Ali and her crew just left my home, after spending 7 hours deep cleaning. The price was fair, and they earned a $300 tip for doing such an outstanding job. I have zero domestic skills, so they had a huge job to do today. I'm amazed by my shiny kitchen, the floors, the windows... everything is beautiful. Huge thanks, Ali! I'll hire you again soon. read more

I scheduled a cleaning service about a month in advance. We agreed on the scope of work, the price and that payment would be made when the job was completed. I also offered to have the owner come by beforehand to meet me and see the house, but she repeatedly declined. A few days before my scheduled cleaning, while I was out of town, the owner contacted me and said she had concerns because previous customers had not paid for services. Although we had already agreed on the payment terms when the appointment was booked, she then requested my full name, phone number and a credit card to hold the appointment. I suggested that she send me a photo halfway through the cleaning and I would send payment at that time. She declined and canceled my scheduled appointment. I understand that businesses have the right to establish policies to protect themselves. However, those policies should be communicated before accepting a booking--not a month later, just days before the scheduled service. Changing the requirements at the last minute and canceling the appointment left me scrambling to find another cleaning service before returning home from vacation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on my experience and would advise finding another cleaning service for your needs. read more

Unprofessional! Never provides consistent day of week or time of day for cleanings. Last minute communication on when they can be there which doesn't work for most people's busy life's. Cleaning is very average as well. Owner is argumentative when called out on last minute scheduling on their part. I had the same cleaning service for over 20 years and never had these issues. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Prompt response time, good communication, and house was cleaned really well. We will definitely use them again.

These guys did a fantastic job. The workers got right to work, and worked really hard the whole time they were here. Thanks to you Ali and your team. read more

Amazing so fast, organized, efficient, they barely needed any guidance better than almost any cleaner I've had before

The cleaners were quick and efficient! Every wall, baseboard, cabinet, carpet, floor was pristine. Refrigerator clean out top to bottom.

Asked for an in person estimate due to needing to be firm in my budget. Felt like asking this was inconvenient. Stated she would come at 6:30 & at 6: 45 didn't respond to "are we still on? " At 7pm, decided to cancel as there was zero communication. Would not recommend. read more

They did an incredible job. I would hire them again. Three ladies came in and cleaned the entire house in under three hours.

We needed a whole house clean, 5 bedrooms 4 1/2 baths and bar, They were quick and did a great job especially on my wood floors, carpets were vacuumed with no tire stripes left behind. They showed up on time. It was a good value, and less expensive than my no previous cleaner had I asked her to clean all three floors. I have already booked my next cleaning. read more

Great communication and understanding. Arrived promptly, did a stellar job, went to extra efforts on the fly and done in a timely fashion!

Our cleaners arrived on time, worked very diligently & did an excellent job. Will use them again!

Ali's Cleaning Service did a wonderful job on our move out cleaning for our rental. I arrived to our old rental about 7 minutes before the 2 hour time frame I was given. The lovely ladies were already there and ready to work! They said it would be about an hour and a half before they were done. So I said I'd come back in then to check over things. I arrived a little before the 1.5 hours was up and they said they needed around 20 more minutes. I hung out in my car and came back in 20 minutes later. They were finishing up and asked me to take a look around. Everything looked spotless! Overall, I'm super pleased with the cleaning. Only negative was the pricing process was a bit confusing. I was given a base rate of $185 knowing it could be more depending on the house. I was then given a final quote of $220 based on how deep of a clean we wanted. I was under the impression from the list of items that would be done in my original quote from the "move out cleaning" that it would be pretty close to the $185... however the list had items in there that cost more based on a deeper clean (i.e. blinds, base boards, etc.) Totally fine with a deeper clean being more, just wish how it was presented to me for the move out cleaning would have been more specific as to what was included and which items would cost more. Ali did give me the option to take off those "deeper clean options" for a total of $200, which I appreciated the option. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about Ali 's Cleaning Service. She, and her team, are so thoughtful, professional, and caring. We had an event recently at our neighborhood clubhouse and several people said they had never seen the clubhouse look that clean! They helped at the last minute and we are already giving their name and phone number to others. read more

We had Ali's team come to clean our house, and they did a fantastic job. It's been a while since we had a cleaner, and I was surprised to see how much they were able to do. After our own deep cleaning, I thought I would be ready for them, but they still managed to pull out five bags of trash. I really appreciate everything they did for us, and I look forward to their ongoing service. read more

