We came home to a beautiful, refreshed, dust free home with excellent attention to detail. We absolutely will use BlueSpring again!

Second, about the arrival time, then why do I have a text from Chris stating they would arrive between 12:30 and 1 PM? Third, regarding the calling our home bio hazard when its not bit, your companies screwups cost a low income family that makes $1491 a month $2181 and had a $949 charge on our account for over 6 days money we could have used for food and other necessary expenses. Fourth, Yasmine reaching out to us out of concern might be true, but that does not make it okay, legal, or a good business practice. Why would a company refuse someone then turn around and try to get the job outside the company? Is she insured? How do we know she wouldn't come in and take advantage of us and steal/break our things? Fifth, not putting your teams in a position they can't complete a job? Then don't send a group of 3 friends to a job that is clearly a lot of work if they are lazy and don't wanna work hard, or hire better staff, or match staff appropriately to jobs, its not our problem you mismatched. Sixth, after researching you, this is clearly not the first time your business has done similar things, otherwise you wouldn't have a 2.5 to 2.7 star rating on several websites. Seventh, This company has offered us no compensation, or anything for the time they waisted, or the money they held, or the extra money we had to spend, when it was clearly not a bio-hazard level job and their employees even admitted that.

They were very nice people, professional, and very respectful people. We're selling our house and needed it deep cleaned for the showing. We got two women who arrived on…read moretime and were here for about four hours. Overall, they did a good job and were reasonably nice. Here are the problems we encountered: On the way out of our house, they realized they forgot to clean a fan, and when they dusted it the dust went everywhere and we're still dealing with that now because they didn't pick it up and it went all over the couch. Everytime we think we got all the dust bunnies there's one more. They needed to do a window that they couldn't reach, and we gave them a step stool when they arrived but they still just stood on my couch cushions to clean the window instead. Lastly, we asked them to wear masks when they got here because there's a pandemic going on and according to CDC guidelines everyone should wear a mask regardless of vaccination status. We're in close quarters even if they're vaccinated after all. On arrival one housekeeper had a mask and we didn't mind having to provide a mask for the other one, but the entire time- until we called management about it- they kept the masks under their nose or chin, usually chin. When we talked to management they said something about how the chemicals were burning from the oven cleaner and they needed to take their masks off to breathe. But: 1) They didn't use any real oven cleaner, I have the NO FUME oven cleaner here.. And two- They hadn't actually started on the oven yet. On top of that, wearing a mask is a normal thing housekeepers do to protect their own lungs from chemicals even before the pandemic. They honestly just weren't concerned about their safety or mine even after showing up and seeing me on a feeding tube. After we called the front office they actually kept their masks on, but if masks are important to you you might want a different company. They did an overall good job cleaning the house, and I *might* have overlooked the mask issue since this was a one-time clean- but standing on the furniture and the fan making a huge mess made us want to go elsewhere in future.
