I did hear from the man who cleaned the gutters who explained why they stopped carrying off the debris. He said for a small fee they would take it away and that was (he pointed out) on the email they sent me to set everything up. I didn't see it - my fault. But next time they come they will take the debris and add the fee. They are going to have to take this spring debris as well as even with two neighbors helping we can't lift the bag to put into the garbage bin. But they did address my issue. I am still not giving 5 stars though. They should just take ALL the debris and charge the price it costs. I don't like the added fees. Too much like an airline. :-( read more

I called DGC and had a quote in about a week for cleaning. Within a week from that, my gutters were repaired, cleaned, and stuffed! I had the hardest time finding a company that cleans AND repairs, which I found strange, but, I'm thrilled I found these guys! My house was a fresh flip and gutters apparently weren't one of the things that gets much maintenance. Plus, my neighbor isn't one for tree care and my roof is hard to get to. NO PROBLEM!! DGC did an awesome job. I'm posting before, mid, and after pics read more

I am very impressed with the response I have received from everyone at this company; I have never had to leave a voice mail. The bids requested were very timely and the correspondence was more than expected. Our communities need to bid jobs and DGC has done affordable and reliable work, and shown up when scheduled rather than pushing back dates. Brian responds to work orders and emails AND he send confirmation when the payments are received. As a property manger of 11 years I will highly recommend DGC for any of our communities and share their info with my network. Great job, guys, thank you! read more

Extremely happy with their work. No hidden costs. They even blew the deck and patio off. Will use them again. I was expecting to be charged more than the starting quote of $195. Very happy I was not. read more

Showed up the day they said they would, did a great job, repaired some damage from me not doing it for 5 years. Super easy email communication and emailed PayPal invoice post-service. Can't think of how it could be easier on my end. On the debris-haul thing, he asked me where I wanted the bags so I had him put them right out on the curb next to where I put the bin since trash day was the next morning. My trash people are fine with getting out of the truck for overflow trash (which I frequently have), and the bags were fairly small, albeit heavy. Might be possible to request smaller bags/weights if that's an issue with your garbage company. read more

Third year using Denver Gutter Cleaning and the service and communication is impeccable. Brian and the on-site team do a great job. We live in the foothills and if the weather prohibits the scheduled service, which it has the past two years, Brian stays in constant communication with re-scheduling until the service is completed. Very thorough and clean and they pick up after themselves. Another year of satisfaction! read more

Came out on time, cleaned everything, took us for a walk around the house showing where the underground lines came out. They even cleaned the driveway! Would definitely recommend. read more

A very efficient turn around time and extremely easy to work with. THIS is a prime example of outstanding customer service. Kudos!

These guys are real pros! They were on time, efficient and thorough, and considerate. They did an excellent job! Can't recommend them enough!

I am writing a new review of Denver Gutter. In the past, we did have a misunderstanding of a situation. Brian reviewed my concerned and made an offer which was acceptable to me. His crew came out and did a great job on the gutters. I appreciated their effort in resolving my complaint. I think they do want to do the right thing in business. I will continue to do business with them. Thank you for your fair resolution. read more

It is so rare these days to get top notch service, like the service that Denver Gutter Cleaning has provided. My request for a quote was handled promptly; the crew came when promised and did a great job; and my final invoice was exactly the $ amount that was quoted. Gutter cleaning is the kind of task that most of us put off, or NEVER do. It's worth it to have this job done on a regular basis as part of a home maintenance schedule. I will use Denver Gutter Cleaning going forward! read more

I hired DGC based off their other great Yelp reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. They were very responsive in setting up the appointment and helpful in advice on the timing (i.e, figuring out when to schedule it so that most of the leaves for the season would already be down). On the day of the service, they did a good job and left no trace of the muck they must have had to deal with in our gutters. On top of that, they cleared totally unrelated leaves off our front and back sidewalks, steps, and patio. All for a very reasonable price. We'll definitely hire them again for our next gutter clean-out. read more

Had a small hole in my gutter that I couldn't reach. Called these guys - great communication, prompt for the appt, courteous, efficient, and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Will definitely be using them in the future! read more

These guys have been doing my mom's place for several years now. They are kind and patient with her when they run into her, and do a great job. I don't write many reviews. I like to be sure. read more

