Wonderful owners... They are fast, efficient and do a wonderful job. I take everything here... and while you're not going to get your work shirts laundered for a buck. My time is to valuable to iron and launder a shirt. I count of this place and they never fail to deliver. read more

We have been going here for years for cleaning, but just took 2 dresses to have altered, and they were lower than another cleaner's quote. So glad we could use them, they are always so friendly. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady is rude and disrespectful, plus very inconsistent on pricing for alterations. We will not be giving Stapleton cleaners, any of our business. Steer clear unless you don't mind being disrespected. I will absolutely drive further for a place that respects their customers. read more

This was a very strange interaction. She refused to do business with me...pushing my blazer across the table and saying "you can take it somewhere else because I don't want the trouble"! I was in disbelief. I had simply walked in and asked for the price to clean my blazer. She gave me a price. I accepted then she refused the service. With a few questions I got to the bottom of why and she simply didn't want to deal with this type of blazer! It's was very strange. read more

It's pretty good! Service is great and accommodating. Being that they're the only spot in Stapleton for Drycleaning-- they have us as a captive audience. Clothes come back clean and well organized. Can't ask for too much more. They treat us pretty well and often help with quick turnaround service. We appreciate that very much. Prices are fair. Overall we have had positive experiences and continue to use this service weekly. read more

I wandered into Stapleton Cleaners, wary about handing my clothes over to a new company that I didn't know. I spoke with the lady at the front, who I assumed was the owner. She was very reassuring and listened to my concerns (i.e., would they put safety pins through my clothes - she assured me that, even though they use them, they would be pinned through tags, second layers of materials, etc.... she stuck to her word and there was no damage!). I have heard nightmare stories about dry cleaners, and I didn't want to fall victim to that! It was a Monday and I asked them if I could get my clothes back on Wednesday. She came through with this promise and I picked them up at 5:30 pm on Wednesday! I handed over 13 items, including sweaters, blouses, and pant suits, and all of them came back perfectly crisp and clean. I paid ~$119 overall. I'm very pleased with the service and results that I experienced, and would definitely trust them again. read more

I had a pair ski pants that fit perfectly, but the front zipper was broken. Took them here for repair. Can't tell that it is not the original zipper! Superb workmanship at a fair price. read more

Okay I'm going to be straight forward. I'm not giving stapleton cleaners a 5 star because they're my parents and I have to, but this is the only cleaners I would ever come to. Even though they're my parents they make me pay for my stuff. So I'm writing this review as a paying customer. They have been in the cleaner business since 1989... they know what they're doing and they're good at it. I agree they are Little more expensive than other cleaners. But Stapleton rent is so high. If you live in Stapleton I'm sure you can all agree that the cost of living there is higher than most parts of Colorado. So for any small mom and pop store to survive in Stapleton is difficult. Also, has anyone been inside a cleaners on a hot summer day? The temperature goes up to 110 degrees. Working at a cleaners 6-7 days a week for 12 hours a day isn't easy. You have to stand all day using heavy machinery. Its a lot of labor work. My parents always believed in hard work and they want what's best for the customers. read more

I've been going to Stapleton Cleaners the last two years. I would recommend avoiding them. Here's why: This morning when I went to put my shirt on, I saw that it had a 5-6 inch sewn seam in the side that was not there before (see photos). This shirt has only been cleaned at Stapleton Cleaners since it was purchased last summer, and most recently last week. My guess is that the shirt was torn when Stapleton Cleaners were cleaning it, and then it was sewn up in the hope that I wouldn't notice. I have 9 others exactly the same, so it was pretty obvious, and the shirt is now unusable. After picking out a different shirt, I went in, showed my ruined shirt to Cindy and asked what happened. She said she didn't remember because they "have a lot of shirts". She did not offer to do anything to make the situation right. I find it unbelievable that they would pull this stunt on a regular customer. I will be looking elsewhere for dry cleaning. read more

I would not recommend. I took in a down comforter to be cleaned and it cost $30, which wasn't unreasonable. When I got home and laid it out on my bed it had been ripped and sewn poorly back together, as if they tried to cover it up. They did not mention this when I picked it up or offer a discount of any kind for ruining an expensive comforter. read more

Ripped an expensive dress shirt, never told me, charged me and would take no responsibility...this has never happened to me my whole life and I am 68. I will never return. read more

I agree, they are expensive, but I guess you pay for convenience. They are very nice here and really do a good job. I have not had anything "lost" here because all their service is done on premises. I think they do a better job than "Environmental Cleaners" in Stapleton. read more

Very sweet lady and had to give them a try since I live a couple blocks away. Brought in (3) Nike workout hoodies and was surprised when it was almost $45 dollars. Wish them luck but for the cost I I'll never return. read more

