They responded to my request for a window cleaning quote quickly and offered their 'quote online' service. I thought it would be better if they sent out someone to quote, because I thought I would forget a patch of windows or enter the info wrong. Additionally, I needed a chandelier cleaned and wasn't sure how to request that in the quoting tool. They had someone out and a quote in my hand in 24 hours. It was very reasonable and we decided to move forward. We scheduled a morning that worked for my schedule. They sent a reminder email the day before and the team (Caleb, Oscar and Cameron) showed up right on time. They were super friendly and professional. I had a terrible experience with this company. I NEVER GIVE BAD REVIEWS.I had to call the police 2 times. They took a piece of L shaped roof flashing off my roof. My renter sent me a picture and said they took this piece from my from my roof. I called and asked why this was removed from my roof. They tried to make up a story that it was a gutter and cursed at me. They threatened to come back to my home and do something to my house when I confronted them after calling me curse words. Asked if they had photos or if they tried to contact me about it. They said they did not. My renter also said his bicycle was removed from the home after they left. I added a picture of my beautiful Victorian home that this company is calling "dis-repair". I live down the street from The Governor of Colorado's residence. This is a million dollar home that I take pride in. I have people compliment me on my home all the time. I added the pictures so you can make your own opinion on the integrity of this company. You know a company is not telling the truth when they become defensive and have to resort to name calling. You can clearly see in the pictures who is telling the truth. Roof flashing is always metal. Nobody makes roof flashing out of wood as the company claims because it would rot your roof. You can view the metal roof flashing in the pictures and can tell it was just removed. 20 years of experience? They responded by placing the blame on everything else. What ethical company find's a "safety issue" and does not contact the homeowner? My renter was in such disbelief they had to take pictures and contact me. Neat to be able wholeheartedly to recommend a local service provider/business. Deja View doesn't just run a window washing service they also are a lighting company that will hang your Christmas or outside decorative lighting and do a great job it, along with a gutter cleaning service to make sure you have no drainage/leaking issues. Had DejaVu windows cleaning come out and give me an estimate for cleaning my windows. They sent an estimator. We walked property and we talked about the fact that we have old storm windows. He indicated that the price would be double per window, since basically cleaning 2 sets per window. Then basement I told him to do just inside and outside to save some money. I received a quote and I signed agreement for service. Cleaners showed up promptly and said quote was wrong and then tried to double. That's what I call "bait and switch" in my world. Stay away from these guys! UPDATE after Brandon B. Reply below. Based on your unprofessional reply to my comment, should be enough to scare off prospective customers. Why would your estimator go over in detail how the storm windows would be double, THEN go out to his vehicle to calculate an estimate and give me a quoted price that did not include that amount. He never said that amount would need to be doubled on top of what he quoted me. He told me that was going to be the cost. Then when you sent the contract for service, it was the same dollar amount he quoted. So wouldn't you think that if he hadn't adjusted, you would fix before sending to me again? Listen, as a business if you screw up on your estimate, you honor what was agreed on and move on and learn from it. Like I said " bait and switch". read more

From the moment I telephoned Deja View I knew it was a professional company. Almost immediately I knew the pricing, how it was calculated, what I could expect, when I could expect to have the work done. When the technicians arrived they were neat, practiced all Covid requirements, & went right to work. I discovered that they were not only washing the windows but also doing some minor repairs that needed doing as they went along. As with all old houses time has shifted the alignment some of my windows so they couldn't be removed for cleaning. We discussed the problems & found solutions. I found the technicians to be very nice, polite & knowledgeable. Now my windows sparkle.