They showed up exactly when they said they would. Did a great job and amazingly did a wonderful clean up job. They even cleaned the cars in the driveway that got dirty during the cleaning. Great work. Great customer service! read more

Like the previous reviewer, weather delayed our gutter install. The installers came out and started the job by taking our gutters off the house, but left it unfinished (no gutters during that first big snowstorm) for over two weeks. While weather was an issue for the beginning of the first week, the snow melted and someone could have easily come out earlier then they did. Ladders, equipment and materials were left in the yard. When I called DGC to ask when the job would be completed and to let them know that I was frustrated that it was taking so long, I felt brushed off and ignored when I got a generic email reply to my phone call. An exact date of install was never given to me. While our gutters were finally installed, I would not use this company again based on the level of communication they provided. I felt it was unprofessional and didn't at all feel valued as a customer. read more

These guys are the experts! I'd highly recommend them any day. They do great cleaning, repair, and installs. Plus it's a small business that treats its employees like family and it shows. read more

I don't normally write many reviews but this company is noteworthy in my book. The gutters were cleaned and they also perform additional maintenance if needed. It seems not all gutter cleaning outfits do this which is fine if all you know you need is to have your gutters cleaned. They were very responsive to my communication and more importantly, they went above and beyond. Prior to buying my home, a previous owner had Dish and ran that cable via the gutter. Although it seemed fairly secure, immediately following the cleaning, we had a big red flag afternoon and well, out came the cable such that it was now dangling in front of the garage. In fact, it drooped so low that would interfer with pulling my rig in/out of the garage. I emailed them and they got a person to come back before eod to resecure the cable. I felt they could have easily said, sorry, and went on with their day but they didn't and it was greatly appreciated. This kind of service not only warranted the 5 stars but also this review. Thanks team for going above and beyond! read more

Great service and so very professional which is quite refreshing these days. There are great guys and there are hacks. Brian is no hack! Our house is on the market and our realtor convinced us to get new carpeting. The day it got installed was when there was a major monsoon rainstorm and our basement started leaking water--yikes! House on the market and water ruining the new carpet. what to do?! Big time crisis. The next day some "hack" came in to asses the damage and he mentioned that the gutters may be need cleaning and that he'd trim trees and clean the gutters for $500. He said that "it was a good price". Yeah, right, for you buddy! I figured no way was I going to hire this guy (he'd already charged $200 to plug in a fan to dry out the carpet). So I went to TRUSTY YELP to find someone good. I found Denver Gutter Cleaning because it had great reviews. Well I had no hesitation in calling and in the end I had the same great experience that everyone else had. Promptness, professional work, price was right and it was easy to set up and pay; not one glitch. As I mentioned there was a big storm and our two hour old carpet was wet. With our house on the market and forecasts of more storms I was nervous of another incident. I contacted DGC on their website on Sunday even though I knew it was closed but I got a reply email that same day with a quote and he stated could come out any time weds - fri. I wrote back and mentioned to him that I'd prefer sooner rather than later because of the house-on-the-market/more-storms-forecast circumstance. The next day, Monday, he had an opening and asked if he could come and do the job that morning. Yahoo, I was relieved. He came out first thing and did a great job. The price was right. Not even near the quoted $500 from the other guy. Very nice, very knowledgeable and very professional. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who was professional. You rarely get that these days. Everything was so easy as it should be! Brian at DGC's not a hack; he's your man. I will definitely call him again! read more

Excellent service! Brian came out the day we called and got our gutters cleaned in time for our house to be painted, set up all of our downspouts and got everything back in working order. The price was a little higher than some of the other places we shopped, but you can't argue with same-day service. Great job! read more

I've used Denver Gutter Cleaning the past two years and have been pleased with their service. As others have posted, the website is informative and gives you an accurate idea of the charge for your home. You are able to schedule the appointment and pay via the website...very convenient. While it is not necessary to be home during the appointment, they are good about alerting you well in advance of their arrival. Now that I have brand new gutters, I can't wait to have them back for my fall cleaning. read more

I called Brian to get the gutter cleaned a week after a snowstorm. The house was newly purchased and I didn't have a chance to clean the gutter before the cold front moved in, and water started dripping onto the front porch as soon as the snow started melting. Brian took care of the gutter as soon as the weather warmed up enough and did a great job even though I was not at the house. The Gutter is all cleaned up and no more water/ice on the front porch! read more

