They carry larger size detergent, fabric softener, as well as dryer sheets. If you only need the single use, then there is a machine dispenser for that as well. Some of the machines accept cards. But as a tip bring about $10 in cash. There is a change dispensing machine as well. They have high speed WiFi for your Netflix or whatever else you are doing online. It was clean and safe. No issues. Then one returned with what looked like some detergent dried on. Then little things like the shirt not being flat when they pressed it, especially along the buttons. The big one was when they returned my clothes but didn't have the coat to my suit. It wouldn't have been a big deal except I was flying out the next morning. Luckily I had another suit I could wear but then I had another problem, I didn't want them delivering my jacket to a house that would be empty for days. I called and explained I was missing an item and asked they call me back. No return call. A day later I called again. Still no return call. When I finally got home, there was my suit coat, hanging by my front door, like a banner signaling to passers by that no one was home! A couple days later as I was leaving for work, another shirt with a detergent stain on it! I'm done with this company and recommend you be too.

It would be nice to have a set price list visible for customers to see. I now know why the turn around time was a week to sew on name tapes & rank for 4x uniforms. Upon picking up my items, I noticed a lot of issues with my uniforms. When I explained the deficiencies, the lady said she'd sewn many uniforms before and no one had issues (highly doubt it given the amount of errors)- I guess I'm the first. When I asked for my money back so I can take it on base to alterations to fix it, she said she could not give the money back but she will fix it - I just need to tell her what's wrong with each one. I value my time, if I had to tell everyone how to do their job- why would I need to pay $240 for something that's been sewn so many times before? Needless to say, I will take my money elsewhere & will not be back.
