This place tried to charge me $65.38 for seven (7) items to get dry cleaned. Then, I get a call saying a pants hem came undone and it'll be an additional $9.00 to fix. When I arrived there I asked the guy if this is the normal pricing, and was told "Yes...I mean...You do have 7 items." He eventually gave me 20% off, and offered another 20% off if I have another 7 or more items to dry clean. I'm like, H-NO. I will never go back to this place ever again in my entire lifetime. I know I was overcharged, because those prices are ridiculous. Just saying, if you're dropping off your dry clean items for the first time here, please take a look at your receipt before you leave. This is a business that exists to really help people out. I dropped some clothes off to be disinfected. Something happened where I couldn't really get myself to clean my clothes. So when I came in with a huge trash bag full of clothes and explained my situation they kindly accepted it while not treating me weird or anything. It was a simple disinfectant wash and fold. I was able to pay everything upfront and I really don't think it was that expensive. It took me a few days to go pick up my clothes, but when I went in again I got no judgment. Instead they kindly went over to where they neatly had my clothes beautifully folded and organized and WALKED ME TO MY CAR. It was a lot of clothes and they were so sweet to take everything to my car eventhough I parked far. They didn't even give my a chance to look into my purse to give them a tip. They just put my stuff in my car, said goodbye and walked away. It made me cry because of how sweet this whole interaction was. read more

We have used this place for years, even after we moved 25 miles away. Their pricing is lower than others, nothing has been lost or returned damaged and everything is done when they say it'll be done. We didn't need anything dry cleaned for a year and when I went back they all still remembered me. They have fixed torn seams in dress pants, fixed/replaced zippers, put Boy Scout patches on the vest. They have washed/dry cleaned and pressed a multitude of mens dress shirts and pants and re-hemmed a dress for me too. I highly recommend them. read more

If you value your clothes don't use these guys! They ruined a new mohair outfit buy shaving the wool. They claimed the wool was nappy from use but the outfit was only worn three times. Mohair is expensive. Mohair is intended to have longer "fuzz". These people wouldn't know leather from cotton, won't admit to mistakes, or make good on errors. We regularly send lab coats out for dry cleaning. They mostly come back clean but occasionally need touch ups. This is understandable since lab coats can get pretty grimy. However, one coat came back with the embroidery bleached, blotchy, and ruined. Hot Pink refused to pay for a replacement coat and then decided we were too difficult a customer. They refused to pick up any more loads without notice; leaving us to rush and find another cleaner. Maybe Hot Pink is decent for residential customers, but as a large company they were very difficult to work with. Communication about the simplest things was incredibly difficult and the results were sub-par. read more

Dropped clothes off early in the morning and was charged extra to be able to pick it up after 4:30 the next day. Asked for normal starch and they aren't starched at all. Over paid for essentially a wash, which we could have done. My husband is very disappointed and we won't be going back which is unfortunate since it's so close to work. read more