Excellent service and results! I got a quick response to my email, with a quote to do the work a few days later. The price was based on the size of my home and competitive. Two guys arrived as promised, on time, and cleaned the gutters from the roof in about 30-45 minutes. Very professional and thorough. I recommend highly. read more

Brain and his crew are top professionals! They do such a great job on my gutters every year. Not only that, they cleaned the leaves on the sidewalk, grass and patio around the house. It was way beyond the call of duty! read more

The team was easy to schedule with and showed up at the time appointed. They were done quickly and gave a summary and guarantee of their work. Total cost was what was quoted and shown on their web-site so there were no suprises when I got the invoice via email later that day. I always see $99 gutter cleaning deals on Angie's List but they always have limitations that I am not comfortable with. It was nice to hire a company that just came out and did what they were expected for the price expected. I will definitely use them again in the future. read more

If you are looking for a fast basic job this will be fine. Three guys showed up as scheduled. In under 30 mins they used leaf blowers to blast the leaves out of the gutter, off the lawn (along with a bunch of my mulch) and into the road (where I'm sure my neighbors and the city "appreciate" it.). However I hired them as a supposed step up from my usual guys as I was concerned about a downspout. They left without talking to me about it and sent me vague emails so that I'm doubting it was even addressed. Update: I wish this felt smoother from the start but Brian has now addressed my concerns. read more

We had been searching for weeks trying to find anyone that would clean gutters. Most places weren't even cleaning this year because of the amount of roofing jobs in the area. Denver Gutters were easy to schedule and ended up being cheaper than any place we had called (other than probably a guy with a ladder). I also appreciated the online payment system. They came out while we were at work, cleaned everything thoroughly, and left no mess. Will definitely use again. read more

The owner has an attitude as you as a customer bother him in trying to get a quote. If you are on vacation and primarily say on your website that you will reply immediately by email you need to respond! TWO emails and two phone calls and then get an argument. This guy knows nothing about customer service and will only get worse. read more

Denver Gutter Cleaning was a pleasure to work with. I am a landlord with multiple properties, and one of my biggest challenges is finding quality contractors and services providers who actually execute and perform their promised services. DGC was professional, sophisticated, prompt, and excellent communicators. I would work with them again, and recommend their business to others. read more

UPDATE: Brian refunded the amount over the original quote, and made every attempt to remedy the situation. There was clearly miscommunication in the transaction, which I attribute equally to both Brian and I. I am increasing my review to 4 stars for his commitment to customer service. I had a terrible experience with Brian the owner. I chose him based on his high yelp reviews, but the experience was one star at best. Beware: This guy's M.O. is to give you a cheap quote, and then jack the price up once he's done. I asked him why the invoice was 50% higher than the quote and his answer was that there was more debris in the gutters than he expected. I'm sorry; I thought the point of me hiring him was to take debris out of the gutter. If you do use him (not recommended) I'd make sure you have a clear picture for what extras he's going to hit you with later. As if the low quote and high invoice wasn't bad enough, Brian is rude and borderline abusive to work with if you have any questions. Worst of all, we recently had a storm and I still have a gutter that's not draining. I'm really not sure what I paid this guy for. Quote accuracy: Miss Customer Service: Miss Doing your job: Miss Sorry Brian, you're 0 for 3. read more

Emailed for a quote and received a reply on the same day. I was not around when they came to clean my gutters but I did Felton the roof when I got home from work and the gutters were spotless. This was my first gutter cleaning so not sure how the pricing compares as I didn't get other quotes, however the price didn't make me flinch so that is a good sign. Would definitely use again and recommend. 5 stars based on responsiveness and great job. read more

These guys are awesome! Cheap as heck considering what they are doing! They showed up with a huge crew, knocked it out in 20 minutes (we have a 2 story house & garage) and cleaned up everything. They even power washed our house. They did a really great job. read more

I found DGC via an internet search. I found their website to be incredibly informative so I contacted them to set up a appointment. They replied to by inquiry very quickly and had a time set up shortly after. I received emails as promised and a phone call when we had to reschedule due to inclement weather. The gentlemen showed up, did the work and cleaned up in less than an hour! My husband checked the gutters when he got home and was very satisfied with the cleaning. The price I was quoted is what I was invoiced and I received the invoice later that evening. We will definitely continue using DGC and recommend them to anyone in need of this service. read more
