John is an exemplary communicator and an extremely honest businessman. He came out and did both our gutters and windows and I have to say his attention to detail and thoroughness is second to none. I would not use anyone else for your gutter and window cleaning needs. Great company. John was very thorough and answered concerns I might have had. Very friendly and I highly recommend him

John was responsive and kind while I looked for help with my window project. He showed up today on time and also looked over the project before getting to work. I appreciated the communication as he was getting set up. He was so kind, diligent and friendly. He asked questions about the space as I'm in an apartment. His pricing was so reasonable. He's a hard worker! He let me know as he went in and out and that was helpful as I'm working from home today. My windows look excellent! I can see through them! If I had a house he'd be our window guy. Diligent, friendly, attention to detail and fairly priced. Swift is the right service for windows! read more

May 8, 2026 I don't usually write reviews, but today I felt I needed to share my experience with The Swift Window & Gutter Cleaning Company because it truly stood out. I found the company online and left a message. John called me back quickly, and I explained that my gutters were overflowing and not draining at all. He gave me a very reasonable quote and offered to come either the same day or the next. To my surprise, he came that same day -- right on time -- and got straight to work. From the moment he arrived, I felt like my home was in good hands. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, something most companies don't bother with anymore. The whole job took about an hour, and he kept me updated the entire time. That level of communication meant a lot. My gutters were packed with leaves, debris, and dust from the wind, but John handled everything with real professionalism. He was respectful, thorough, quick, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. His pricing was fair, and his work showed honesty and integrity. He even helped me by trimming a bush at a very reasonable price. When he finished, he cleaned up every branch and bit of debris -- nothing was left behind. That extra care really made a difference. If you're looking for a dependable company in today's market, I can honestly say Swift Window & Gutter Cleaning is one you can trust. I couldn't have asked for better service. This is a true 5‑star business -- honest, professional, reasonably priced, and committed to taking care of their customers. read more

John had amazing communication skills. He promptly called me back after my initial call and gave me a quote over the phone. He also sent a conformation text right after I booked him as well as reminder texts that my window cleaning was coming up. He was very professional and our windows look amazing. Felt totally comfortable having him in our home. He also was very knowledgeable about windows in general. We'll definitely use Swift again! read more

John was right on time. He cleaned the gutters and also cleaned up any of the debris that fell from them. It had been awhile and some of the gutters were very clogged with leaves and pine needles. Well worth it so that I didn't have to climb any ladders myself. I will definitely contact him again next time I need my gutters cleaned! read more

Made an inquiry after hours and had an immediate response from John and communication continued for over 30 minutes. During that time, I received an estimate from John for gutter and window cleaning on two separate properties. Today, I had an appointment with Swift for gutter and window cleaning at one of the properties. I received a reminder from Swift the night before and an update on arrival due to traffic. Once they arrived, John did a walk around, gave me what I considered a fair proposal and told me he thought the job would be completed within 2-3 hours. Work was completed in 3 hours as promised, all items moved for cleaning were put back in place. I highly recommend Swift Window & Gutter Cleaning and I have a future appointment with them to return to the 2nd property. read more

John has been our go-to guy for gutter cleaning for at least 2 years and we couldn't be more pleased. We have him come out twice a year - Spring and Fall. He's very thorough, i.e., our big cottonwood tree sends down little sticky pods every spring that clog the gutters and downspouts. John uses a spatula to scrape them up! His communication is excellent - he sends a reminder the day before a scheduled visit, then texts when he's 30 minutes out. I can't imagine working with anyone else on this project. Plus, he's just a thoroughly nice guy! read more

John, the owner responded promptly to my request for quote and actually provided a quote! His was by far the most reasonable quote I received. Our deep freeze (chest freezer) died sometime during the weekend and John agreed to an appointment in the very near future. He was on time for the appointment, moved the object himself with no difficulty and he even took a separate item at no additional cost. I highly recommend this young business owner and would hire him again. read more

John seemed like the obvious choice when his price to do our gutters and windows came in well under his competitors. What makes him a 5+ star business is his excellent communication, reliability, as well as the quality of his work. He was professional, and respectful of my requests. When searching for these services I had companies who never returned my calls or emails, didn't show for the quote, or were hours late to look at our windows and gutters. John is an absolute Stand Out. So lucky to have found John. read more

Very impressed with John at Swift Window & Gutter Cleaning! Hired him to clean my gutters. Loved his honesty, work ethic, communications, and overall professionalism. He initially gave me a quote based on my description of the house, which I said was okay, but after I sent him some pics, he told me he'd charge me "less;" how often does that happen? A snow storm required him to postpone the scheduled work, but he scheduled me just as soon as the roof "mostly" cleared up (he still worked with some snow up there), and he kept me informed the whole time. Texted when he was 45 minutes away, which was at the day/time he had promised. Did a thorough job cleaning the gutters, cleaned up the leaves that fell to the ground, and even got a hose out and sprayed off the patio and sidewalk as part of his cleanup! Obviously takes pride in the service he offers. read more

Good work cleaning our gutters. Reasonable price. He arrived on time and cleaned up after he was finished. Highly recommended.

John was communicative (texted me along the way), clear, and super friendly. He did a great job cleaning the gutters and making sure the surfaces below were free of debris. Without me asking, he went back on the roof to caulk a couple of places in the gutters that had leaks. I'm very satisfied read more
