They have the standard vending machine with snacks and drinks for while you wait. They also have a vending machine that has dryer lint sheets and various types of washing detergent as well. You can use change, card which is a super nice addition, or a reloadable gift card type of deal. I've only ever used card but the tap and swipe payment option is very modern. Always an attendant on duty. People mostly keep to themselves but it's the vibe you want to wash a small load or even a few large blankets that really need a commercial dryer to finish. This location also does wash and fold laundry. Not sure on starching and all of that but it's a nice additional service. I made the mistake last night of taking my stuff back here to the washers. In doing so the same thing happened my stuff was left smelling like piss and mildew and in a pool of water. I think it's part of a shady business idea to make your clothes wetter so you have to spend more money on the dryer. I went to my car to grab yet bake her $6 in quarters and upon returning they locked the doors earlier than advertised so my stuff sat inside overnight gathering mil dew and I couldn't access it. I called the next morning brought up the first incident and how I was told I would be refunded which all the sudden was taken back. In addition to the incident last night I was told I could have a free load! Why would I want to use these stinky problematic washers ever again!? Anyways I was talked down to very condescending as if I've never used a laundromat before. This place stinks and their largest most expensive washers do not work and will make your stuff wetter so you have to spend more money drying. I was told the first time I out too little in the washers then too much but yet got the same result!? Terrible customer service, very dirty and you'll be approached by homeless people asking for quarters. If you have any kind of problem you won't be refunded and you'll be treated like an idiot but more importantly your clothes will smell worst coming out then they did going in. This place rocks it well. April was working when I was there this visit and she was a pleasure to engage with during my visit. She not only handled the counter for supplies, she worked fixing machines also. Never missing a beat she engaged with the customers and continued to keep things moving. The machines today are similar to the machines of my youth. I love the new technology of using credit cards instead of having $20 in quarters in a zip lock. Both Jackie and Terry are very helpful and kind. One item I found very disturbing; the owners allow the small children to run amuck. Although there is a designated area for children, around Service dogs this is extremely inappropriate! I almost reported them to the ADA officials and decided simply to use another place since laundry mats were going to be a short period in my life. one small child ran at my Service, of course she will bark, Service are never to be Looked At, Spoken to, Never petted nor assaulted in any manner. This is an ADA legality. The mother complained to Jackie about the one bark from my service who was laying on her blanket, then the two children came from another direction, I told them to leave my Service dog alone, this did not assuage them. My service dog has attend large affairs, small dinners, restaurants, workout at gyms and never has been assaulted several times by other. the same day as my Service dog, laid on her blanket a man turned around and went to pet her, immediately I stated, Do NOT Pet or approach my service dog. The owners took action inappropriately against the ADA law. If one does not care for very young children running around this is NOT the place for you and your laundry. The Laundry mat is well run by Jackie and Terry, there are many machines, and more expensive than other places, however the selection is massive; be aware of the unattended children. They do handle a massive amount of clientele, take in laundry and do perform an excellent job, it is the unattended children I find to be most inappropriate.
