They destroyed my girlfriends faux fur hood on her $200 winter coat. Warning: you get what you pay for. When we brought it in we specifically asked if it would be ok and if we should have it cleaned. She asked if it was real fur and we replied no. She then nodded her head and took the jacket and said pick it up Monday. When Monday came we went and picked it up and the hood fur was completely matted, frayed and destroyed. I asked what happened and how they cleaned it and she said "laundry -- I mean dry cleaned," quickly changing her mind, which is frustrating beyond all means. If I wanted to throw it in the dryer I could have done that at home and saved $13. Upon asking if there was anything they could do, the other employee (husband I think) said "we cleaned it, it was filthy we did our job." So if you want a really clean yet destroyed clothing item this is the place for you. Terrible customer service and the "we did our job" mentality. read more

OK, so having recently relocated to Denver one of the many tasks getting settled is finding a RELIABLE cleaner! The closet is full and needs lots of sensitive attention! I have been going to the same dry cleaner since college...yes, that has been awhile! This little cleaner is just around the corner and I was tentative to try but thought since nothing else seemed to have any more impressive Yelp reviews I would nut up and give them a shot...2 slacks and 4 shirts for $18 and some change...not bad, pressed accordingly and prompt service. Upside? Sweet hispanic couple with very nice front-end help. They asked me when I wanted to pick-up! Yah! Prices! Location for Cheesman residents. Downside? The place is literally a sweat shop/shithole/dump. Low overhead means low prices and good service I guess...anyway, I eye-balled the place, they had lots of laundry and several workers which leads me to believe they have a solid clientelle...add me to the list! read more

I've been going to Supreme Dry Cleaners since I moved to the United States back in 2005. I didn't have regular dry cleaning needs then, but when I did need dry cleaning done, they always accommodated rush requests provided that I asked really nicely. Now that I have a corporate job that requires dress shirts and dress pants, I am now a regular at Supreme Dry Cleaners. What I really love about the place is that it is similar to the Cheers bar where everyone that works there knows your name. It's a very family oriented business and it's nice to know that as a customer, you are also part of their family! As for the quality of the dry cleaning, I've been a happy customer since I started. I haven't had an incident of lost items of clothing. I may have had the occasional broken button but Carmen and Gustavo would always be accommodating in repairing the broken buttons without charge. I've also brought dress pants with the belt loop fraying from hooking my ID badge there. They repaired and mended my pants without too many questions and the cost was very reasonable! It was such an insignificant charge, I didn't notice my biweekly bill go up significantly. I've only had to ask for a rush cleaning job once (1 day turnaround), and they cleaned, pressed and hung my clothes in no time. I usually don't have a need for rush jobs, but when I do, I can count on Supreme to deliver on their promises! Usually rush cleaning with other cleaners would incur an extra charge, but Supreme doesn't (provided they have bandwidth)! As for the staff, I think they are great! I've taken the time and effort to actually to get to know Carmen and Gustavo and I think that has paid off a lot! I no longer have to give my phone number and they greet me by name! Dropping off and picking up shirts no longer seem to be a chore because going to the dry cleaners now means catching up a little bit with old friends. I believe that customer service is a two way street. If you go into their store with a surly attitude, of course you may get surly attitude back. But if you're nice, they will bend over backwards for you! Being nice pays off! Trust me! Such a small investment for great service in return! read more

When the place I frequented by my apartment relocated I found Supreme Dry Cleaners. I really wanted to like them, but after my most recent interaction I'm officially livid. The dry cleaning service itself was, initially, passable. But I started to not love the service. I get into the office early and I selected this place because it's on my way in. On two occasions (over the course of 8 weeks) I found myself waiting for them to open, well beyond their advertised opening hours. And, once inside, I was clearly in a rush and they couldn't be bothered to move expeditiously. The second time I got annoyed was when I picked up a load of dry cleaning, got home, and discovered that all of my clothes were not there. They had simply forgotten to give me the other half of my order! I shouldn't have to pick through my order to double check that YOU haven't forgotten to give me something. The third time I got annoyed was when I had a skirt repaired. It was returned to me dirty! Why the heck would I want a skirt - one I've had dry cleaned before at this business - returned to me dirty? I officially lost my patience the last time I went in there. After having that skirt returned to me dirty I had it dry cleaned again. The first day I wore it I noticed that there was STILL a small spot on it. When I went in, and pointed out that it was still dirty, the woman said that was because I never dry cleaned it after it was repaired. Then she tried to change course and say that it was dirty because I had worn it - you can see the wrinkles in the skirt from where I'd been sitting. Regardless, whatever happened to the customer is always right? Why, after several trips to this business, with a pile of dry cleaning on the counter, would this woman argue with me (essentially claiming that I was lying) over one skirt? Not only is that bad business, it's DUMB business. They should consider being nicer to their customers, and maybe they'll actually keep some of them, despite their lackluster cleaning services. read more

