I'm giving two stars only because they did do one item, a bedspread duvet cover very nicely. But they only pressed it. They also apparently clean a long black Alpaca winter coat. They had to redo it a second time because they did not get a couple spots out. And the second time around they still didn't. The gentleman said he knew they they worked on it because he marked the areas himself. Well, when I brought it in the second time, it was a woman who marked it. He did not!! I do not recommend this place for cleaning. Pressing and laundry might be OK. read more

Started using them a month ago and so far, after about four visits, I have had no issues. I mostly use them for collared shirts and they have been fine. Prices are reasonable and the service is pretty quick. read more

Really really recommend. The quality is now top notch but the price still a great value. April 2018. And I'm fussy. Friendly staff. Parking. Used them for over a year now, just shirts and pants. I'd probably take 'nice' clothes elsewhere maybe but the service is always fast and friendly, the quality has gone UP recently as I think they changed their actual dry cleaning source and best of all compared to any other cleaners around here, very INEXPENSIVE! Brought a dress off here after hearing a friend takes her regular dry cleaning here. This $180 dress, imported from France, worn once, came back with serious fraying, part of the bust was coming apart. I noticed it before I left and the woman took my number so the manager could call me. She never called. I'm not surprised she never called, what was she going to do to make it right? I'll never bring anything here again. Maybe it's OK for lesser clothing, but keep your valuable and loved items away from this shop. I certainly will. read more

My son dropped off his suit for cleaning and went to pick it up for his prom and they returned the suit without the pants. He did not check and when he returned home he discovered the pants were missing. This ruined his prom night and even though we got the pants back it was too late to get them to him in time. How stupid for a Dry cleaners to separate the pants. I have been taking suits to cleaners for years and never have they ever separated the jacket from the pants. You hand them the ticket and they hand you the whole suit. I would not recommend them at all. read more

The lady who owns or works all the time is the most rude person ever. The only reason I continue to go is the price can't be beat. This week was the last straw...why do I continue to go to a place where they treat you like a number and have no real interest in having good customer service. I would rather find someone who treats people with respect and will actually look you in the eye when speaking to you, not just say "PHONE NUMBER?" Would not recommend. Well -- I am confused in reading some of the other reviews. They do take credit cards because that is all I have ever paid with. Maybe that is a fairly new policy. I have not had any ruined clothes or un-cleaned articles. Either I am pretty lucky or they are doing a decent job for 99% of the customers that go in there. I feel like I need to stick up for them just a bit because what I am reading just isn't true for me. Been going to Continetnal for over 21 years starting in Boulder when I was in grad school, then moving to Denver for work - Leetsdale, Arvada and now Golden - very happy with the price and in all these years only one item was ruined - and that could have been the item dye, not really the dry cleaners faults. I have never written a review on a business until now. This was my first interaction with Continental Cleaners and was completely irritated with the service I experienced. The lady working was very rude to me and the other customers that were there at the same time. I was missing a pair of slacks and she told me to come back another time and walked off. There was no explanation as to their whereabouts. I waited for her return and continued to press the issue. Finally, after considerable debating, she went to look for them and found them. I can understand when there are delays and mishaps but the rudeness I experienced was completely unprofessional. read more

Very Very dissatisfied!! Been taking all dress shirts for laundry and expensive Tommy Bahama shirts for dry clean only, for the past few months, always separate shirts by laundry or dry clean and get two tickets. Last week picked up a Tommy Bahama $150 shirt that was burned by the dry cleaners and ruined, not only did they try to blame me for their error stating I didn't have them put it on the correct ticket, even though the shirt has a tag in it that states DRY CLEAN ONLY they also will do nothing about it! So buyer beware!!! You get what you pay for - cheap prices, cheap service! Will never go there or recommend again! read more

I've gone to Continental for a long time, but have given up. I initially liked it because there was a very helpful woman manager, and the prices are good. Over time, the quality of the cleaning has gotten really poor. They often don't open on time. They lost my son's winter dress coat and I had to keep calling before they "found" it. One of the employees said they were having staffing problems. Well, its not my problem anymore. Even though other places are less convenient for me, I am taking my business elsewhere. read more

What more could you ask for? $1.60 an article for drycleaning, and they do a great job. They called me to ask if it was ok to keep my clothes an extra day so they could go after some stubborn stains! The only downside is they're clear across town from where I am now, but if you're anywhere near I-70 and Colfax (exit 262), take the drive and save some cash. read more

I take a lot of clothes weekly to this cleaners and have for a few years. Ever since new owners bought this business they started to outsource their cleaning. I've had nothing but problems since! I've had clothes come back with stains that never went to them with stains and they've lost 2 of my items in the last 6 months. I was given a store credit the first time but the second time I have to fill out a form for their insurance company to reimburse me. I'd rather have my clothes back than the money given what I pay for them and what I get reimbursed for (depreciation, of course). I've received other people's clothes in my order but I've always returned them. They say they have no way of tracking who may have received my items and they just have to wait and see if someone brings them in. I'm going to be hard-pressed to find another cleaners for this price but I can't afford to keep losing clothes to them! I won't be going back that's for sure. They did just recently begin taking credit cards but I didn't ask which ones they take. read more