It's most important that I have someone I can trust in my home. If I go to the trouble of getting out of the way and paying, I'm going to want a great job and serious people. Also nice people that do what they tell me. That's what my experience has been. Ali is direct. I like that. I am good at arithmetic. She has a margin and needs to pay her staff. I am not looking for a crazy cheep deal. That's reckless. You need to consider the big picture. It is a proper service. Not low-budget type of just get the trash, dusting and vacuuming. Yes!! I do recommend Ali's Cleaning. They are doing a great job. Mirrors perfect! Cabinets smudge-free! Trash bins were rinsed and fresh! Wood floors are especially tough in my place. But so beautiful once clean. It is so good for me psychologically to have my place professionally cleaned! I lost my previous cleaner in January. Getting in touch with Ali and starting the service is the best and only thing I've done for my mental health since the hell we've all been through. It's brightened my world tangibly and emotionally. You might consider it as a gift for your loved one if they are still suffering from post-COVID depression? Or just do something for you for a change. Enough with worrying about everyone but you. read more

I would not recommend this company for a deep cleaning. We booked them for a move-in deep cleaning for our new home. It had recently had paint contractors in there, it wasn't a heavy renovation by any means. They covered the floors with drop clothes but there was still some dust of course as expected. I was quoted 385-485 for a 1900 square foot home with 4 bedrooms 2 baths. She said they do not work by the hour but total for the job. When the ladies arrived, she said it was very dusty and would need to charge extra. She quoted 565 - not ideal for us considering we were quoted from other companies who were cheaper but we thought given the reviews they would do a thorough job. They did the job within 3-3.5 hours but given the misses we have found we would have preferred to go with the other companies who quote by the hour. We would have been willing to spend the same amount to ensure the cleaning service worked extra hours to ensure they get the job done in every room. They did good on the floors and windows but part of a deep clean should be the bathrooms - that's a given. Our faucet had calcium buildup and this was not addressed. The tub also had some black rings in it, this was not done either. After move in, we were able to clean both of these in 30 minutes so it was clear there was no attempt. We also found bobby pins on the floor from the previous owner in the bathroom which makes me question what kind of cleaning if any was done to these bathrooms. She asked that we not venmo her as a business which protects the transaction for the customer to ensure refunds if we are not happy with the service. The business is charged a fee for this, I said this is fine as I wanted to support a small business but it really put us in a disadvantage when we are not happy with the full service. We also did not feel we had any option to speak with the cleaners to let them know what was missing as they did not speak great English. If you are going to use them I would suggest being very clear on what you expect and do not assume some of the dirtiest rooms in your house are included. read more

I messaged Ali and she was able to set me up with a cleaning a few days later. My apartment is SHINING. Like, my garbage can top is a mirror. The corner behind my litter box is spotless. They even folded pretty things in my paper goods like a hotel! They sent two women for two ish hours and it was a bit above $200. My floors are squeaky clean. I don't know if I can afford to do this regularly but I have back to back travel planned last, this, and next week, and this clean was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable in my apartment when I don't have time to do it all. read more

Overpriced and underwhelming!! I contacted Ali earlier this week about a deep cleaning. She was able to fit me in which was very nice and we talked for approximately 20 minutes about what I needed done. I explained that I only needed the main floor done as I had already cleaned the upstairs. Fast forward to today. First they showed up 90 minutes late but then had no idea what we wanted done. Poor communication between Ali and her employees. The cleaning was fair at best, not a deep cleaning at all. My husband was home but working in the yard. He told them he needed to leave for a few minutes (he was gone 20 minutes) but asked if they needed anything or were close to leaving and they said no. When he returned they were gone and had completely left our home open and unlocked. Disgraceful. They then lied to their boss and said they thought he was here. I expressed my concerns to Ali and was sent a picture of one corner stating my house was too dusty. One picture and the kicker was I had told her over the phone that room would need the most work. If my house were spotless I wouldn't need a cleaning would I? I refused to pay full price and received a discount but even the discounted rate was a total rip off. I would be wary of hiring this company. They do not offer set prices and apparently will claim that anything is too dirty in order to charge more. I'm not filthy by any means and have honestly never heard of a cleaning company that is so opposed to cleaning. What a joke. The point I made to the owner was if it was so dirty than how was a deep cleaning accomplished is 2 hours? It wasn't. All I know is at these prices I'm ready to leave nursing and start barely cleaning houses. Lesson learned on my part as there are several reviews with these same complaints. read more

I reached out to Ali's Cleaning Service to get an estimate on a post-construction deep clean (we tried to keep up with the dust it but it gets everywhere!) not to mention a good solid clean of the house given our two large hairy dogs. :) Ali came over within a few days to give an estimate, arrived on time, provided a reasonable estimate, and we booked a day and time. I had to postpone it and she was very understanding, and put me on the schedule the next week, which was much appreciated. A team of two very nice professional ladies came this morning and worked hard for nearly 3 hours, and the results are wonderful! I'll definitely keep them in mind for any future needs! read more

