This place - oh where do I begin? I should have heeded the reviews on google and elsewhere... I dropped off a bunch of pants here, only to get home and find that one pair was destroyed from the lack of care in the dry cleaning process. When I returned with the pants the next day, how do I put this in the most diplomatic manner, I was basically given the sideye like I was Hester Prynne from the Scarlet Letter... The employees who helped me said that their machines would never do that and told me that a pair of 6 month old pants must have been previously damaged. When I told them how absolutely ludicrous this was, they then told me that my pants were probably just cheaply made. Yes, $200 wool pants from Hugo Boss are cheap, which is why I have been buying them for the past 12 years... So, they take my pants and offer to remedy the situation, which is great. They didn't replace them, instead opting to take some extra fabric from the hemmed legs to replace the loops, which worked. However, I will never return to this place because, as a marketer, I cannot line the coffers of a business that is in the practice of diffusing responsibility off onto the products dropped off and entrusted to careful service. If u have disposable clothes that u don't care about destroying, come to this place and they will help expedite the process. However, if you have something nice that you want to keep nice, avoid this place like a bad case of the herpes! read more

I admit it, I love to iron...it's just so gratifying putting razor sharp creases on my shirt sleeves with nothing more that a hot heavy weight and a can of spray starch. Sleeves so razor sharp, they could cut diamonds. So why go to the dry cleaners? I hate (well, I really can't) iron the rest of the shirt. Somehow I always end up with "Summer Creases" (some are here, some are there). So thanks goodness for Kwik Dry Clean and their one day service..heck, I can drop off, and pick up with out ever getting out of my car. Great service, great prices ($2 any garment and $1.50 shirts with next day service) and quicker than a salsa stain soaking into my silk shirt. read more

In the midwest where I grew up, the best way to pass the day was to joke with people. I have been going out of my way to drop off cleaning here for a year I guess and usually joked with whoever was behind the counter. Today the tall brunette took offense. I asked if they could clean a rug for me. She said,"is it stained" I didn't know what she meant. I said "don't think so, you look it over..." She said"urine..stains." I said,"nope I haven't peed on it lately and my wife hasn't either.." Three other counter ladies laughed. She was having a bad day I guess. but gave me a dirty look, conferred with her boss. Made sure I knew she didn't like me and said no about the rug. I decided to take my business elsewhere, ask if I was caught up paying, she said yes with another evil look. I got to the door and said,"you know I'm not coming back." She said yes. Got to my car, she came out, said, " I apologize but you've got an attitude." Seriously went downhill, when back in, talked to a great owner. She's been there forever, I get it but not going back. Moral- never be nice, joke around with a mean but steady worker on her bad day. You end up the villain and they loss business but probably not more than mine cause the other folks there are nice. read more

I have seen some of the bad reviews for this dry cleaning company and I wanted to send in my review because I have never had a complaint. While I am not sure as to what a mind blowing experience with a dry cleaning place would be, so I don't have much to rave about. I can say they are friendly and consistent. My husband goes here frequently. He never has any objections and trusts them. I have been taking dry cleaning needs here for over 10 years. Once about 9 years ago when I was about to get married I took my dress here to get cleaned. I didn't want to pay the outrageous prices to get it cleaned from where I bought it so I thought I would check it out. I think I paid $50 and when I got it back it was perfect and they did the same thing for half off after I got married. I don't know a great place to compare this company to but I know that for over 10 years my family has trusted this place and we have zero complaints. read more

This was the first time that I took dry cleaning here. The sweaters were fine, but the way that they handled my wedding dress was disappointing. While clean and pressed, they hung it on a hanger by the decorative tulle straps as opposed to the using the hanger straps. Those were tied into a knot on each side. The dress was in the bag from the bridal shop when I dropped it off. It was returned to me in the flimsy plastic. Fine for a sweater, not for a wedding gown that had a bag. I had to ask them for the bag, which they were able to find. read more

Will never go here again! Dropped my jacket off at 7am to be cleaned and was told it would be ready after 5pm. I came back the next day at noon and a new person was at the front desk. He told me that my jacket had been moved back to not be cleaned till monday! I was never called or informed this was happening. I got my jacket cleaned so I could wear it on Saturday night for my 21st birthday. I came back the following Tuesday and they told me my jacket had already been picked up! I WAS FURIOUS. They went to the back and found it after about three minutes of looking. Don't waste your money here. Poor communication, bad service. read more

I had been taking my dry cleaning to Kwik Dry Clean for three years and had nothing but positive experiences with them. They were fast, friendly and were quite good at their job. Unfortunately, I took a half imitation leather blazer to them recently. I had had this garment dry cleaned before, so I was shocked that it was completely ruined when I picked it up. The leather had been melted beyond any hope of repair. When I brought it to their attention they pointed out that their were cracks at the collar upon delivery (as per their receipt) and refused to take responsibility for the damage. The gentleman even recommended I contact Macy's for recourse and that I should have known this would happen based on the existing damage. Believe me, if I had known the garment was in any way less than perfect, I wouldn't have worn it to a professional presentation before I had it cleaned. If they saw damage before they started the cleaning process why did they go ahead and clean it? Furthermore, the damage looked suspiciously like the garment had been put on a high heat pressing device (thus the melting). This was not an expensive garment, so small claims court is a bit ridiculous, but the failure to take responsibility for damage that clearly occurred under Kwik Dry Clean's care is not acceptable. I have been getting my clothes cleaned by Kwik Clean for about six months. In the last six months there have been four times where I've pointed out a stain however the stains were not removed. I've also had three shirts ripped. The most recent was today. This morning I went to put on my shirt and noticed a rip on the cuff. Then today at lunch I looked down at my white shirt and the stain I pointed out the last time I dropped of my clothes was still there! SO ANGRY! I dropped off several things to be dry cleaned, they were left over the weekend. when I come to pick them up they try to tell me one is not done yet. I tell them that they had enough time to clean it( 6 days) finally a lady finds it in the back, it's completely ruined! When dropping off, I asked for this item to get handled with extra care- it looked as if it was thrown in a plain washer and dryer which of course ruined it and defeated the purpose of me brining it to them. This item is irreplaceable. I will not be doing business with kwik dry cleaners again. read more

Kwik Dry Clean is terrible! Now I know why they make you pay up front...because they do such a terrible job and it doesn't matter if you complain when you come to pick up your items because THEY ALREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY! Any dry cleaner that requires payment prior to services being performed is shady and obviously doesn't take pride in their work. Also, at my kids' school auction, my brother and I both bid on (and won) gift certificates for $50 each to Kwik Dry. My brother was treated poorly when he went in to use his and ended up being waaay overcharged for his alteration (which he could not use the coupon for). My guess is this was Kwik Dry's attempt to recoup some of the money they "gave away" on the gift card. When my brother called them out on the overcharge (they charged him close to $30 to restitch a portion of a hem that had fallen on a pair of pants), they agreed the charge should have been much less but only offered him a credit instead of his money back. Finally, when he said he would never be back, they grudgingly refunded him a portion. My husband brought our comforter in to use our $50 gift card on and he said the woman who waited on him appeared irritated that he wanted to use the coupon for this item...but she let him. When we picked up the comforter, it was obvious NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE TO IT AT ALL. I have worked at two different dry cleaners in my life and I KNOW when an item has been cleaned or not. The comforter should have been wet cleaned but these people did absolutely nothing with it except fold it over a hanger, bag it, and put it on the line until I came to pick it up. Even the light dirt paw print my dog put on it just before I brought it in to be cleaned was still there!! These people are the worst and their service is horrendous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on Kwik Dry. You WILL be disappointed. read more
