It was a difficult job they were to remove and clean heavy storm windows on a two story home. I'm pretty sure they underbid the job, i would have paid more to get the job done right- but they were not the cheapest-they sent one guy to do a dangerous job alone on tall ladders handling storm windows that needed to be removed. I complained and they sent a second person to help. However even with the second person it does not appear that they removed all storm windows...there are many streaks and dried water droplet marks still in many of the windows. Excellent service! April 2026. My windows sparkle and the screens and sills are spotless. They washed my upper and lower back decks. My upper deck has pergola with a lemon-drop styled aluminum top. It desperately needed cleaning. I can't believe how good it looks! My property has steep inclines, so they had to navigate that and did so beautifully. I highly recommend this company. Before moving back into my house, I wanted to get the vents cleaned since our renters had cats. In addition to cleaning the main heating system, they also cleaned the separate ventilation system for our roof-mounted swamp cooler. The service was excellent, and they were on time. We are very happy with the technician who came to the house. I took off one star on my review because I was charged for a service that I was told would be complementary. When I called to request a refund for the service, I was initially told that they cannot issue refunds? I would have to take either a free service that I didn't need or receive a credit for future work. This obviously made no sense. Any reputable business that takes payment should have the capability to refund a mistaken charge. I was contacted quickly by someone in the office and she was kind. It was just not an acceptable answer. Several days later, after she had run my request all the up the ladder to the owner, I received a refund. While I am glad for the result, it should not have been so difficult to get an honest mistake fixed. I recommend the service, but make sure you check the invoice carefully before paying. read more

Update: management did reach out after the review was written and was apologetic for the way we were dissatisfied and for not doing all we were quoted for. They did have another tech come out a few days later and clean the furnace fan without any additional payment by us. Experienced some similar issues to fellow reviewer Kyle A. under this new management. Received a quote back in May from the owner and he was very responsive and helpful. We felt well taken care of and excited about getting what seemed like a great service for a great price. Yesterday our technician did come by on time which was great and came in and simply cleaned the air ducts. We have multiple levels so his hoses had to reach pretty far, but he wasn't very careful and we now have marks on our walls where we will have to touch up paint from the hose rubbing which really stinks. We had some construction done recently and some of the dust was "heavy" so he told us it would be $100 more for him to use his special brush to get it out. An up charge is always annoying, but okay. The worst part was when he was done and asked for payment and my husband and I asked if he had done the furnace fan clean, duct sanitizing, and dry vent clean out which was all supposed to be included based on our quote. The tech was not aware that he was supposed to perform any of that. After 20 minutes of him going in and out of the home, trying to talk to his managers, taking screenshots of the quote and sending it to them, they said they'd honor the quoted price (plus the extra $100 for the special brush use) but would not honor the furnace fan clean. It would have been an extra $150 dollars as they've just upped the price on that as well. For this being 5 stars on Yelp I really had great expectations and felt as if this experience was a huge let down. Update to previous review: the review I left was for the company that has now been bought out/absorbed by S.W.A.T. S.W.A.T review- we had just completed our basement remodel on Thursday and I was worried about construction dust/debris being in our ducts. I called them on Friday morning and the front office woman was really nice and accommodating. She managed to move another job and squeeze me in when I informed her I needed the ducts cleaned ASAP. The techs arrived and were very nice and thorough with the cleaning. The tech made a hole in the duct in the basement to attach the giant vacuum. They sealed off vents that were not being worked on and cleaned one by one. The tech patched up the hole in the duct after they were done with the vacuum. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of five is because I was quoted 445 for the job. All said and done with extra hidden fees (trip & 3% of total for using debit card) that were not disclosed when I scheduled the cleaning, the total was 476. One thing I cannot stand from companies is hidden/undisclosed fees. But I would recommend them and hire them again but pay in cash/check next time. Update: Jacqui from S.W.A.T contacted me to apologize for the fact that the travel and debit card fee were not mentioned when I scheduled the cleaning. The estimate I received was a great value -- about $800 less than another company had quoted!