Don't trust this business with your clothes. I tried them out a couple of weeks ago. When I picked up my shirts, I noticed one had brown spots all over the front. I asked them to reclean it and remove the spots. When I picked it up today, the spots were still there. They claimed I had somehow stained the shirt and it wasn't their problem. This was a brand new shirt. They refused to reimburse me for the shirt or re-clean it. I would HIGHLY recommend not bringing your laundry or dry-cleaning here. They're dishonest people. read more

I have been getting my clothes dry cleaned for the past 3 years in AZ, moved to CO and gave these guys a shot because they were on the way to work... After trying my clothes on I realized they significantly shrunk 3 expensive pair of jeans. When I brought them into the store they denied shrinking 2 pair, but admitted to shrinking one pair. They told me to return in two weeks because they were going to contact guess jeans to try to get a refund from them. When I returned two weeks later they completely denied shrinking them any of my clothes to begin with (after admitting they had shrunk!!). The inseam was an entire inch shorter!!! TERRIBLE PLACE!!! I had a formal dress to be hemmed and was quoted a price. When I went in to pick it up (3 days after the date promised!!) it still wasn't finished AND I the price had almost doubled. I had previously asked for them to call if pricing was expected to change as I had another seamstress that promised a fixed price. I received NO call. On top of this, another dress I brought in to be dry cleaned didn't even look like it had been cleaned, only pressed. Yet I was expected to pay for an unclean dress. The service was HORRIBLE and the pricing is RIDICULOUS!! 10 dollars for cotton summer dress to be cleaned (even though they didn't clean it!) I took my brand new coat to the dry cleaners because it had so much lint I couldn't take it out myself and it was wrinkled already. When I went to go get my coat after the dry cleaning one side of the coat's material was frayed. It was still full of lint and it was all wrinkled. read more

I have been a happy customer here for at least 15 years if not longer. The owners Carmen and Gus are genuine, honest and friendly small businesses owners. I use them mostly for work shirts and pants. My wife also has blouses and dresses cleaned here. In all of these years I've never had one problem! Shirts are cleaned and pressed as you would expect. I've never had an issue with timing or prices, clothing is ready when they say it will be. I noticed a few bad reviews on Yelp, I know people like to complain but feels like it's a bit over done. I come from Texas, where dry cleaners are cheap and efficient, so it was hard moving to Denver and finding many dry cleaners charge $20 to clean a plain sweater here. Fortunately I stumbled upon this place and I'm hooked. I've been going here about 7 months now and everything is consistently good: suits, dresses, jackets of all fabrics, pants, down comforters, things that are ironed, and things that are dry cleaned all done just right and at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. The real test was my duvet cover: it's a linen cotton blend and when I brought it in, it was (embarrassingly) covered in cat hair... just filthy. Came back completely devoid of hair and dirt, and it was pressed, all for like $20. Considering the shape of it when I brought it in, I was shocked at how sparkling clean it was and how cheap the price. I challenge you to find a reasonably priced, friendly, quality dry cleaner here better than this one. read more

I chose this place because it is conveniently across the street from where I live. I went in asking questions about their service (prices) and got quick, short answers with no detail at all. I asked how much having my peacoat dry cleaned would cost and got a quick "13". I was hesitant to turn it over for that price but I said why not. After filling out the drop off sheet the woman spelt my name wrong, that should have been my first clue. Then she just says ok. As in to send me off. I said well when will it be done? And her reply was next Monday. A full week turn around for 1 item? That was my second clue. But I said fine because I wasn't planning on needing it soon. I came back the following week and picked up my peacoat with seemingly no issues and put it in my closet hoping to store it till next winter, but then we got our snow storm of the year and I had to put it on. It was stiff. The kind of stiff where you spill a soda on your jeans and it dries for 3 days, that's how stiff the entire jacket was. Also the material itself felt uncomfortable. The thing was clean, didn't smell bad or good, but there was somehow still hair on it (presumably from my dogs hair not being fully washed out). I think their non caring attitude and rip off prices combine for a poor business. Even though this place is less than 50 feet from my front door I will take the drive somewhere else and get better service. read more

