When I pointed to the receipt with the original quote, she ripped it out of my hand like a thief, refused to return it, and said I had to pay the inflated price or she wouldn't give me my clothes back. Let me be crystal clear: they held my belongings hostage until I forked over money I never agreed to pay. That's extortion, plain and simple. She was unbelievably rude, unapologetic, and totally unprofessional. I left feeling angry, ripped off, and disgusted that a business can treat people this way and get away with it. I'm disputing the charges with my bank and looking into legal action. This place needs to be held accountable. I'll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and every consumer protection agency I can find. Avoid this place like the plague. They do not deserve your money, your trust, or your business.

On Monday, October 24, 2022, I put on one of my cashmere cardigan sweaters and there are two holes in the bottom of the sweater that were not there when I brought the clothing in. I called the establishment and spoke with Darrin and he said he would have someone call me about this shortly. I told him it it looked like a dog had gotten ahold of my sweater and he said they do not have any dogs in the cleaners. The weird thing was there was a dog in there on Wednesday when I picked up the clothing and I told him that. He ignored what I said. I called the cleaners again today Tuesday, October 25, 2022 and again Darrin answered and he acted surprised that I hadn't heard from anyone. I am guessing I won't be hearing from anyone so I looked the business up through the Colorado Secretary of State and not registered there or through DORA. This sweater I only had since last fall 2021 and it was $445 and this company will not take any responsibility for it and I do not recall signing any waiver through them regarding destruction of my property.
