Franco's team has delivered, and I've been highly appreciative, and impressed, with Mary and team, Sol, helping me monthly since January, for the past 5 home cleanings, or so, and counting. Mary, my head house cleaner, listens attentively, and I can trust her to deliver high quality work, listening to my needs and preferences. I also recently hired Franco's Home Cleaning for exterior and interior window cleaning, and they did a better job than professional window washers, who used pressure washers! Mary and team, Sol, attentively cleaned all windows, by hand, even correcting the exterior window cleaning that was done last year, as well as dusting and cleaning the interior of the windows. CONS: I have no idea how she spent those 4 hours, because I had to spend the entire weekend scrubbing the things she missed. I hired Traci (based on great Yelp reviews) to deep clean an apartment the landlord had not cleaned well (pre-move in). The place is old and imperfect... I knew going into it that it probably wouldn't sparkle, but told her that I was primarily interested in a good scrub to remove the grime and gunk left in the kitchen, bathroom, and on the light switches. When she was done and it came time to inspect, I was shocked to find the amount of things that were missed, including a large, dried puddle of stuck-on goo in one of the cabinets, left by a previous tenant. This is something super gross and in plain sight. I am seriously astounded that this was overlooked after 4 hours of deep kitchen cleaning. I then pointed out some stuck on grime under the stove ledge (which I had pointed out during the initial walk through). Her response? "Yeah, I don't think I can do much with that... You could probably get it off with some Goo Gone"............. I thought that is what I was paying YOU for!!!!!! Bottom line: this company may be fine for some light dusting or vacuuming in a well maintained home, but AVOID if your job requires elbow grease of any kind.

Unfortunately, over the last six months or so, the quality declined noticeably and steadily. I raised concerns multiple times and asked for specific notes to be added to our account so that the cleaners knew where to pay attention, but despite those efforts, the issues continued and in some cases worsened. It included simple things like the TV console and desks not even being dusted to fully missing cleaning entire rooms. At that point, it became clear the problems weren't being effectively addressed. On the positive side, Andrea, the coordinator, was always very kind and responsive, and the pricing was reasonable. Forgetting to clean items, breaking a lightbulb, moving things all over the place I couldn't find them. But then they broke two of my collectible, porcelain figurines. The owner apologized and agreed to Fix It. She never offered any credit. I decided to give him a second chance. But what happened? They broke another one of my collectible figurines. That was the last straw. they never. They did pay for the repair, but it was a terrible repair job! You can see all the seams where it broken. They are now worthless instead of priceless. We had four services and the first was excellent- the rest of the cleanings they didn't even vacuum or mop the floors (?), bathroom vanities and sinks weren't cleaned, nothing was dusted... I could barely tell they were there. They were also in and out in about 45 minutes for each cleaning which never seemed long enough for a 2200 square foot house.