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Please do not use this cleaner, no matter how convenient, or you will be sorry. They are dishonest and rude, and they will steal your belongings. We had a wedding on a Thursday, I dropped off 4 items on the Monday prior: A pair of trousers, a dress shirt and tie for my husband that needed to be cleaned and pressed. The neck of the dress shirt was really dirty, so I lifted the tie to show her (this will be important later, read on). I also needed to have my Bridesmaid dress steamed. The woman who took my garments was polite, but curt. She wrote on my ticket which items needed which service. I paid little attention to her notes, as I thought that they were only for in-house reference. I was told to return on Wednesday to pick up my clothing. Upon return, I was greeted by another employee. She was also polite, but not friendly. I noticed that the tie that I had brought was missing. I told her, and she immediately said, "You did not bring a tie." "Well that's funny, since you weren't here when I dropped my order off, so how is it that you can know that!?", I asked her. She responded that the tie was not on the ticket. I get that--except the woman who took my order did not seem to be taking inventory, she appeared to be reminded herself or others what needed what. I told her so, and that I was unaware that there was an inventory list until I left the store and looked at my receipt. I told her that I was sure that the tie was with the original order, and asked if it was possible she just didn't write the tie in? She responded that she would call her and ask. She tried to call several times, with no response. I asked her they send their cleaning out, or do it in-house. She said that they clean in-house. At this point, I got really excited and told her that was great news, because now we could look around and find the tie. It had to be there!! She did a quick look over her right shoulder and over her left shoulder and responded, "The tie is not here. It is not on your list. It is not here." I told her we have a wedding and that the tie was $50 or more, and asked again if we could look for it. She tried to call the woman again that originally helped me. When she answered, she described the issue, and then told me, "She says you did not bring the tie." I inquired as to how many clients they had and how many orders they take a day and how could she possibly specifically remember me and whether I had a tie with my order? The woman in the store handed me the phone, and said that I should talk to her. When I took the phone, it was a man. He said, "My wife says that you did not bring a tie." I argued that I did bring a tie, and that if we could just look around, maybe it was there. He proceeded to tell me that they would not take the time to look, because they were positive that there was never a tie. I responded that how about since we disagree, and I am still without a tie, I not pay for my dry cleaning service, and they can keep the tie when they find it. He yelled at me that I would pay him and that I was lying to try to get a free tie. Uhhh...do you sell ties here? I wasn't aware that this is a tactic that works for people to get new ties!? I usually go to the store where they sell ties myself. Here is where I acted inappropriately, but I must tell you the whole story, right!? So, I took the receipt off of my order hangers, threw it in the direction of the employee and ran out with my belongings without paying. She followed me, yelling at me. All of the happy ice-cream patrons at Liks got a great show, I am sure. I drove away shaking and so mad-mad at myself for stealing, and definitely mad at the cleaners. Not long after, I get a call from the owner. She leaves me a message that I am a thief and that they will press charges if I do not return to pay for my cleaning service. I return her call, and tell her that I will be by to settle up, but I needed a minute to think; can we discuss my missing tie? She agrees, but does a poor job of listening and a stellar job of defending her employees. She also accuses me of "being forgetful and probably leaving the tie in my closet or car". She states that in the past they have written off the cleaning fee to only have the customer call and apologize because they found their clothing elsewhere. I told her that I know the tie was there since I lifted it up to show the soiled portion of the shirt. She states emphatically that I did not bring a tie. UGH. Long story long... I went back and paid for my services. (Employee mis-calculates total by more than $2 in my favor...good thing the owner defended her...she's a keeper!) Owner says she will call me the next day after she looks for tie (which she already told me she is sure is not there). One week later, I have left 2 messages for owner with no response, I still have no tie and no intent to ever use Supreme Dry Cleaners again. read more
