Someone came by to take a look and provide a quote. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The crew showed up on time and was courteous. While they were waiting for the paint to dry, one of the crew noted that there was a quick fix for our downspout that was a bit tilted. He said if he had the piece in the car he'd just help me fix it right then. Sadly it turned out he didn't have the piece in the car. But a couple days later, someone dropped by to fix it, without additional cost! What great customer service. read more

I've had mixed experiences with Denver Gutter Cleaning. On the one hand, Kristy is phenomenal at doing estimates, and she organized Travis to come out to do a proper estimate, after the initial estimate was sub-par from one of the technicians. That said, the following services were all sub-par:: - Gutter Cleaning (I had to hire a different company to re-do the work) - Dryer Vent Cleaning (I also had to hire a different company to re-do the work) And even once I got a proper estimate, I learned that they only install aluminum gutters, when my existing gutters were steel, and I wanted steel again, for hail damage/prevention. read more

Horrible communication. We set up bi-annual services with Denver Gutter Cleaning for our home and business because for years they were great- good communication and efficient. Then they started show up much earlier than scheduled- being early is just as frustrating as being late. Or they show up to the wrong property on the wrong day. In calling to figure out why, and surprised as they had always been on time before, I quickly realized they have been bought out by a larger company. So, I cancelled the services. However, months later they continue to show up at my house even though when I call they say we are cancelled. Sad for whoever sold- they had made a good name for themselves. The new owners need to figure out how to communicate internally. read more

Do not use this terrible company. I manage real estate for a living and have never had as bad an experience with ANY service provider as I've had with this company. I cannot reiterate enough times how terrible our experience has been. Awful, awful, awful. DO NOT USE THEM. After repeatedly canceling our service because someone else was doing the gutter work at our properties, they came out and (supposedly) cleaned the gutters anyway. Multiple properties "cleaned," after multiple attempts at cancellation. I tried to get it resolved on the back end multiple times as well. After finally getting them to admit their mistake, they are still refusing to make it right. You'd be better off using anyone, anyone else. Run, run, run from these sketchy people. Protect yourself! They are truly awful. read more

We ordered their service in Spring 2025. It was done well but at a high price - $575 for gutter and laundry vent cleaning on a 2 story house. Vent cleaning was an upsell we agreed to. Fast forward to Spring 2026 and they texted us out of the blue, saying that we signed up for an annual service and that the crew is on their way to do another cleaning. There is no way we signed up for that. Sure enough, the crew arrived in 10 minutes and we had to turn them away. What an outrageous, scammy, gaslighting practice. Stay away from this business! read more

Sadly, I have to update my review due to extremely poor work and even worse customer service. As you can see by the date of my initial review, we have been long time customers of Denver Gutter Cleaning. We even just went to a twice a year, pre-scheduled visit from them - which we now cancelled. We had them come out 9 days ago and I was concerned when I saw two of the guys banging on our downspout and shaking it violently to try to clear it. The guy on the roof had an air blower but the air obviously wasn't getting through. I watched them do this for about 10 minutes, yell something I couldn't understand (Spanish?) to each other, and just give up. Today we had a big storm and it was the first since they had been here. We watched the water streaming off the roof (see picture below) and not going through the downspout. Hubby emailed the company to let them know we weren't satisfied with their cleaning and included the picture. The response from Brian was that it was probably new seeds and leaves that had just clogged the downspout and it would be an additional $60 to come out again. I don't know how he thinks that could happen in 9 days but it was obvious that he didn't care about keeping long time customers happy. Hubby climbed a ladder to check it out and found a clog of old brown leaves. Definitely not "new seeds and green leaves". During a walk around the house, we also found a disconnected downspout. The crew should have made sure everything was done and put together strongly before leaving but they obviously didn't. They also told us that we needed some repairs and they would let us know an estimate for doing that. After asking them twice, we still never got that. (Not that we'd hire them for that now anyway). Brian, the owner of the company did offer to "meet" with us. After trying several times to get clarification on what that meant (Meet for coffee? Meet at his office? Meet at our house and get charged $60?) we gave up. He obviously didn't want to fix the problems or he would have said he'd take a look. It's sad when a company that was so good for years turns into a shoddy, uncaring, inefficient waste of money. I'm happy for them that they have so many customers they don't need to show any concern for their long-time ones. When it's time for our next cleaning, we'll be looking for a company that can actually do the job correctly and stands behind their work - Denver Gutter Cleaning does not. read more

