They have to do the unbuttoning and it makes their fingers crack which I felt terrible about.

Update: This company has an "F" rating with the Colorado BBB…read more I have two primary complaints regarding Select Laundry: 1) After 4 washes, just days after installation, the washer flooded the entire foyer and laundry room of my apartment, and seeped into the apartment below, because the drainpipe was not secured properly into the drain stack (no tape or zip cord or anything). This is not consistent with professional business practices in the industry. 2) Just days after installation and a handful of loads, it has come to my attention the dryer has to be run twice for the clothes to be entirely dry. They are still damp after one cycle, even on the highest settings. I would have expected the machines to be thoroughly inspected and repaired prior to installation. Again, they failed to meet the reasonable expectations of the industry. 3) I emailed their customer service five days ago, and they still have not responded.

Fast forward the 2 days, and I am hurrying to try to get to the store before they close at 6:30... :( I was very nervous I wouldn't be able to get my things in time and also felt guilty of course for not getting there sooner. I decided to call him and let him know I would be less than 5 minutes late but just wanted to see if I might could still get my things.. He immediately remembered me (I have a pretty distinct southern accent) and said no problem, he will wait for me to get there. Whenever I got there, I was actually pleasantly surprised at the price for how many pieces I'd gotten cleaned. And, even after staying late to wait on me, he insisted on helping carry my clothes to my car. And, the best part- no eye-rolling or judgment that I was late... just happy and helpful:) And, on top of all that- clothes were cleaned, pressed, and even didn't have all those annoying dry cleaning tags stapled/ pinned on everything.
