I moved in an apartment in the area about a year ago. Since my apartment complex has tiny laundry facilities, I prefer to just find a laundromat and get it done based on my schedule. Many of the laundromat's in my immediate area are crowded or run down. Wash City is the exception and truly a hidden gem. It looks like it is tiny from the outside, but inside is incredibly spacious. It is always clean and I can always find open machines with ease. And the bonus is that I can use Apple Pay right at the machine! read more

I had been going to this location for years. I have a ruggable rug with NO Rubber in it. I've never had any problem I wash and bring it home to hang dry. This is a high quality rug meant to be washed not one of those cheap rib off versions , that do have rubber. I have washed this exact rug over 5 times at this location. No problems machines never malfunctioned. Today I went to wash it and the man said "no carpet" to which I replied this is a washable rug. He attempted to tell me there was rubber on it. I said there was not feel it it's all fabric. The rubber was left at home. There was no rubber on the backing. This rug is engineered to be washed. It's large and I don't have a big enough wash that's why I have taken it here in the past. Suddenly, though I've washed MANY times before, this man tells me I cannot. He needs to look up high quality washable RUGGABLE rugs specially engineered to be washed. I didn't just bring in your every day rug. If you have a ruggable to clean do NOT visit this place they will not believe you even if you've been there before. They will idiotically tell you the rug has rubber even if they can clearly see and feel it is all fabric. read more

I literally drive 30 minutes out of my way to use this laundromat. I live in Parker and the ONLY laundromat that exists in all of Parker is seriously troubled. I don't want to say it's bad, but my clothes are constantly coming out with either serious stains or discoloration or animal hair. So I have resolved to make the 30-35 trip all the way up here because this laundromat is ALWAYS on point! I appreciate so much that the machines are clean and rarely, if ever, any animal hair. I've never had issues with my clothes being destroyed and most of the machines are actually working. I like in Parker where usually 1/3 of the machines are out of order. This facility is also very large and open; so even when there are a lot of people, it never feels claustrophobic. It's always clean too and the staff and attendants are always so kind and super helpful! Oh and the other thing is that this facility is reasonably priced! The one in Parker almost $5 for the same size machines that here only cost $3.50! I only use the one in Parker because it's across the street from my house. But I am just not going to use it anymore because it's a roll of the dice whether or not my clothes will be damaged. I know it's always a chance you take at a laundromat. But I've been using laundromats most of my life and I have NEVER had the consistent problems I have with the one in Parker. So even though it takes a half hour to get here, it's worth the trip to have clean, inexpensive and well-maintained equipment. Thank you so much for having such a nice facility! read more

Had to come here this past weekend to wash some rugs as my washer was not spinning things out as it should. It was very busy on a saturday morning but plenty of machines to accommodate the traffic. It was relatively clean. The machines were mostly in working order. They had kiddie rides and a small general store type place for laundry supplies and other small items. There are a few table and chairs or stolls around and easy access to a few other shops and restaurants if you need to grab a bite while you wait. It was close to home and easy to get to. I would come here again if I need it in a pinch. With the snow the parking lot was a little odd as they had it piled up all over. read more

I was in Denver for business and needed a place to wash my clothes during my time there. The staff was friendly and responsive. They carry larger size detergent, fabric softener, as well as dryer sheets. If you only need the single use, then there is a machine dispenser for that as well. Some of the machines accept cards. But as a tip bring about $10 in cash. There is a change dispensing machine as well. They have high speed WiFi for your Netflix or whatever else you are doing online. It was clean and safe. No issues. Have been back twice without any problems. read more

I was told that I was told I was not allowed to wash my pugs dog bed here. One of the staff members said there are signs all over stating be bedding is not allowed and they have lost customers for that reason. They have lost a customer because I can not wash my dogs bed. I am positive there are worse things that go into those washers than my pugs bed. read more

This place is run by a very nice lady who genuinely seems to care. There are sometimes clothes and other items for sale that you should check out too. Every time we come here it is always nice and quiet and my partner and I never have any issues. It is decently clean every time and there is a bathroom for customer use. read more

My washer broke and I just can't replace it quite yet. I have been using 2 other laundromats, one is filthy and the machines are always broken or the soap dispensers are clogged. I found another place, it's so-so, the machines don't have double wash, double rinse options. Then I found this place! Clean, fantastic machines and the prices are excellent. This is the place to use if you absolutely can't do your laundry in your own home. read more

Very warm and welcoming environment. The lady who was running the place was very kind and attentive. The change machine want taking my bills and she noticed. She rebooted the coin machine and I was able to get coins after. Place seemed very clean. Noticed a lot of wiping down of countertops and washer/dryer machines. I came on a Monday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. Would come here again. read more

Wonderful place. Very family friendly with little rides for the kids. The machines are clean and competitively priced. The manager is wonderful and takes great pride in caring for the place.
