After setting up a meeting time, and a walkthrough, I was told I would get a quote the same day (because I was in a rush) I however, did not receive it until the next day. The quote was based on nothing that I asked for - instead, they gave me a breakdown for a yearly estimate. Then when I asked for clarification (because I wanted a one-time clean from the start) I was met with confusion and aversion. I was told very limited information about hourly pricing (which changes during business hours) but they would not explain ANYTHING to me. I was told they no longer have availability for up to 3 weeks and that they don't have a daytime crew. None of this was told to me at the beginning or else I wouldn't have wasted my limited time trying to work with them.

I advised I was pretty OCD and she let me know she would be here until the job is done, no hourly limit. Upon arrival we got a long very well, she was very professional. Even asked if her husband could give us a quote on painting. Which I still have yet to receive. On Monday morning, upon waking up to start my day and when looking at the kitchen walls I was disgusted. I then grabbed a sponge and started scrubbing. To my surprise, grease, gunk and all kinda of other things were coming off the wall. I called my husband very disappointed and he mentioned that I should not be cleaning areas of the house which we paid someone over $300 to do. After noticing all the things missed in the kitchen, i decided to walk the entire house for missed items that had not been cleaned and there were several - pics included. I then reached out to Myrna letting her know I was not completely satisfied with my service. She said she would come back to clean the items missed and set a time for 8am - and NEVER showed up. I've seen called and texted several times asking for a refund, since she now has decided not to come back and do the work properly and she is ignoring me. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and DO NOT recommend you give them your business! Until I get a response back from Myrna this review will stay as I am highly disappointed and even more upset about her lack of communication! Update - Just received 4 missed calls with no voicemail. Once I finally answered I was told I'm going to be receiving papers in the mail from this company... stay tuned! Reports filed with Venmo and BBB.
