Since I found this place - thank you Yelpers!! I have brought in 2 pairs of pants and 4 curtains for hemming. Simple stuff if one has a sewing machine. My is quick, friendly, efficient and reasonable. Reasonable. Did I mention her prices are reasonable? And her work is excellent! I'm not asking her to make alterations on my Chanel suit - first because I don't have one and second - that is some dicey altering I know. But I'm just asking for a hem - ahem - a hem... My is my go-to. I do my own laundry but I don't know about the rest. I'm already regretting giving her such rave reviews because now all you non-sewers will storm the place...but you would go just for her smile.

I had a long and tiring work week that left me extremely sleep deprived, with a long and productive…read moreweek ahead of me... However, I've always been in the habit of only ensuring that I put clean clothes in my luggage, even if it meant losing a couple of hours of sleep to do the laundry before I caught my flight. The hotel I stayed at had a coin washer/dryer, but it didn't run a strong enough spin cycle so my clothes were more wet than usual to begin with, not to mention the dryer hardly did anything... At the same time, I didn't want to pay another $1.50 to under-performing equipment, time wasn't on my side that day, not to mention since this laundromat was pretty close by, I decided to just come here. As I was still half asleep, I tossed my clothes and a quarter into the first machine I saw... Which I failed to notice that it had an out of order sign, which the manager politely pointed out. Instead of just leaving it at my own ignorance, while I was heading towards the change machine, he put in TWO quarters on my behalf, and I tossed the last quarter I had in my pocket in there... Although $0.25 is no big deal price-wise, it's a HUGE gesture that demonstrates the manager's integrity, and I'm grateful that he has helped immensely in getting my clothes nice and dry!

I use this laundromat as it is close to home and most of the machines are usually working. I get…read morethere early to avoid the crowds and have never had a problem finding enough machines to do 3-4 loads at the same time. The machines also work well and always clean my clothes and remove all the soap. However, there is never anyone at the site who works there in case of any issues that may arise. Lately, while there is a sign on the door that says masks are required, most of the people I run into are not wearing masks. This is fairly disturbing since I'm on disability, can't afford a washer/dryer for home and can't afford to get sick either. It's a really great laundromat, and I would like to continue using it, but please, to the owners, I see you look through the cameras several times when I am there...please enforce the mask rule. Especially in a place where different people are coming from different places daily. PLEASE, enforce the mask law. Thanks.

If you read my previous review, I brought up a concern that they never do intake forms or track the clothes that come in for cleaning, so if something gets lost it's a he said, she said. After a vacation when we submitted a huge order, they lost my husband's sports coat. They said they had no record of it and since we have never cleaned a sports coat before, they didn't believe we sent one for cleaning. All they offered was a $200 credit for dry cleaning on a $500 coat. Not acceptable! A few weeks later they found the sports coat. No appology! They misdelivered it to our neighbor's house and charged me for cleaning. Unbelievable! I should have been done with them, but they are convenient to use. They cleaned a bed coverlet and shams for me and they were packaged in plastic. I put them away for the season. When I took them out recently they smelled of mold and mildew. They clearly didn't let them dry before packaging them up. They recleaned it but charged me for the shams. They also basically said somehow this wasn't their fault and they didn't want to clean any other coverlets for me because I complained. Never use a service that doesn't take care of its customers, owns its mistakes, and treats you with respect.

This laundromat is located next to the "Thornton Crossroads / 104th Ave Station," light rail station. If you're a member of 1stBank, you're in luck, because they have one nearby to use an ATM. $20.00 didn't seem to be enough to wash three blankets. The Wash for "BIG LOADS," were $5.25. They don't have a timer on there, so you have 0 idea how long it takes. I put a timer for an hour, just to be safe. It did buzz before that, and I'm assuming it's half an hour, 30 minutes! I was freezing my bum off the entire time I was there. I did bring a jacket, but the temperature was unreasonable. There were no staff to be found and only television sets with cameras facing you! There is a clean restroom, with cute plants, but someone sharpied "Washtime Laundry," on most of the leaves!! It was weird, and interesting all at the same time. The dryer is what gave me a 1 star for this place. It is .25 for 6 minutes.... Whenever I went to my regular laundromat, it was .25 for 12 whole minutes!! It actually dries everything perfectly. This place has one table with two chairs for the wait area. Didn't look sanitized or clean. They do sell homemade face masks, which are homespun for sure, but just not my favorite location. I honestly ended up here, because construction blocked my left merge to get to my regular laundromat stop. I just felt thankful I found another spot nearby.
