However, I've always been in the habit of only ensuring that I put clean clothes in my luggage, even if it meant losing a couple of hours of sleep to do the laundry before I caught my flight. The hotel I stayed at had a coin washer/dryer, but it didn't run a strong enough spin cycle so my clothes were more wet than usual to begin with, not to mention the dryer hardly did anything... At the same time, I didn't want to pay another $1.50 to under-performing equipment, time wasn't on my side that day, not to mention since this laundromat was pretty close by, I decided to just come here. As I was still half asleep, I tossed my clothes and a quarter into the first machine I saw... Which I failed to notice that it had an out of order sign, which the manager politely pointed out. Instead of just leaving it at my own ignorance, while I was heading towards the change machine, he put in TWO quarters on my behalf, and I tossed the last quarter I had in my pocket in there... Although $0.25 is no big deal price-wise, it's a HUGE gesture that demonstrates the manager's integrity, and I'm grateful that he has helped immensely in getting my clothes nice and dry!

The machines also work well and always clean my clothes and remove all the soap. However, there is never anyone at the site who works there in case of any issues that may arise. Lately, while there is a sign on the door that says masks are required, most of the people I run into are not wearing masks. This is fairly disturbing since I'm on disability, can't afford a washer/dryer for home and can't afford to get sick either. It's a really great laundromat, and I would like to continue using it, but please, to the owners, I see you look through the cameras several times when I am there...please enforce the mask rule. Especially in a place where different people are coming from different places daily. PLEASE, enforce the mask law. Thanks.

The employees response is, "we have hours of operation on the door, and we don't refund money." Additionally, they place a piece of paper on the wall that state the hour. And that the doors do lock. HOWEVER, these papers DO NOT warn people about what happens with the machines. When putting time on the machines or will not prevent you from going over the closure time. This plays STEAL your money and will not refund it. Ps. I have noticed that ALL negative reviews on google get a nasty response from the owner with NO personal accountability, which is an indication of poor customer service. It is statistically impossible for a business to be perfect. Thus, instead of addressing the issues, they berate the customer.

As far as the washers, they are working properly (at least the one i'm using today) and they have the contactless payment feature where you scan a QR code and don't need quarters. However, I scanned it today and that feature took me to a page that said something like "information not found" - perhaps my lack of tech savvy was part of this issue, so maybe the method works, maybe it doesn't. There are tables inside, a television on, and the location is conveniently located next to food and a gaming shop to help you pass the time. The bill changer says it takes up to 20 dollar bills, but today was only accepting $5 and $1 bills. If you read my review of the last laundromat I visited (which was in Utah) you'll see I complained that the SPEED QUEEN machines in that facility were not soaking the clothes and thus not getting them free of their stink. At this place, the same brand, but different model machines are doing the job properly. My clothes are currently soaked and spinning. This is a decent laundromat and I would use it again. Last washer load must be started by 8pm.

Although I've never paid to have my laundry done, the clothes I see hanging and folded ( that they do) look really nice. If I were going to hire this job out, this is where I would take it.

I found this place by accident on Friday night, and did a bit of laundry and came back Saturday morning to finish the rest. The place is very clean, with lots of clean washers at prices starting at 3.00 for a regular load up to 6.75 for a mega load. There are a lot of dryers and are a quarter per cycle, and it took about 3-4 cycles to get everything dry. The tables for folding are clean, there's a tv with a remote available if you want to change the channel. The owner came in on Friday as they were closing, and he was very nice and was cleaning the machines and sweeping up as I was finishing up.
