I booked Michael at LoHi Cleaning as he was very responsive and responsible to my requests and appointment times. He and his staff did an unbelievably thorough cleaning of the house in which someone smoked for 25 years. He sent photos of how much smoke "gunk" came off the windows - digusting - and took care using green cleaning materials as I requested. From beginning to end, it was a revelation to see the difference before and after. I was most impressed with Michael's diligence (he returned the next day to finish one task) and everything was sparkling clean and smelled great. I had scheduled a cleaning for my old apartment the day after I moved into my new townhouse, but the movers ended up leaving a bunch miscellaneous stuff around, especially in the pantry and laundry room. So when Michael arrived right on time, I was still packing up the remnants and trying to get everything out of the way. Because an upcoming business trip, I had a tight timeframe, but he was great at working with me to reschedule a couple days later. When they did come to clean the apartment, I admit it was pretty messy, especially the stovetop and the fridge. They got everything done, including the carpet cleaning, in just a couple hours. When I looked over it afterward the place was sparkling!!! It looked way better than when I had moved in! I highly recommend them. And when my new place needs a periodic deep clean and I don't have the time or energy to do a thorough job, I'll be calling LoHi Cleaning again! read more
