I have to change my review from five stars to 1 and t pains me to do this. My dad was a long time customer of the original owner and he truly did amazing work. I have taken several items in now since new ownership and they have been done incorrectly. This last time it was an Anthropologie dress that was too big and I wanted taken in. They didn't want to take it in and instead wanted to adjust the straps. Well that still left a gap. So suggested maybe crossing the straps in the back. Came back when the dress was done and it looked horrible. It no longer layer right on my chest rather it went up to shoulders. The dress was ruined and couldn't be fixed at which point. Then they said they'd make it right and hem A pair of pants for me for free. Great I thought! Well I thought wrong. I came back yesterday for the pants and they are uneven by an inch. One side is perfect the other is now a high water length on me. I'm at a loss for words. When I called to tell them This happened again I was treated badly and told that I needed to come on because they wanted to have a discussion with me. Well on my way in we will see what happens. I hate giving 1 star reviews, but I can't give anything higher this is really upsetting that they've ruined so many of my nice pieces. So sad :-( read more

Like most people, I can choose from nearly 20 dry cleaners within the 3 mile radius of my home. I chose some other cleaners, but none earned my repeat business, until I went to Pietro's. DO NOT TAKE your valuable items to this establishment! They completely destroyed my 'Persian' wool rug. They obviously washed it instead of dry cleaning it. It came back frayed with whole pieces completely gone and edges ripped up. Also the red bled into the cream color fringe. Not only did they ruin the rug but never mentioned the damage. I found it when i got home and went to put it on the floor a couple days later. When picking it up, it took them forever to 'find' my items. Obviously trying to hide it. They also washed instead of dry cleaning 2 sets of curtains. They've lost some of their shape and they look shorter. I think they are new owners as the usual guy was not there and they could not speak English AT ALL which meant I could not discuss with them what they had done to my rug; only had a ridiculous conversation in jibberish! He accepted no responsibility for the damages and I demanded my money back. Should have demanded all of it back to pay for the damaged carpet. This rug cannot be replaced. Very Angry!! read more

Let me tell you about Lee: the guys is the best dry cleaner in the state, let alone Arvada! I cannot tell you how many times I've brought a shirt or jacket to him with some type of stain on it only to get it back from him looking like the garment it's off the rack new. He has removed pork grease from an authentic Broncos jersey and pulled three week old stains off a Bronco Jacket that I was two seconds away from tossing! I am telling you, best of the best. Also, what a great guy! Always personal, he knows me by name, my wife by name, he's just the best! I don't care where you live, you need to be about Lee. Beware of this shady guy! We brought in a king size down comforter to be cleaned and after 6 weeks we go to pick it up and it's mysteriously lost! Rather than offer to replace it or work something out he tries to tell us that we must have picked it up and lost it in our house. When I call to try to discuss an arrangement (for the 5th time) he tells me to take him to court! Horrible business practice! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!