Logistics matter...and it took three tries to get the service done... BUT...Innosence and Omar were the team who actually provided an excellent service. We had some specific details that needed attention (such as no shoes on the roof surface), and this duo performed masterfully. Innosence and Omar were the factors who kept me from firing the company, since the two previously scheduled appointments were abandoned by the company. Would that all technicians were this good! read more

Do not rely on reviews from more than ~2 years ago. Business was sold and everything got worse. We'd used them multiple times and the owners were always super responsive and helpful- I recommended to others but no longer. Like others, when I called to schedule it was one upsell after another (yearly? Twice yearly? Twice yearly with repairs? Power washing?) then the price increased (I get it but this would be a doubling in 4 years)- when I said it was too high they suddenly could take 30% off and include repairs. This should have been my sign to run but trying to check this off my list.... Only to wait for them to show up and say roof access wasn't safe and they were canceling. This after they'd serviced my home multiple times. I understand that's their policy and I will take my business elsewhere. All this to say this is not the company that earned 4+ stars. read more

Woke up today to find an invoice from Denver Gutter Cleaning for services performed on 11/6/25. I did get a text from them at 11:24am that day stating they would arrive within a few minutes to one hour. By 3PM they were still a no show so I called Denver Gutter and Ernie answered. Ernie said his records show they did complete our service this morning. I told him I have pictures of full gutters so then he said maybe they had trouble finding you house. He said he would re-schedule, however, this is the 2nd and possibly 3rd time in the last few years the same thing happened with the same excuses. I said I did not want to re-schedule until someone from management calls me. I did miss a call at 7:36am the next day and another from Jason at 10:40am who said he woudl call right back. No such call and then the invoice for work never done. I do not suspect any foul play just poor management and an out of control company. I have the pictures with dates and times to back up my complaint but unfortunately, three strikes and you are out. read more

August 10 Called the company about a gutter cleaning. Given upfront price and then attempted upsell for annual contract. Told them I wanted to try an individual cleaning before thinking about the annual contract. Put name in the queue for service and told it would be two to three weeks plus any weather delay. August 21 Called for update. Upsold for dryer vent cleaning which I agreed to (it's for my mother's house). Told they would be out next week. August 31 No word from company. Called for update. Told that agreeing to the dryer vent cleaning upsell put me in a different queue that took longer. Would not have agreed to dryer cleaning if had been informed about that at time of upsell. Told they would be there within a week. September 7 No word from company. Called for update. Told I am in the queue. Asked for my position in the queue and asked if they could give me the approximate workdays until service would be performed. Told that was not possible because they made the schedule every day at 5 AM. Explained to them that it was pretty easy to calculate the approximate workdays until service. Daily Capacity = Number of Trucks X Number of Jobs per Day per Truck Approximate Workdays until Service = Queue Position / Daily Capacity Note: Approximate Workdays until Service would need to be adjusted for weather delays. Still unable to give me an approximate date or queue position. Told it would be very soon. This is pathetic. I am staying with them because a morbid sense of curiosity makes me wonder how long it will be until service actually occurs. Will keep calling them until such service occurs or until October 1, whichever comes first. read more

They were great! Very reasonably priced, super quick/efficient, literally had my gutters and roof cleaned in about an hour! They were able to come out shortly after I called to schedule and they cleaned up after themselves. All around great experience. Would highly recommend them! read more

So we think DGC is under new ownership. I booked a gutter cleaning in June of this year and asked for downspout repair at the same time. The response I got was please send photos for Travis. I initially heard back with a new estimate for the total job. Then in July when I hadn't heard back I emailed Travis asking about a follow up to our first email and a scheduled date. The email came back some time in August would be both cleaning and repair. Well today a crew showed up at 8:15am with no knock on the door, just climbed up on the roof banging around. They never walked in the backyard like usual, never cleaned up like usual and now sprayed my house with water. Wait what? I have cedar siding that's not sealed and we don't want it hosed down. This is a first. Good thing I was home I could close my windows or my house would be soaked inside right now. The gutter repair I was quoted for back in June well that never happened. The new call center had no idea what I was referring to. All she wanted was a credit card in file. So suspect on that request. Then she tells me what was promised by the company back in June probably can't be done now. So I canceled that completely and I've decided never to use DGC again. Communication of what is going on is poor. They are using a phone number now that doesn't link to the business and you can no longer pay by link as usual. No after asking for my credit card three times, we are moving on to another company to have my gutters looked after. read more

