Quick and efficient washing and drying. One of the cleanest laundromats I've ever seen. We travel a lot with three kids so we've visited our fair share of questionable laundromats. Our hotel didn't have laundry machines so this place fit the bill. Highly recommend as clothes were dry within 30 minutes. read more

I have my own washer and dryer but just moved to the area and needed to use a public washing fact temporarily. While small it has sufficient machines and if you do have to wait it won't be long. The facility is clean, but may need filter cleaning on the dryers more often to prevent damp drys. I have seen an attendant on premises both times I visited. I also saw a security officer on duty. People I've encountered were polite (customers) and respectful of spaces. Four stars for the size and uncomfortable seats. read more

WaveMAX lives up to all the rave reviews I read on here and you can tell that word gets around because I went on a Thursday, late morning, and they were pretty busy! I only had to wait a few minutes for one of the really big machines. And no trouble finding available smaller machines. I've never seen a laundromat that was actually staffed! They do a lot of wash and fold service, so I'm sure that's the reason. The attendant was really friendly and helpful. One thing to be aware of. I didn't see any machines that were smaller than three loads. The big machine I needed for my weighted blanket said it took nine! Which is probably great if you've got a big family. If there's only two of you, and you sort your lights from your darks you may be paying for a lot more machine than you need. On the other hand, the dryers really do dry most loads in 24 minutes or less. So that's a time and cost savings. If you've gotta go to the laundromat, this is such a nice place to do it, and you'll be in and out in no time. read more

Currently here doing laundry and (one of) the machine(s) that I was going to use didn't seem like it was draining in one compartment, so I opted not to use that washer; problem is, I'd already poured the soap. So, there's a loss of soap; for/on the 9 load machine... Then, I chose for the HOT setting/cycle on wash and for some reason, got set to "quick wash", which uses cold water.... When I notified the "manager" she was only willing to refund the wash/restart the machine that got set to "quick wash" instead of "hot" and that she couldn't refund me soap. They have soap here on-site, why can't you replenish what was put in so that the customer will be happy and likely to return? Now, I am at a loss of TWO (nine-load/wash machines) times the laundry soap/detergents without compensation. With the cost of everything (but our pay) increasing, now is NOT a time to dick-around with people and/or their money; which is what I've lost coming here. Oh, I guess it's because your chit-chat session/being on your phone is more important than doing your JOB? This is not anywhere that I'll be returning due to shitty customer service. read more

Love getting my laundry done in less than 2hrs here! It's not crazy expensive but not that affordable! But it makes my life easier. It's always clean, just wished the bathroom wasn't locked, kinda shy to ask for the key. read more

You can wash your clothes here, but you just can't dry them because the dryers don't work. Oh but if you tell that to the manager, she won't do anything because she doesn't understand the concept of accountability. Owner tried helping but the public was getting upset because nothing was working. If you're gonna have a business make sure it's working efficiently. read more

The attendant on site is awesome and as friendly as can be. Wanting to do laundry at my apartment, found all machines being used. So, I thought to look up a nearby laundromat. Apple Mary's is plain nasty. So, I thought I would give wavemax laundry a try. New equipment and very clean! They do have a card that you load at the front of the store. These ladies work hard. They keep the place clean and help anyone that needs it. Theresa gave me some tips. They both have a fantastic attitude. Not condescending or you are bothering them attitude. Have been on a two week road trip while seeing some national parks, so naturally I needed to do some laundry. I pulled into WaveMAX and couldn't be happier I did. I met the owner who was kind enough to show me how the machines worked, and answered a few different questions I had. The business space is extremely clean, bright and overall spacious. I was told by multiple friends to give this laundromat a chance and I'm so glad I did! It's clean and the machines are amazing. I was able to fit 2 sheet sets, 2 blankets, and 2 comforters in the largest machine for only $11! The largest dryer was able to dry the blankets and comforters in 30 minutes. My clothes came super clean and didn't come out of the dryer smelling like the fabric was burning. My clothes were more than dry in about 24 minutes. 2 sheet sets were dry in 24 minutes. Their dryer machines are awesome and alternate the direction that they spin during the cycle to increase efficiency. I was in and out in about an hour and actually enjoyed going to the laundromat for the first time ever. Yes it is a bit more expensive than other locations but the machines are new and work well. Plus, the owner is super sweet (didn't get to meet her husband) and genuinely cares about her business and wants everyone to feel welcome. I am more than willing to spend a couple dollars more to support a business who takes the time to keep the establishment clean and the machines in proper working order! read more

I felt like I was at a 5star luxurious hotel at this laundromat. The most spotless, clean, modern, laundromat with the BEST customer service & owner I have ever been too. I read the only 8 reviews listed & decided to drive 20 min away to check it out. Our washer went up today & needed to bring my 7 week old baby with me. Everything in this place from the fans, t.vs, washers, bathroom sink is the most modern devices I have ever seen in a laundromat. When we pulled up to the special laundromat parking spots, Sharron greeted us outside right away introducing herself pushing two laundry carts in hand to help us with our 4 bags & two large hampers of laundry. She helped us in and started showing us around and explaining how everything worked. Continued to help other customers too. When her shift was over she let us know and introduced us to the owner Mark who was extremely diligent to make sure everyone was greeted & taken care of while maintaining the cleanliness of the whole place. He was one of the nicest men & owners I have ever met. There are change machines and use your bank card to load a free card they even give you free money on your card when you load with $20 or more. Many different size washer and dryer choices with different price points. Vending machines filled with really good snacks and drinks and another one filled with laundry supplies like bleach, detergent ECT. One arcade game. Lots of seating, parking, rolling baskets folding stations and eating benches with tables. We felt safe and clean there! The only thing I would say was missing was a baby changing table in the bathroom but everything was so clean I didn't feel wierd whipping out my changing mat and changing my baby's diaper on the double wide bench. Thank you Mark and Sharron we will definitely be back with our feather bed. I just needed a little break. For less than $2 a pound all my family's laundry was done for me. It was nicely folded, no wrinkles and they even did a pretty good job sorting different family members articles of clothing into separate piles. The bags were easy to carry and the employee even volunteered to carry one of them out to my car for me. read more
