Kert came in on time for our initial appointment, took a look at the house inside and out and gave me a quote. A couple of days later, I scheduled the job. Again he was on time, courteous and started on the inside of the house first, then did the outside (including my garage windows for an additional amount) and finished by checking all the windows again inside. It was faster than I anticipated (although when I asked him how long it would take, he had predicted just right!). He did a great job: not only the windows look transparent (wow! all this light!), but he was very neat while doing the job, no water dripping everywhere... After building our house, the builder's window washer never finished cleaning construction debris off the windows. It had been on my list to finish for several months, and finally did a search for window cleaners in the Parker area recently (4/2020). Lighthouse Window Cleaning came up and had really good reviews, so we asked for a quote. Kert came out to the house the next day and was very pleasant and professional. We had a two quotes by the end of the day (exterior only and interior/exterior), and they were very reasonable. We opted to clean all our exterior windows, and the work done was professional and the windows look great! We plan to use Lighthouse for regular window cleaning from now on. Kert did an excellent job on our three story house. He was so polite, efficient and careful. We have a ton of windows and it took much less time than I expected. Our windows are so shiny now. He did inside, outside, screens and sills. All for a reasonable and fair price. He brought all the equipment he needed to reach our 3 story vaulted windows and only needed tap water.