I wanted DGC to come out a couple of months ago, and called to get it scheduled, but the weather in CO wouldn't cooperate. This morning about 9am I got a text that they were able to do the job and would be arriving in about a half hour. A truck showed up and 3 men, Kevin, Danny, and Eduardo got out and did the job for the next hour, including caulking some corners where the water was dripping out. The men did a fantastic job, doesn't look like they cut any corners, lifted out the leaves and bagged them, vacuumed out the remainder, ran water through the muddy parts, caulked my dripping corners (which will dry nicely on this sunny day!), everything was superb! Definitely recommend!! Thanks for the great job, Kevin, Danny, and Eduardo! read more

Wow - what a massive mess this company has become. Scheduling is a nightmare, they are more concerned with getting a credit card on file and scheduling quarterly work than they are with actually DOING any work. We have hired them previously and they were incredible, but this is a complete 180 and I would absolutely not recommend doing business with the company they've become. There are many, many reputable companies in the Denver/Lakewood area that are still locally owned businesses and my recommendation is to find one of them. I asked one of the ladies on the phone if they were still locally owned or had sold out since they're "powered by" Ned Stevens and you call into what sounds like a call center; she danced around it, clearly indicating they are no longer independent/locally owned. Their trucks only say Ned Stevens and advertise bug spraying and they try to upsell you for dryer vent clean-outs as well. We first tried getting on their schedule in early November. They never scheduled us. A month and a half later I called to follow up and they were magically able to put us on the calendar for the next day. Crew came, refused to access our roof from the front of the property and left. Rescheduled and the person that came was great but the gutters had ice in them and were not able to be cleaned (not the company or crew's fault) so we rescheduled. Today is the day we rescheduled for. Company arrived, blocked our driveway, banged ladders into various parts of the house so much that I thought they were going to break a window and flooded part of our yard. Oh, and they only accessed the roof via the front of the house so that first crew just didn't want to work that day. Never again. read more

All of the employees at Denver Gutter Cleaning were so helpful. This is my first home and I want to take care of it. They were patient with all my questions when I first called, and the crew answered all my questions when they were at my home. They noticed a few problem areas, and came back and repaired my crushed downspout extensions. They quoted the pricing before performing any work, and I felt the pricing was fair. I think I'm a pretty savvy female, but really appreciate the guys climbing up and cleaning my high gutters. You guys are Great! read more

I called upon recommendation of a friend, but I didn't know Denver gutter had been sold to a national call center. When I booked they quickly bid over the phone, I expressed that the house was on a hill, they said no problem. I was on a tight timeline and they said technicians could be out within a week. They arrived on scheduled day only to tell me that they can not by OHSA standards clean my gutters! Never heard of service as horrible as this. Now I am back to square one and on an even tighter timeline. Say NO to this business!!! read more

Very pleased with them in past years but it seems the company has changed. Clerk asked for my credit card number in advance of the work. Why? I have always paid promptly right after the work performed. I asked that Travis or Brian call me, but she said they would not. In my experience with Denver Gutter Cleaning: pricey; non-responsive; not even sure the work was done.

This was a horrible service. The first technician spent nine minutes on the job, as evidenced by time stamps on the doorbell camera, and he only used a leaf blower to barely remove any debris from the gutters. All the debris was left scattered all over the property and was not picked up by the technician. When I called to complain, the company said they would send out another person to do the cleaning. They spent only six minutes on the property and made no improvement. Definitely DO NOT recommend this company. Too expensive for a terrible service. read more

