This laundromat is hands down one of the best I've used. The machines are clean, well-maintained, and actually work the way they should. Plenty of washers and dryers, so there's no long wait, even during busy hours. The place is always clean, well-lit, and feels safe and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, and the prices are fair for the quality and convenience. Everything from detergent availability to folding space is well thought out. Don't judge a book by its cover. This place could certainly use a cleaning but the machines work. I've never had to wait for a washer or dryer. Washers are a bit on the pricier side but the dryers are cheap so I guess that balances out. Ample parking outside. Free WiFi inside. They have the standard vending machine with snacks and drinks for while you wait. They also have a vending machine that has dryer lint sheets and various types of washing detergent as well. You can use change, card which is a super nice addition, or a reloadable gift card type of deal. I've only ever used card but the tap and swipe payment option is very modern. Always an attendant on duty. People mostly keep to themselves but it's the vibe you want to wash a small load or even a few large blankets that really need a commercial dryer to finish. This location also does wash and fold laundry. Not sure on starching and all of that but it's a nice additional service. Never used it myself but it's well advertised throughout the business and a number of previous reviews speak highly of it. read more

I just used Epic Laundromat's wash-and-fold service for the first time, and I'm thoroughly impressed by this business. After experiencing multiple issue with Bolt Laundry (unavailable services, missed pick ups followed by inappropriate late-night calls) I was delighted to discover that Epic that simply delivers what they promise--no excuses, no exceptions. Although I was little wary of their website, which doesn't appear to offer many customization fields for your order (beneath the strange Microsoft ad banner), I found that if you type your preferences in the instructions field, they'll be followed--to the letter. I was also astonished to find that my laundry was returned the same day as it was picked up (which wasn't promised at the time of my order) with everything neatly folded and packed upon arrival. And when I put away my clothes, each item had been laundered to my exact specifications--no shrinkage, no whites made dingy by mixed-color loads, and no harsh detergent smells. Epic is one of those rare businesses that under promises and over delivers--the best kind. Well done. read more

I unfortunately have a washer dryer combo that's too small for bigger items such as comforters so I have to find an alternative way to wash them. I came here and wasn't expecting much but this place surprised me! I have ended coming here multiple times because it has always been so clean! The machines are always working correctly and it's never awfully full of people. I have gone during multiple times of the day and it is always clean and there is always someone there making sure the machines are clean and working properly. They have a few washers that are larger than the rest in case you have a truly extra large load to wash. The dryers are all really big sizes as well! There is plenty of seating options around the machines as well and even some seating outside I noticed this last time I went. There is a Thai place next door and a mccdonalds across the parking lot if you get hungry during your time there. I highly recommend this place if you want a clean and updated laundromat. read more

Pretty straightforward in what they offer and not terribly busy for a weekend. There are regular and industrial size washing machines and a wall full of large dryers. I used the larger washing machine for a load of dog blankets and bed covers; it was $7.75 and only ran for just under 30 minutes, didn't seem to have any adjustable settings. It would have been nice to be able to do a longer, more thorough wash; everything still had a lot of fur when it was done so I probably should have ran it a second time. Seemed pricey for less than a half hour wash. The dryers were cheap though, $2 for just over 60 minutes. Overall good experience and the location is easy to find next to Regis. read more

is the big and when I came home to my surprise, the pod was still in my blanket I seen other people complaining about it, not washing and didn't think nothing of I just go to the laundromat to blankets the last time I went, it was water this time really cold and it's like the went too fast. It was like a fast wash. I could not believe it and I still seen the soap in my blanket and other people wanted to watch it again and he told them you put too much soap so the owner was blaming the people instead of his Washer not worth wasting your money. I usually hit this spot up once a month to help wash a dog bed that my machine at home can't handle without becoming out of balance. I use the drop off service and every single time I've gone to drop off and pick up the service has been exceptional, the venue is clean, the machines all look new, it smells good and the prices are very reasonable. To be honest I'm Just coming out of a depression episode and I just couldn't think about doing laundry. Although there was a significant stench when I lifted the top of my hamper. I found them online and called to ask if they had drop off service. They did and they had pickup/delivery if I wanted it. I spoke to the owner directly and discussed my laundry needs. Typical scented vs. unscented of bleach the whites, etc. I told her I'd be there this morning to drop off. I carried three bags in with me. Yo my surprise the owner and her crew were literally waiting for me with ever ready to go. I was in less than 5 minutes. I did ask for return delivery because I hate driving. She was happy to and texted me when they were going to be coming through so I could get my clothes. While I was at home, I decided to send the other two bags back with them for cleaning. I have a dog bed that my foster cat peed on. We got his behavior under control but no amount of Nature's Miracle helped the dog bed. Yes, I could get a new one but I still have the foster cat (he's really fospice) and it's my dog's favorite bed. The laundromat that had been near my house closed and the Google led me to find Epic so off I went to try to get this dog bed cleaned. I know you're not supposed to technically wash these dog beds but I wanted to try. I think most places would have shut me down. lol Not only were they okay with me washing this dog bed there, they were *so* helpful. I have a nerve injury from a car accident which limits what I can do with both arms/hands. I make do because I have to but it sucks. They made it so much easier on me and the dog bed got so clean! While vacationing we needed to do laundry & yelping this place before coming was a lifesaver. This establishment is ridiculously clean, the machines smell fresh & look well maintained. The floor is super clean & the overall scent here is very pleasant (like fresh laundry should). Staff is very friendly and warm. The price to wash is a bit steep at $5.50 a load and the dryer is just fine at 25 cents a load but i dont mind paying this for fresh and well laundered clothes & a clean environment. read more

Epic Laundromat is simply that - Epic! ! We dropped off several bags of laundry for service and we were greeted by the owner. She was really kind and engaging, and her facility was impeccably clean. We dropped off a mountain of laundry, and half of it was ready before the end of the day. What was returned to us was freshly scented and neatly stacked cubes of tee shirts, jeans, and other items wrapped in clear plastic bags, and all button down shirts fully buttoned on hangers. The pricing was reasonable, and the convenience of having pick up and drop off service is something we will definitely take advantage of in the future. I cannot recommend this place enough - especially to visiting parents whose kids let their laundry go for a month! read more

I don't think I've ever reviewed on Yelp before, but read a lot of them before trekking out to my first laundromat experience in probably a decade...Epic (in a strip mall adjacent to McEdees), the one near Regis, really made it easy!  I only needed to wash an oversized comforter, so wanted a really quick trip.  The place is spotless and the washers are clean/odor-free.  There is wifi.  The password is posted in a super obvious spot.  Lovely.  They have a change machine, so washers/dryers accept quarters as well as an easy swipe of the credit card (this was a HUGE plus for me!)  The laundry detergent dispenser was out of order, so be sure to remember your own.  They had a couple of vending machines with junk food/soda and seating (although I wouldn't say "ample" - it was not busy so I was able to grab a spot).   Lost a star for not having an "attendant" working at the time that was knowledgeable about the washing machines.  The guys there were doing some routine maintenance and were both super polite and tried to answer questions...key word = tried.   (I do speak English and Spanish - and the gentlemen just either were brand spanking new or just there to "keep an eye on the place" while doing their other job?  Tal vez...) I ended up asking another customer.   The industrial-sized dryer must be an inferno of heat and wonderfulness; it dried my super bulky comforter/duvet in only 16 minutes.  2 cycles. And that cost 50 cents.  Epic!  I'll be back with loads of blankets! read more

I thought the wash and fold service was a little pricey (if needed on a regular basis) but they did a great job and were very quick. Note: 15 lb. minimum.
