Let me be crystal clear: they held my belongings hostage until I forked over money I never agreed to pay. That's extortion, plain and simple. She was unbelievably rude, unapologetic, and totally unprofessional. I left feeling angry, ripped off, and disgusted that a business can treat people this way and get away with it. I'm disputing the charges with my bank and looking into legal action. This place needs to be held accountable.