Do NOT use this company. We had a very obvious gutter leak that was causing dry rot into our roof. I called to ask for a repair and they said we'd need a full gutter check before. They talked me into doing a quarterly check for a reasonable price so I agreed. The tech came out, did the check and reported no issues. There were CLEARLY issues, the tech did not do the check. I called to complain and to cancel my subscription and included photos of the issues that were not sited in the report. They gave me a quote of 800 for the photos I sent and still billed me for the inspection. I cancelled my subscription. And got about 3-5 calls afterwards, which I stopped taking. Another person showed up at my house (without telling me) after I stopped taking their calls. They charged me for that again. I'm STILL receiving bills from them. This company is a scam. Do not give them your credit card, do not give them your address. read more

I was so impressed by the customer service, communication, and efficiency of Denver Gutter Cleaning. They gave me a prompt and accurate estimate, explained all my options, helped me schedule and said they could do it even if I wasn't home. As it happens, I was home and got to talk with the crew; Damien was friendly, skilled, efficient, and went the extra mile to make sure: 1) I understood what they were going to do and how long it would take; 2) I knew they would show me any unexpected conditions that hadn't been in the estimate; 3) I could choose to also pay them fix broken roof tiles and take away the debris; and 4) they guarantee their work and I can call them afterward for a return visit in case the gutters and downspouts are not completely clear in the next rainstorm. The service took just over an hour, and although my heart was racing to see the up so high on the edges of our roof, everything went to plan and they even fixed a couple of downspouts that had never been attached to the house. Totally worth the fair price and an extra cash tip for the crew! read more

As others have stated, this once reputable, locally owned business has sold out to a national chain that apparently knows nothing about customer service. Rather than repeat what other folks have said about trying to schedule, being upsold on annual contracts, promising service "tomorrow" and not showing, I'll just say how sorry I am to see yet another small business go under. Denver Gutter Cleaning used to be reliable and good. No longer. read more

I scheduled them for cleaning my gutters, They provided me with photos and a bid for chimney repair, plus gutter and dryer vent cleaning. There was damage to my chimney that would have caused even more damage if not repaired. I have had 2 previous chimney sweeps and not one of them mentioned the obvious damage. They scrubbed my dryer vent and had video of the copious amount of lint removed from it. They provided me with video and photos of their work completed. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this company!! read more

As others have noted, their website is very informative and will give you a great idea of what kind of pricing to expect. I have a large Victorian home, and the roof is quite steep. Their quote, including the detached garage, was actually less than I'd feared having the gutters cleaned would cost. And I told them up front that I hadn't had the gutters professionally cleaned since I purchased the house in 2011 - and I've got several huge trees that hang directly over the house. I'm sure it was a nightmare, but the areas I can see now are perfectly clean. Just a thought - since most of us can't see our gutters, a before and after picture provided with the invoice might be neat. Not only would it show the customer that the work had been done, but it would make us aware of how bad things can get up there without continued care. This may be something I could have requested, but I didn't. You don't have to be home, and they provide the service before requiring payment. That may be a bit risky these days, but it shows to me that they'll stand behind their work. I'll definitely be calling DGC again! read more

They were a little booked up due to spring demand, but came when scheduled. I'm new to the house and gutter cleaning had been neglected. Denver Gutter Cleaning did a great job. The fee for hauling trash seemed fair - it would have been more than 1 city trash can full. One clog needed to be addressed in a second visit. They were courteous and responsive when I reached out for a follow-up. Will definitely use again. read more

I seriously wish there were 10 stars to give these guys! It's so hard getting companies to show up when they promise and do the job they charge you for...but these guys do both! I originally had them out to just do a gutter clean and a few minor repairs. They showed up exactly when they promised and worked like machines! I had them come back a few weeks later to add some heat tape and eliminate some underground drains with new downspouts and, again, they showed as promised and did great work. Man, I really wish I could find more contractors like this when having home improvements made! read more

I've used Denver Gutter cleaning for years and I would call to have them come out and it was easy to schedule. BUT this year they decided they would come out whenever they wanted without my approval. They came out in August and I was not aware. Why would I have my gutters cleaned in the height of summer. I told them not to come out unless I called and ordered the service. Guess what. They came out again without my permission at the beginning of November when none of my trees had shed their leaves. i called and said come back out beginning of December since leaves would have fallen. Did they? No they came out when it was convenient for them on January 20. Then they charged my credit card and I have a security video showing the guy did no work. No videos were recorded in the back of my house where in the past i had videos showing they used their ladders. So no work was done. I've had it with this company. Beware!! read more

Arrived as scheduled. Provided repair options. Photos. Courteous. Easy process.