We had them come do a deep clean of our house before we bought it. They did an alright job, but it was very expensive, and they missed a number of things. And, they don't take credit cards, don't send invoices unless you prompt them, and it was days before they asked for payment. Kind of an odd experience. read more

TL;DR: They didn't clean what we asked them to clean. They tried to clean what we didn't ask them to clean and tried to charge $35 over the high end of the quote I received, which I was told would depend on how dirty the house is. We just bought the house. It is still empty, has been for at least 6 weeks and most of the "dirtiness" was just from showings. Just bought a 3 bedroom, 4 bath townhouse. It hasn't been lived in for at least 6 weeks and was cleaned prior to beginning showings, so it's more dusty than dirty. The floor is a little dirty from showings. There is a bit of detritus in the bathrooms and the kitchen cabinets needed to be wiped out. I called Ali's cleaning service to get a quote for them to clean the floors, bathrooms and wipe out the cabinets. I was quoted $185-$250 depending on how dirty the house is. I am also interested in a regular cleaning service also, so I asked what the quote would be to clean the floors and bathrooms every 2 weeks. The quote was $165. I called back a few days later to request a cleaning. I was told that they don't work on Saturday's despite Saturday hours being listed on Yelp. They offered to come out that same day. My partner went to the house to let them in as we are not yet living there. He repeated that we wanted the floors, cabinets and bathrooms. My partner had to literally ask one of the cleaners to stop cleaning the appliances and the kitchen countertop and they never cleaned the cabinets (there are still crumbs and hair from the previous owners). Before the cleaners were even finished, I receive a text stating that the cost would be $285. I ended up paying $250 for two cleaners to spend 1.5 hours cleaning the floors and bathrooms ... $83 per hour per person. Update: 1. The cleaning that was done was not worth $250 do begin with. 2. My partner did NOT request that the baseboards be cleaned. Your staff asked if they should, without ever mentioning it would cost more. They should have made it clear that it would cost more when they asked. 3. They didn't do what we asked: wipe out the cabinets. 4. He did sign off on it, which is why I didn't argue with you any more. He should not have had to be there to monitor what they were doing. He is not their supervisor. He already did more than he should have. I am not asking for any money back. I am just warning others not to use your service. read more

I needed a special occasion cleaning before Christmas. I don't usually open a "project" on Yelp but this time I wanted a few companies to choose from. I chose Ali's Cleaning Service over the other 2-3 businesses who responded, for the following reasons: Fast response, large number of good ratings, many details provided in her initial estimate, a strong focus on communication, and a reasonable price. I set a date for the team to come to my small 3BR home, and they did a very thorough job. For that event, I requested all the standard services PLUS cleaning the refrigerator shelves and the blinds. The work was so helpful, and the cleaning team was professional and friendly and efficient. I appreciated the experience and asked them to do another standard cleaning today. Blanca and Myrna arrived right on time and took care of all my cleaning needs, leaving me with a clean and nice-smelling home! Thank you. read more

After an extensive search for cleaning services, I contacted Ali for her cleaning services. The wife and I agreed this would be our best choice for getting our place cleaned. Communication was excellent with Ali. We exchanged information and everything was set. On the morning of our appointment 15 minutes had passed after the agreed upon time and I heard nothing. I had waited outside for someone to show up and no one did. I messaged Ali and she said the team would be here 15 minutes after that. I waited again. Keep in mind our appointment time was 8AM and it was now 8:30. I came back in and waited for a text or a message. By 8:48 our patience had run out so we cancelled. There was no communication from their end. At 8:58, Ali replied that the cleaning crew was outside but that was already too late. This experience has left their services to be highly undesirable as we shuffled and reshuffled our scheduled today to fit them in. Unfortunately we are back to square one in hunting for a cleaning service. Reply to Ali: Please keep in mind there was no communication from the very beginning from you or your team. All of it was initiated by me. read more

Price quoted was $145, then she bumped it to $240 because the house was dusty? That was a Rip Off, don't quote a decent price and then shaft people afterwards! I ended up paying about $100 per hour, that seems outrageous. On the plus side, the house is clean. But I never would've signed up for $240! In the future, you should be honest and up front about first time pricing. And It should not be $95 extra for a first time service anyway. If I had not felt so taken advantage of, I would have signed up for future services. I'm Very Disappointed Ali. read more

Uphold. Ali responded to a quote request for deep cleaning. Told me $135 ended up paying $175. All I got was a dust, dry mop and vacuum to the living areas and a very basic clean for the bathrooms. My basement went untouched. Seemed like they rushed through everything. Told Ali about my confusion, that I thought I was getting a deep cleaning and she told me no that's not what kind of cleaning I was booked for but everything is very clear in the Yelp message center from the very beginning of my request for a quote and my specific deep cleaning that I requested.
