Where to start? I actually like this facility. I started coming here when I moved to town a few weeks ago. I chose this location as it is the closest to the RV Park I am staying at. The washers are great. Quick, easy and you are on your way. Now,the dryers are a completely different story. On high heat, it is 7 minutes for $0.25. Now, the cost isn't the issue but rather this begs the question, how much time will this cost me? I am at the facility anywhere between two to three hours because of how many dry cycles I have to end up doing. I have tried multiple strategies to mitigate this issue including making sure 1) the dryer is up to par 2) ensuring all items are flat and not wadded up and 3) breaking the items into smaller loads. None of which appear to help cut down the amount of time spent or the number of dry cycles per load. Oh and one last minor annoyance, you have to rescind your card each time the dryer stops Anyway, moving on, the staff (i.e., Sol) is THE sweetest. She gave me a few tips on the best way to wash given my family size. She also gave my son an ice cream and he loved her kindness. read more

This laundromat is clean as well as continuously cleaned while you are there which is great for any germs, bugs, etc brought in from homes. Also, no criminal activity that I have witnessed. Always a safe environment day or night. The staff is 99% welcoming, including Sol, who for some odd reason people do not take too. Imelda is such a welcoming person and I have started to look for her as she makes a chore seem happier and not as much work. She is always there if you need help with anything, too. I wish all businesses had an Imelda! Recommend this laundromat to everyone and I will continue going as well. read more

I've been using this laundromat for over a year at this point, I started needing a laundromat when I moved to my new home. I've been using their drop-off service and it has been amazing! I typically interact with Sol due to the days she works and I tend to come in--she's an absolute gem to interact with and so kind. My laundry is well-cleaned, fresh, and is folded better than I've ever been able to do on my own, haha. Everything is organized by where it would intuitively make sense to go (shirts versus pants, etc.) so once I bring it home it's easy to put away. The cost is completely reasonable for the service and the time saved is priceless. I want to like this place so bad, because it's close to my house and fairly clean. However, their dryers are HORRID! Every other time I have issues with no heat and error messages. Despite complaining to the owner, they've done nothing to fix it. Wish they would empty their lint traps more, because that seems to be the issue. read more

Amazing customer service. Sol really helped me with what I needed. And I even kept and eye on my load of laundry when I had to go to the DMV to renew my registration really quick. I will def will be driving a bit longer to come to this laundromat read more

I accidentally inserted money into a machine that want mine and the staff would not assist me in getting my money back for me to finish my laundry! The response was it's not my fault!! Horrible customer service and rude people!! Make sure you're paying attention to what's going on cause something will happen and they'll say not my fault! read more

Best laundromat I have ever been to, hands down. It's super clean (including the bathrooms), super inexpensive, and the attendants are super friendly. All of the machines are brand new (at least, they look it) and accept coins, credit/debit cards, and a reloadable laundromat card they offer. All of the machines are usually in pristine working condition, and I have never had to make a complaint. This place makes doing laundry so easy, it becomes somewhat enjoyable, lol. read more

I used them because they were close to my home, but I'm done after repeated issues with maintenance of the dryers and washers and other issues involving very poor customer service. You must constantly watch your clothes drying due to a lot of transients in the area who are allowed to come in without any laundry and steal clothes. The staff is lackadaisical about that issue at best. Then again, the staff is lackadaisical about many issues there. You also must constantly watch your clothes in the the dryer because the staff doesn't monitor the machines and will allow the units to become clogged with lint. The dryers will automatically shut down leaving your clothes wet and wrinkled sometimes requiring another wash just to get the wrinkles out if you happen to miss it. The staff doesn't do rounds to check on this, so it's up to you. If you want a laundromat where you step away to save time doing another chore nearby, this isn't for you unless you want to risk coming back to stolen clothes or wet, cold wrinkled clothes that must be rewashed and/or ironed. Not to mention all the wasted time trying to find staff who will address the lint issue and/or be very slow to lazily walk over and clean out the lint while you sit and wait even longer. This happened twice in a row on two different laundry days and the staff took their time to addresss it even though I was polite. A staff member also ignored a unit with someone else's clothing that was stuck right next to mine with the lint error after I had them come over to unlock my dryer unit and take out the lint. If I could see it, so could the staff member, but they are too lazy or disgruntled to address it. I've had to get the staff to come over and clean the dirty tables where you fold your clean clothes. They take their time coming over, so multiple times I've cleaned the tables and watched others do it as well. This happened most of the times I went there. The staff just doesn't seem to care and will hide away with their phones and sometimes leave the premises leaving the entire place without anyone to help you at all. When things go well, I get my clothes done quickly and get back to my busy life. All too often, I end up spending too much time dealing with their issues. To make matters worse, one staff member painted the floorboards under the washers with black paint during the middle of a busy day and everyone had to take pains to make sure none of their clothing touched the wet, black paint literally only a few feet underneath the hatches where clothes could easily drop onto it. That just shows utter disdain for the customers. The staff doesn't care about service and I'm done with this business. They'll still get people who live nearby to go there because they don't have the transportation to go elsewhere. I'm now driving to a different laudromat twice as far away and on average I still save time because I'm not having to deal with the issues. Avoid it if you can. read more

