Several machines require more quarters than they're supposed to because quarters disappear as you put them in. The place is trashed more often than not. There's a horrific sewage smell in the building. 2 washers in particular smell musty after washing. Nobody ever to contact regarding issues. Disgusting. Don't waste your money! read more

I had found this place using Yelp because I was trying to find a better place to do my laundry after my last experience at a laundromat even if it meant driving a bit further out of my way. I thought the reviews was great but I wasn't 100% sure if they were accurate and to my surprise they are very accurate. Upon arriving there was an older gentleman who was working on stuff, and 3 other ladies doing their laundry in which I ended chatted with them for a little bit before I started my laundry. When they left I had the place to myself minus the male whines working there, so over all it was very quiet and peaceful. No KIDS or homeless people so that was absolutely AMAZING, it was nice to do my laundry being comfortable le and in a quiet setting. Wash starts at $2.50 and goes up to $4.50 a load. Drying is .25 cents for either 7 or 9 minutes (depending which dryer you use). Good variety of selections of washer and dryer, and I was able to get my laundry done quicker since no one else is around until 25 minutes later but I was onto the drying portion. I will definitely be back. :) read more

Parking lot was not properly cleared during the last snowstorm and the parking area is hazardous with compacted snow and ice and a huge mound of ice/snow.There is NO heat in the building and no restroom available for clients to use. read more

I've been to dozen of laundromats all over the country and this is one of my faves! Attendants are present in the morning and seem to like their jobs and keep the place clean. Pricing is reasonable if not actually a little cheaper than usual. Coin machine is actually in order. I really like that there's a variety of washers so I'm not stuck using a huge machine for a small load! It's brightly decorated and I'm not afraid to touch the folding surfaces like I am at most places. Haven't visited the bathroom but it's nice there is one. Doesn't seem to be WiFi. Would recommend and will probably be back. It's actually a quicker drive than my "local" Golden laundry which feels really dingy. read more

Excellent Laundromat! It is worth the drive. Always Bright and Clean!!! ABC! Great Hours of Operation! The owners are the managers and really make the atmosphere friendly! Mamie is great with detail and knew my name my first visit. Mamie remembered me the following week. They are willing to go above and beyond with their services! I use their coin laundry, however their Drop off/Pick up next day laundry service is really reasonably priced and convenient! The dryer in my apartment complex broke, so I found this place not far from where I live. It was pretty deserted at 8 PM on a Friday, and the sign on the door gives the hours as open until 10 PM every day. It was $1.75 to wash and 25 cents for every ten minutes on the dryer. The washers seemed to be in good shape, and the dryers, although a little grimy, seemed to be in decent repair. The countertops and surfaces for folding seemed to be clean, but the floor was absolutely filthy; I could see mop tracks in the dirt on the floor! Don't drop anything you're washing or you'll have to wash it a second time. There are a few places to sit, but many of the chairs are broken and the sofa is pretty busted. TL;DR: it will do in a pinch and it's open pretty late, but I wouldn't make this place my first choice. read more

Have been coming to this location for many years and always thought it was a nice,clean and safe place to wash my clothes until today. None of the 5 washers we used washed on hot water as I choose then getting to the dryers half of them are posted out of service, in loading the ones not posted out of service ended up having to change dryers for a load that was not heating up at all. There's no one here to speak to about this. The bathroom is locked and customers not able to use between hours of 2:30-4:30. Not sure if ownership has changed hands again but this place is going down hill. After 7yrs of using this location I'm now going to have to find another place to wash and dry my clothes. When people go above and beyond what they are required to do, they should be recognized for their efforts. The owners of this laundromat are outstanding people, kind, and really helpful. The laundry itself is very, very clean and they work really hard to keep it that way. Yet they are willing to take the time out to help you with anything. I am never going to use a different laundromat. And I feel lucky that I can use this one. read more

This laundromat needs a good cleaning, the floors and walls are scuffed and there are cobwebs on the light fixtures. HOWEVER, the machines are clean and smell good (no mildewy smell in the washers and no burnt smell in the dryers) and the prices are good. There are many machines of all different load sizes which is convenient. Even with the needed cleaning I will return to this laundromat and would recommend it for others. read more

Our first visit here we did a weeks worth of laundry, and spent more money here washing then we have at other places. Well tonight we washed a load at our complex, but didn't want to use the dryer because it smelled so bad. So we took our one load to dry them here, and while waiting for it to dry, an employee came out and told us not to use their dryers. I said what? And he said "You didn't wash it here, don't use our dryers." Fine. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. read more

Worst laundromat I've ever been in. Nobody likes to go do laundry, but like everyone else, I like clean clothes. I went in, loaded my washer, added the soap and put the coins in. The triple load washer started right up, but there was no water. After about 5 minutes of their version of "dry cleaning" I went to the office door and knocked. When I roused the employee who was hiding in the back and told him my problem, he started yelling at me that it was my fault and I was a bad man. I calmly explained to him that I used to work on commercial laundry equipment, and that most likely he had a bad hot water valve in the washer. I added that if he had one, I would help him install it. he kept yelling louder and louder, much to the amusement of the other customers in there at the time. Of course after changing the setting to cold water, it washed my clothes in cold water. He refused to give me a refund, and told me to never come back there again. Really?? After the way he treated me, I would ever consider going back??? read more

My dry cycle was taking forever - clothes were still not dry after feeding $1.75 into a nine minute per quarter dryer - and I definitely hadn't overloaded it. (I go to a laundry mat every two weeks, so I know how long it should take to dry a load of my clothes.) I noticed the pull out drawer for the lint screen was slightly ajar, so I slid it open and discovered over a 1.5" of lint buildup. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days? a week? Who knows. I brought it to the attention to the staff. They didn't proceed to clean the screen, but only accuse me of breaking their lint screen drawer. I won't be going back to a place that won't work with a customer on rectifying an issue and doesn't keep their machines operating efficiently. read more

I came here in the hopes of saving some time as my complex has only one washer & dryer. But the discomfort I felt from the moment I walked in the door made it a choice I will never make again. It's dirty, for starters, and the staff stared at me and my laundry as if they assumed I was going to do it wrong. Then the owner didn't want to give me change for $5 (the coin machine was broken) because it "wasn't enough." Only when I insisted that I'd come with an additional $5 in quarters did he relent. One of the dryers stole a quarter from me, but I was told it was my fault. The dryers take forever so it's real easy to spend twice what you budgeted. Add in the bizarre policy that you can't dry there if you hadn't washed there, and this just isn't a customer friendly place. read more
