I did not think a laundromat would be a place that I would rate, but when your washer and dryer stop working and the supply chain is operating at a snails pace, well here we are and here is my review. The owner is so friendly and super helpful. Not sure he is always there so you may want to call first. I parked in the back, but another customer parked in front to unload. The place is clean and shabby chic decorated which cracked me up. It is as if the owner went to a fire sale and I love it - Bravo! You will need quarters: although, some of the commercial washing machines take credit cards. While my laundry was in washer and dryer, I sat at the bar along the windows, plugged in my computer (I think there may only be one outlet) and worked remotely. In Denver for a ball tournament and needed to do some laundry for 5 so my wife and I loaded it up and came here on July 4th and they were open! The owner is very helpful and talks to everyone to make sure everything is ok. It is not the greatest area of town but did what we needed. Armani (owner) is very responsive. I've used their drop off laundry service a few times as our W/D have broken down a few times randomly. My small complaint is the laundry woman was a little distracted before taking in my laundry and folding. She ran late. The other complaint was the semi-sketchy people inside the laundry mat. Was in town for the weekend and laundry room was out of service at my hotel. Made the venture to this establishment and glad I did. All of the machines were clean -- and more importantly working. The best part of Laundry On The Fax is the donut shop attached to it. After tossing in my laundry, I decided to support the local business and try some donuts. This place is awesome, the manager is good people, he helps the best he can and told me I used too much soap... hahaha! speaking of manager you gotta keep an eye on him, he'll slip quarters in the dryer and hit go on you and tell you your too slow! Our washer broke and we live in Stapleton, this place had a good review so I thought I would check it out. When I arrived, I parked in back and the owner helped me carry in a huge heavy laundry bag. I told him it was ok, that it was very heavy and he insisted on helping. I forgot my laundry soap and was about to by the powder for $1.25 and an employee told me they have liquid detergent for $2. Much better deal, it was a small bottle of Tide for 6 loads. They had a table I plugged my laptop and phone in. No problems with the machines. They have a change machine and an ATM. The WiFi worked fine, you need to ask an employee for the password. The bathroom was out of soap and paper towels but other than that, everything was fine. read more

I was staying at the Residence Inn and needed to get my laundry done. It was really expensive to do it through the hotel. I found Laundry on the Fax by searching Google and it was a great find! They were extremely polite and even offered to come to the hotel and pick up by items. I dropped them off on Wednesday morning and by the afternoon everything was done.
