I went here and my favorite white capris came back with a terrible ink stain. I took them back and they said they would dry clean them again. When I came back to pick up my laundry my favorite white capris were missing. After wrangling up with them they said they would reimburse me for the cost replacing the pants but never sent a check. The customer service and pricing are excellent; My cleaning has only been late once and other than this I've been very satisfied. The quality of the cleaning is good. The only constructive criticism I have is stain removal on items has been lacking. Many times I washed my items at home with the $1 powdered stain remover from the dollar store as they could not remove the stains. Overall, this beats the two dry cleaners close to me that overcharge for same services. read more

This cleaners ruined a silk blouse of mine. They made me come back 3 times saying they would try to get the stain out and when I finally talked to the manager he was a complete and utter fool! He actually told me it could have been AN INVISIBLE STAIN! Refused to compensate me in any manner. The man must take a lot of heat from a lot of customers and he was not going to give an inch. Very inexpensive dry cleaning but that one blouse has set me back and made me rethink - you get what you pay for! BEWARE and find another place that stands behind their service. read more

They stained our shirts, gave us the wrong clothes, lost our order ticket TWICE, and the employees are absolutely awful.

Do not take your clothes here! If I could have given them no rating or a negative rating, I would have. They have damaged numerous items, turned a white jacket yellow, mysterious stains on a dress and as Rachel C. mentioned, a pair of my linen trousers came back with black spots on them. I asked them to treat a spot on a blouse and they told me they don't treat spots. I don't know what they are doing, but they are not "cleaning" anything. This place is cheap, but you get what you pay for. They most recently ruined my nice dress shirt when they created permanent stains that were not on the shirt when I dropped it off. They tried cleaning the stains they created a couple times, but couldn't get them out. When I complained about it, the manager first tried to blame me. Then he tried to blame their contractor who does laundry for them, and told me I had to take it up with the contractor. I told the manager at Continental Cleaners that he could take it up with the contractor, but I expected him to help me out. He then said the laundry contractor said it wasn't their fault. After some back-and-forth, he offered a $25 credit. I wasn't thrilled with that since the shirt cost far more than $25, but I said fine . . . until I realized he meant a $25 credit for more dry cleaning. I said I didn't trust them to clean any more of my clothes, and that I wanted a new shirt, or at least some money toward a new shirt, not more cleaning to make up for a shirt I have to throw away and couldn't get cleaned now anyway. He said the $25 credit for more cleaning was all he could do. And, this was after they had already destroyed several buttons on slacks I had brought in for dry cleaning. They told me they couldn't help with replacing those buttons, either. Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

I have been going to this cleaners for over 20 years. There have been minimal problems, only lost 1 item but it was found a month later. The only complaint I had was the annual fee. After 20 years I felt insulted by this, but $1.65 is still not bad for dry cleaning. Recommend! read more

If you like your clothes CLEAN then DO NOT go to Continental Cleaners. I have recently moved to the area they reside, and thought "what a great deal", since so many other drycleaners are overpriced. I am smarter than that and should have known, you get what you pay for. I guess $1.65 per piece does not allow them to actually clean your clothes. After getting back a few dress shirts that seemed to have spots that were not there prior to dropping them off we were skeptical. Last week was the last straw. We, my husband and I, went in to pick up our order of 5 shirts. The woman who was helping us, showed us one of the shirts that was absolutely destroyed by a brownish yellow stain over the entire shirt. She said, "We think this was caused by one of the machines so we will try to remove the stain." She handed us a card with the owner/manger's name and told us to call in a few days for the next step. I called Duane the owner and what I got was TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was unbelievable. I explained the situation and he laughed saying, "We never assume responsibility and I override ANYTHING that was said to you because I am the owner." and "My employees will say anything to avoid confrontation." Needless to say, he made me feel like it was my problem and that I actually stained the shirt, which is just insulting. I am an honest person and expect to be treated with respect and honesty as well. Not always the case. What kind of business owner says that and stands behind it? Especially when we are talking about keeping business in this economy. Plain and simple they ruined the shirt, admitted it, and then made me feel ridiculous about following up. I will never go back, and hope that anyone reading this will think about this story before dropping off your clothes at Continental Cleaners. If it's a piece of clothing that doesn't matter to you, then by all means, have them unclean it for you. read more

I have been using this dry cleaner for approximately 15 years. Generally no complaints but the last year not only has their service dwindled so has the actual cleaning. One day while picking up my dry cleaning as they were counting the pieces I noticed I had someone else's pants and a white blouse of mine was missing. The gal politely took my contact information and said she would call me. Approximately 1 week went by and I stopped by to drop of some items and inquired again about my blouse. The gal I spoke with took my name and number and said the owner would call me but that never happened. I inquired two additional times and I have yet to hear from the owner or anyone from the store offering any assistance. I have since given up and don't even want to step foot in that place. In regard to cleaning the quality has gone down hill tremendously. My clothes come back consistently reaking of the chemical they use. A friend of mine recommended Impressive Cleaners so I'm going to give them a shot. I will never use this dry cleaner again and would only recommend them if you don't mind your clothes missing and the items you do get back smell like cleaning solution! read more

Best prices and Best cleaning I've found in the Denver area. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The dry cleaning is ready the next day because the work is all done at the store. They do laundry and specialized cleaning too. read more

I use Continental Cleaners once a month. The service has always been on time and they have never damaged my clothes. The workers also have a good attitude and greet me with a smile. I will continue to use them. You certainly can't beat the price. read more

I must say I had the worst customer service in my life. I was ready to wear my beautiful orange sweater and could not find the belt that was cleaned with it. I took the sweater to Continental cleaners and asked for the belt. The staff tried to blame the lost of the belt on me. She told me in a care free way "we take stuff that are not claimed to charity". I told her I came to claim my clothes but was not given the belt. After trying several ways to blame it on me and found out they were not making sense, she then pretended to check the computer and finally said you did not submit your belt with your sweater. The computer shows there was no belt. That was a lie. I left the sweater with the lady and told her she could have it. When I got home, I found the receipt that showed that there was a belt with the clothes. I mailed the receipt to Continental Cleaners hoping to hear from them. If this is a deceit business, they will call and apologize for losing my belt, but what do you expect? read more

If I could give less then 1 star, I would! The ONLY positive thing about this place is the pricing, but their service justifies their pricing. Everyone person I have dealt with here is rude and they do very poor work. I tried this place 4-5 times. They weren't getting any of my clothes clean at all. We aren't talking stains, but just normal wear. I asked one of the employees about this and she gave me some b.s. response on the chemicals they use to clean garments. I figured I would try them one last time since they were so affordable. I laundered my own shirts, I just needed them pressed here. They charged me the same price as dry cleaning and tagged everything "Press Only." I got this batch of clothes back and only about half of the garments were wearable. I honestly believe they didn't press most of my shirts, only re-hung them. Terrible service. I wouldn't even recommend this place to your dreaded mother-in-law!!! read more