I have used this laundry mat weekly for the last two years and have been very satisfied with the service provided! Karrah and Evencio are very helpful when needed and haven't let me down once. Whenever I ask for something they accommodate immediately. They've done an excellent job with the place since this virus has hit. Have been coming here for over 5 years. Drive over 40 miles just to come to this laundromat because it used to be exceptional. No more! Over the past 6 months have had just horrendous experiences. Most recently on Sunday had a problem with a dryer that didn't dry my clothing, put a load in the same time as another dryer and they were as wet at finish as when I put them in. The attendant, Keira, was high as a kite on something when I entered the establishment. When I went to try and find her when I had the problem with the dryer, couldn't find her for 15 minutes. Other patrons were looking for her as well. She finally emerged and then got very "in my face" confrontational when I explained what happened to the dryer. She implied that I was lying. I asked to speak with a manager. She went and called someone, would not talk to them in front of me, went behind a closed door, then emerged and said she couldn't give out the number, that I should leave my name and number. I didn't ask for the number, she could have handed me the phone. I have not heard from anyone, and it has now been 48 hours plus. The attendant said she could not give me credit for the amount I put in. So I had to go home with soaking wet clothes, as I had only brought enough money for the exact amount I was going to use. When I arrived home, found that my best set of sheets had been ruined with bleach. I had not put bleach into the machine. That means the machines are not being cleaned and rinsed between loads like they used to be. So now am just out a good set of expensive sheets. On a previous occasion, the dryer made my clothes smell like burnt rubber. I pointed it out to a different attendant, and he was courteous, called the owner, and I was given a signed card to use the next time I came in for the dryers. I came in, and a different attendant would not honor the card. Another occasion, I was harassed by another patron who was drunk, and I asked the attendant to call the police, as she would not leave me alone. My cell phone was dead so I could not. The attendant refused to ask this patron to leave and would not call the police. I was on my own. This used to be a good place to come. It used to be clean. They used to clean the washers out the whole time you were there. Now it never gets done. They had some really hard working attendants, who worked non-stop the whole time I was there. All those courteous, hard working attendants no longer work there. That has you wondering about the manangement/owners right there. If they can't keep good employees, what is up? Apparently, in a mostly hispanic neighborhood, a white person at this establishment is seen as a threat, and is treated so disrespectfully and are not welcome. I have no reason to lie about a dryer not working properly. I am not hard up for money and lie about something to get a free dryer load. All it did was put me behind time wise as I had an appointment to get to, and I went home with soaking wet laundry, and ruined sheets. I would definitely suggest going someplace where they are honest, appreciate your business and don't have attendants who are high on something at work, and management that actually deals with the problems and has some level of customer service. read more

This is a great laundromat, clean, and well taken care of, however, there are three TVs and always only one is on to a Mexican American channel. All your clients do not speak Spanish. Why not cater to all clients? Have heard others complain about this also. Would be nice to actually see and understand news. read more

This laundromat is clean, and it is evident the staff puts forth an effort to keep it that way. The prices are reasonable and the dryers work excellently. Every time I have been there I have had no problem finding a machine to do my laundry. I have, as much as you can like doing chores, enjoyed doing my laundry there. The last time I was there though, enough ridiculous things happened that I feel I will find a new place to go. I opened the door to a front loading machine only to see three different kinds of spiders running into the spaces between the front seal and the cowling. This area has spiders galore so while unexpected, not unsurprising. I had a problem with the machine I was using and the attendant immediately blamed my using gel packs for the problem even though that had nothing to do with what I was saying. (Btw, if gel packs are a problem for the machines PUT UP A SIGN or two) He was too into removing the undissolved portion of the gel pack and giving me dirty looks to hear what I was saying. Had the machine been working properly there would have been no undissolved gel packs to contend with, he didn't see it that way and used flawed logic to convey that to me. So I had to pay to use a different machine to re wash my laundry, which worked fine, EVEN WITH GEL PACKS. While I was drying my clothes I kept hearing the alarm for the pseudo gambling coin pushing game that's hidden in the back corner by the vending machine, and I thought why isn't the attendant stopping that? Because it was the attendant making the alarm go off. I don't know what he was doing, maybe cleaning it but I've never heard the alarm go that much even when kids were messing with it. If this is who they choose to employ then I choose not to go there. A good example of how a four or five star facility can be dragged down by poor customer service. read more
