw her in the next room. I again asked to speak with her about their policy dealing with this issue. She told her employee she was too busy. After I asked her employee when was a good time to call her, she knew I wasn't going away. She then came out and looked at the pants. She said she saw nothing and then went on to say it was a manufacturer's defect. If she couldn't see anything, how could there be a manufacturer's defect? hmmm. I did go the store where I bought the pants and they verified that the dry cleaners had got the press too hot and scorched the pants. The store replaced the pants at no charge because I was a loyal customer. read more

I just got off the phone with Kathy one of the owners at Dry Cleaning Station. I have been going to this dry cleaner for sometime now and in the past 2 months there have been tears that have happened to two of my husbands shirts. The first time this happened I spoke with Art who is much better at customer service and I wanted to give them another chance since I have been going to them for awhile now. The second time/most recent tear I spoke with Kathy and she offered me a $20 credit on a barely worn $70 shirt. Kathy explained to me that they are a small time business and she is trying to be fair since she can't guarantee that the tear happened while it was being cleaned. I let her know that in my human nature I would never try and get something for free and I don't lie. I know 100% that the shirt was not torn before I brought it to them. Towards the end of our conversation she let me know that she doesn't know what to think about a person who is trying to take advantage of a small time business and hung up on me. To clarify I wasn't looking for them to replace the shirt at full cost. I never post negative reviews but since I am an honest person and just had someone question my honesty (and think I'm lying) I had to post this review. read more