I never write negative reviews but I am so disappointed in the service - truly the lack thereof - from Denver Gutter Cleaning. First of all, we have used Denver Gutter Cleaning for several years and for two homes without any issue and I thought they were great. When I went to schedule service in July for our current home (a home that Denver Gutter Cleaning has serviced before), I was told the service would be late August. No big deal. I hear nothing, so follow-up in late August, and I'm told they are a week out. No big deal, told I'd get a text when they are coming, which is important, because I think we have water damage in part due to a gutter I'd like them to fix. Wait another week, no service. Then last Friday, 9/15, I arrive home midday from a meeting to a note on our door that the service couldn't be completed. I'm miffed I didn't get a text but call to see what is up. The guy says he can't tell why they couldn't do the service, but they'll follow-up Monday to reschedule. Monday and Tuesday go by without a call. I call today and I am told that due to a combination of tile and metal on roof that they can no longer service this house...the same house they have serviced before. What a colossal waste of my time. Three full months to be told a property they have serviced before is no longer serviceable. This company is neither communicative nor operating with any business sense. I would strongly advise against working with them if you value your time in any way. read more

My gutters were in need of cleaning and I found DGC via yelp. I contacted them via e-mail and received a quote for cleaning all of the gutters on my two story house within a few hours of my first e-mail. The work was done after the team arrived on the scheduled day. The work was done quickly and I was very satisfied. I received an e-mail invoice with the price matching the estimated price a few hours after the work was completed. I paid online with a credit card. I was very satisfied with the service. Two additional points: 1. They offered (in their e-mail) a mesh filter that gets installed over each downspout to prevent stuff from clogging up the works. These are $7 each and I had them installed on all 12 of our downspouts for a total of $84 over the price of the cleaning. Hopefully this will keep the drains flowing in the future. 2. They did a pretty good job of keeping dirt and debris off of the lawn with one exception. I found a badly decomposed dead squirrel carcass on my lawn that I assume was blown off the roof (or gutters) by the cleaning process. I don't know if the cleaning crew knew the carcass was there so I won't fault them for this. I cleaned it up before my dog found it (because she loves to chew on gross stuff like that...--)) read more

The crew showed up on time and started their work. They appeared to do what they said they would (other than some debris left behind on my stairs, which wasn't a huge deal). Heck, I didn't even mind when they left their equipment behind (if they want to donate cordless leaf blowers to my intergalactic conquest, I wasn't going to complain). But when I contacted them and spoke to the Hooman known as "TraaaaaaaaaaVVIIIIISSSS" and let him know that what happened (you know, because they might want their stuff back) you'd think I would have been treated slightly better than some side dish that he clearly did not order nor want to deal with. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting a ticker tape parade with 100 busts in my glorious alien likeness (I would have settled for 25), but GAH, I was calling to try and be helpful, not steal your first born! Oh well. I guess I should have simply accepted their "gifts" and been done with them. read more

I have used Denver Gutter Cleaning for years. They come when they say, do their work, clean up after themselves, and charge a reasonable price that makes it possible to clean my gutters when they need it, rather than having to wait until I think I can budget it. They have replaced elbows for me (and painted them, as long as I provide the matching paint), and put back vent covers that have wandered away. I don't have to be home when they come, and I do not have to worry about my flowers getting trampled. I have had other companies squash our downspout extensions (that divert the water away from the house) and never say a word about it. These guys are conscientious, and do great work. read more

I've never hired a professional gutter cleaner before, but I've also never lived in a REEEEELY tall 2 story house before either. I found DGC via YELP and the reviews here are accurate. All of our business transactions were completed online, via email. I got a price quote, booked a date, received a reminder the day before and then an invoice the day after - - all online. I didn't speak with, meet or see these guys ever, once. But they sure are efficient! They cleaned my gutters after the recent cold snap. There was still snow on my roof the day they came out so I was surprised when a neighbor told me they saw people cleaning out my gutters that cold day. Anyhow, a pretty painless experience and I will definitely use DGC again. read more
