I've used this service twice now and am very pleased with the results. Both times were to clean my outside windows. The second time I also had them take off the storms and clean the inside of the storm and also the window underneath. What a difference! You can't even tell there's a window there it's so clear! Julian came out both times and he is wonderful. The next time I call them (and I will definitely be a repeat customer) I hope he is still there because I will ask for him. I also need to mention that the office personnel are great too. Everything from first response, to timely communication, to follow up contacts were efficient and pleasant. I really can't recommend this company. I had used them before, and they did a good job. I paid $568 dollars before and they showed up this visit, asking me to sign a $900 agreement. I would have told them to cancel, but I had taken the day off from work .I refused to sign. We waited almost an hour for the manager to arrive. He told me an estimate had previously been emailed to me which was not true. Nor could he find any email verifying this. We settled on the $568 price and I was grateful. HOWEVER, they proceeded with attitude. They swept stuff out of the windows sills and didn't vacuum up. They dragged rather than lifted furniture over wood floors. They neglected to put 3 screens back in place. I would not recommend them, nor will I be using them again. read more

Kaden from Blue Sky washed our windows today on a two story house . He did a fantastic job - even took off storm windows to wash in between. He cleans with a rag using soap & water. Used them a couple years ago. They didn't do a great job, but at the time I had no idea. I have since hired other companies to clean our windows, and they charge half as much and do twice as good a job. I gave this company 2 stars because they at least made an effort, however their prices are almost double what a premium company charges me and their work is no where near premium. read more

I have used this company several times over the years, but this year has been different. We made an appointment, received an email verification but nobody ever showed up. My husband called the office who said they have a new computer system and we never got on the schedule. But he'd send someone out on Saturday. We got another email confirmation that they'd be here between 1 - 1:30. Around 5 we called and said forget it, as my family was hungry and wanted to eat. The company never called to apologize or reschedule. I won't trust them again. Two days of waiting on no-shows is enough. read more

Received a quote and scheduled the cleaning. I have a 1900 Denver square with original windows. Apparently they are not able to remove the storm windows so they were unable to clean my windows. If you're a window cleaning expert, shouldn't you know to ask the right questions or take a better look at the windows before you commit to doing something you're not able to do? I took a day off of work to get my windows cleaned and now I wasted a day. if you have an older house with old windows...this is not the company to use. Very disappointed. read more

I had Blue Sky clean my windows this week and the work was exceptional! I live in an old house (100+ years) with mullioned windows (multiple small panes within one window) as well as the original glass. Blue Sky took excellent care of the windows and now they shimmer! I could't ask for a better, more respectful crew. Caleb, the crew boss, took the time to walk the entire house with me, inside and outside, to make sure everything was done to my standard. I bought a groupon for Blue Sky Window Cleaning. It was the first one I had seen that was a "good deal". There had been others from other companies, but I was unimpressed by the offer. Before they began I was given an estimate for all the services they offer. I was impressed, all reasonably priced. Blue Sky is very professional and take great care in treating your home with respect. They wear booties while inside and the ladders they use have rubber bumpers. I will definitely exclusively use them in the future. My windows are beautiful! read more

Very disappointing and bad experience. I hired this company due to two positive yelp reviews. At that point, I was on my third move in 6 months, and didn't have anymore energy to shop around for services. All was well till at the end of their visit I have heard a very loud noise coming from the hallway, where a chandelier was supposed to be cleaned. The noise sounded as if something very heavy fell on the stone, that was my first impression. I didn't go to check immediately as I was on the phone in my office. My friend who was napping in another room also heard it, with similar impression as mine. The cleaners left shortly after that and when I went to lock the doors I saw plenty of debris left behind and discovered big chips in the limestone tile. Message left with their office got them back at my house. They denied any wrong doing, and when I asked what was that fell, he said " nothing fell, or maybe one of the screens fell" which was an obvious lie. He took few pictures, with what seemed like a phone and said I can talk to the office " whatever I want, but they didn't do anything wrong" Nobody called me,even though I asked for the office manager to do so.I contacted them again in a few days, and the response from the co-owner/ office manager was almost impossible to take seriously. She told me ( via email, never called ) that they didn't do anything wrong, and by looking at the pictures there is no damage, but rather this is how my floor supposed to look like! I simply didn't know if I should laugh or cry after reading it. What professional will risk looking so incompetent by telling the homeowner, who also in my case happened to live with limestone flooring for 8 years, how it should look like. Even a child in this case would see the damage and chips going all through the tile. They had zero interest in speaking with me on the phone or coming by to see the floor in person. What is the point of hiring an insured and licensed company if they can deny any wrong doing and treat people the way I was treated? Do we really have to follow workers in our houses everywhere, not trust anyone, and only in the case of catching them in the act hope for reimbursement of damages? I have never been a person like this,and this is the first negative review I've ever written. To me, the damage done to the floor is one thing, this could be an act of an accident and those happen, however, the incredibly rude, derogatory response from the management speaks volumes. In this time and age when businesses are struggling to survive and homeowners often times don't have money to properly maintain their properties it is hard to believe that we have to incur such negligent and unprofessional attitude. Apparently business practice can be compared to a humane character, the true nature of it comes out in the situation calling for a mature dealing with problems and a fair deal of ethics. In case of the blue sky window cleaners the picture is a very ugly one, to say the least. read more

I got an estimate over the phone for a new home I was moving into (I couldn't get access for them to see it ahead of time). When they arrived, they checked the place out and told me what it would actually cost - it was almost 2X the estimate (I knew ahead of time this could happen, but I was pretty clear in describing the windows, so it was quite a shock). I could have sent them away, but it was important that I had the windows and tracks cleaned before moving my stuff in the following day, so I decided to go ahead. The windows and screens were nice and clean, but I payed for the tracks also. I was not at all impressed with their work on the tracks. In fact, before I paid them, I had to show them areas that were particularly unacceptable. They re-did them, but still not as nicely as I would have expected. Nice enough guys, but I won't call them again. read more

Blue Sky did an amazing job on our solarium! We have a 6-bay room on the back of our house-all windows. The windows are so clean-it's almost like they aren't there. We had a great experience with Blue Sky Window Cleaners. Daniel was very professional and courteous with his initial contact and follow up. They were comparable to other bids we received. They showed up on time and the crew that cleaned the windows was great. They did a great job on the windows and screen (inside and out), didn't make a mess (used tarps) and put everything back in its original place. We used Blue Sky to clean our windows (interior and exterior) as well as our chandelier which is hung very high in our home. The woman who answered the phone to schedule our appointment was extremely friendly and accommodating to our schedule. The man who came out was extremely courteous and did a great job with our windows! I received a comment card shortly after and gave them great reviews. The only thing I had put in the comment section was my chandelier was a little cloudy after it was cleaned. I received a call shortly after to have someone come back out and work on the chandelier until it was cleaned to my liking. They came back out and cleaned the chandelier again. After seeing how difficult it was to clean, I figured there was a film from previous cleaning products on it which made it difficult to clean. Extremely happy with this company and I will be calling them in the spring to schedule my next window cleaning! read more
