In addition to the gutters and downspouts, we have four french drains at the house and one was blocked. Also, my husband and I couldn't figure out where in the yard the drains came out from. Cesar was able to unblock the one drain and find out the exit point of that one drain, which was great. Ray came out a separate time and he found the remaining exit points of the other three drains which is phenomenal. Both Cesar and Ray are extremely professional, have excellent attention to detail, and are easy to work with while being very reasonably priced.

I requested a service through Yelp first for an irrigation line repair, but after speaking to a…read morecouple of different providers, I had to set the project for a plumbing repair. Luckily, Altra answered the RFP! I recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin, and I can't recommend him highly enough! After dealing with a problematic irrigation line that had been repaired twice last year by other providers with no success, I was hesitant to try again. From the moment he contacted me, Kevin was incredibly communicative. He took the time to understand the issues I was facing and scheduled an appointment that worked for me without any hassle (on a holiday!). He showed up right on time, which is a rare find these days! Not only was Kevin clean-cut and professional, but he also brought a depth of knowledge to the job that immediately put me at ease. He examined the problematic line thoroughly and took a thoughtful approach to his repair. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting it right--he explained what he was doing at each step and was patient with my questions. He also provided us with several options. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail and respect for my property. He kept everything tidy, leaving no trace of the repair work behind. Thanks to Kevin, my irrigation line is finally functioning as it should! If you need a reliable handyman who delivers quality work at an excellent value and with a great attitude, I highly recommend giving Kevin a call. I'll definitely be reaching out to him for any future repairs!

***BEWARE*** This is…read moremy first bad review ever, and think many reviews are petty. But after countless attempts of me reaching out with no response (7 months), I feel obligated to warn the public. On the day of install, I noticed a banging sound on my roof. One of their helpers had grabbed my large push broom and began beating the roof on the north side to onock off the snow. Eventually the broom broke, and the helper put it back where he grabbed it and fashioned it as it was put together. (Pics) When they left, they left the site a mess. They left nails scattered all over my roof and my lawn, and a paint can on my chimney. I have children and large dogs, and am still finding nails everywhere on my property after 7 months. Many of the details (outlet channels) were not discussed in details, and when I pointed out alternative locations, they wouldn't respond. Much of the work was also super sloppy. They didn't replace wood or paint areas that were clearly damaged due removing the old gutters. They simply covered everything up with the new gutters. I was fine with them returning to address all of these issues, but after 7 months of trying, they are only interested in getting your money, doing a shit job and ghosting their customers. BEWARE!!! They talk a good game with warranties and telling you about the quality of their work, but that was the opposite of my experience. AS SOON AS THEY LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY, THEY ARE GHOSTS. Apparently they do concrete work and other exterior projects. I was going to use them for many more. But after the what I saw, I wouldn't ask them to dig a hole. Do yourself a huge favor and skip this company. There are plenty of other companies that are professional, take pride in their work, and value their customers.
