I was pleased to see automated text messages confirmed the job and described what to expect. Rino does a great job of blending multiple communication modes seamlessly (Yelp, person's cell, automated text number). This is a rare skill that should not be underestimated. Unfortunate there was an emergency and I had to cancel the job in the middle of the night before the service (see my review on drywall lol). Then the emergency was taken care of sooner than expected, so I contacted Rino again. We rescheduled service for the following day. An arrival window was provided; they arrived promptly. Ali did a walkthrough and we showed him a couple of stains. They began the service. There was a team of two, Ali and Ivan. Ali performed the stain treatment (stains came out!) and Ivan the all-over carpet cleaning. Both were friendly and professional. I will certainly hire them again.

Zerorez came to my house to clean the carpet on Monday about 0900. I heard water dripping down from…read moremy downstairs shower about 450pm, hours after the technician left the location. I called the technician twice but no answer. I immediately ran upstairs and noticed that my kids bathroom was flooded. I immediately placed about 10 towels to soak up the water and plunged the toilet. About 30 minutes later the water that was dripping through the light in the downstairs shower started to slow down. I called Zerorez and told them that I had no knowledge of the technician using my upstairs restroom. He clogged the toilet which made the toilet overflow and tons of water in the upstairs bathroom dripping through the light in the downstairs shower. It's Friday evening and Zerorez management has yet to return my Six phone calls about the situation. The receptionist told me that the kids may have done it or I have a bad float in the bathroom. I told them my kids have been gone from 0730 to 430pm and if it was the float I would have heard the water running. I told them my floats were replaced in 2025 in all my bathrooms. I called two plumbers who both stated floats don't make your toilet to overflow; it continues to run causing your water bill to be high. Both plumbers said the only way the toilet will overflow is if its clogged and the water goes out the toilet onto the floor. Zerorez Management hasn't done anything, and the receptionist keeps stating that management says I have a bad float. I continue to tell them my floats were replaced in 2025 and the plumber's said floats don't cause your toilet to overflow. The only things that causes your toilets to overflow is if something is clogging the toilet or stopping the water to go down. These are the pictures that I sent Zerorez but nothing from management as of yet. Don't use Zerorez if you want you want to trust someone to be honest this is not the place. You'll be disappointed. The only time Zerorez was concerned about was when they were trying to get my business, I received two emais, phone calls and texts daily until they arrived. I give Zerorez 0 out of 0 stars. If you want someone trustworthy, honest or reliable DON'T USE ZEROREZ.

He was very tidy and did a great job of removing the old tile and drywall with very minimal mess. The finished job looks amazing and we are very happy with the results. In addition, we have two small children and he was very friendly with both, allowed them to watch when they were curious, and especially cautious of dirt and dangerous items in his work area. He will be our first and only call when we are ready for the next tiling job!

It was a bit of a struggle in the beginning to get this process going to get scheduled because I…read morewas requesting paperwork but once I got that, everything else went smoother. They must be really busy because they were a week out when I scheduled. They sent two cleaners to my house. They told me that they would call me 20 min prior to them arriving so I could meet them at the house (since I don't live there). Unfortunately, they did not give me a ring but fortunately, I just happened to be there when they got there because I was worried this would happen. The two ladies did not speak any english at all and had to use a phone translator. They worked hard for 4 hours for a move out clean for a 1328 sq ft house. One of them asked me if everything looked good at the end- I saw quite a bit they missed but only pointed out a handful of things they missed that were still evidently dirty (eg. blinds, toilet, windowsills, stove, countertop)- she looked upset that I pointed these things out, didn't say anything and just went back to those rooms to address them. Since she seemed unhappy, I didn't mention the rest of the missed areas and cleaned the rest myself. I think they at least got 90% of it done which I heard is a win with cleaning companies. It would have been nice to get the 100% but I know they were tired and worked hard all day. They also left a dirty towel in the garage, two dirty towels outside the front door w/ a half empty water bottle, and a paper towel in the street. But overall, they cleaned the majority of the house well.