Love this place. Even though I live all the way in Aurora I drive all the way here. The lady working at the counter is so friendly and polite. Never had any problems with any of my dry cleaning and alterations. Fair prices and prompt timing. Please come support your local cleaners!! read more

Quick, customer service is great and dry cleaning/ hem looked great. Able to take a few inches off of a skirt and it looked seamless after. Thanks for being open amazing hours too! read more

Pros: Great quality, very friendly owner, did overnight service at no additional cost. Cons: Closed Sunday; EXPENSIVE. I had 6 slacks and 4 silk shirts dry cleaned for $57.50 -- almost six bucks an article! While I appreciate a friendly person across the counter, and the work was great, I bet I can find the same quality for half price. (For example, Continental Cleaners in Golden does comparable work for $1.60 an item!) read more

Giving them 2 stars because our items were laundered fine and the lady that works there was pleasant. It is EXPENSIVE though! I wanted this to be great based on the convenience of us living in Stapleton. I took 13 pieces-all dress pants and shirts- it cost over $50.00!!! You can pay $10 and be a 'VIP' for life and save 15% there but that savings is still not worth it to me. I will be going back to our place in Park Hill on Kearney that did 15 pieces for $32.00!! Granted it's cash or check only, but I don't care about not swiping a card when I am saving that much money and not going much further to get there. read more

I highly recommend this place. The lady who works at the front (owner) is the sweetest person of all time. She tailored a couple suits for me and did a great job; she even tailored one of my suits with only one day notice and worked a few hrs overtime to get it finished. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it is a bit expensive; nevertheless, if you are in the area and not crazy poor you should definitely come here. read more

I highly recommend this place. The owners are very friendly and does a great job on the tailoring. I've brought a few items here to be hemmed and have not had any complaints about it. They do a wonderful job and I will be back. I do think the pricing can be better but I guess I'm paying for the convenience since I live less than a quarter mile from them. read more

The highlight of this place is the customer service. The lady working the front desk was absolutely effusive. I really appreciated their flexibility in being able to have my dry cleaning done in less than 24 hours. Dry cleaning was done well, no complaints. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that it is indeed pricey. I would recommend going here read more

Always friendly, always helpful and never have had any problems with any of our clothes. They are a bit expensive but it is worth it. If you go a lot, ask for the frequent customer discount. read more

Took a wool blanket to get cleaned. when I went to pick it up and pay the $40.00 yes 40 dollars however when I picked it up the lady behind the counter complained about cleaning this blanket twice and there was a lot of pet hair, HMMM... I thought they were a dry cleaner... she complained instead of thanking me for my business. I paid and went to the car and found a spot on the blanket (surface spot) when I brought it back the same lady said that is an old spot we cleaned it twice and I felt I was just dismissed she did not even look. I went home and took a damp cloth and worked the "old" spot out which concerned me did it really get cleaned twice or even once. I am not fooled I used to work at a dry cleaner many years ago. I am only posting this because she made me feel bad about getting a blanket dry cleaned read more

They are reason priced compared to most. Customer service is impeccable. Best cleaners in town

I've only been going to this location for about 6 months. Friendly owners, mid-range prices, and a convenient location off of MLK Blvd. I've taken a variety of items here (suits, silk scarves, window draperies, and down comforters) and have been fairly pleased with the results. read more

I brought in cushion covers from a couch we received as a gift. After we got it, we found that it had been stained very badly by dog waste and hair. I wasn't sure the covers would come clean, but they worked hard and got all the stains and smell out. They even rushed it for me! I am thrilled with their work. read more

Amazing Customer Service! The lady working the front counter is so nice. My stuff came back looking very nice. I definitely recommend using this cleaners. read more

I took a ski jacket to them after they were reccomended to me. The front of the jacket has a pleather type material. Upon taking home and taking it out to wear it, I discovered the material was warped and had a hole in it. I took it back hoping they would help resolve the problem and the women working denied it was their fault and refused to do anything to solve the issue even with proof I had it cleaned there. My $300 coat is ruined. I will NOT be returning. read more

Terrible service. Brought sheer curtains in to clean and when I went to pick them up I was simply told they were old and shredded. They were 8 year old custom made curtains. If they were too frail to clean they should have informed me. They did not even call to inform me they ruined my curtains. There was no offer to compensate me. I had a skirt there as well and they didn't charge me for that. $5.00 hardly makes up for custom curtains. They do ok on clothes but do not bring anything beyond that to them. read more

Been coming in for over a year now. Always good service, always clean clothes, always on time. Very reliable, which is what I need.
