Pretty disappointed. We booked Ease Your Panes based on their stellar reviews, but we weren't impressed with the quality of their window cleaning and professionalism. While the window glass was cleaned satisfactorily, the dirty water from the cleaning landed on the sills and casings on the inside and outside of the house for just about all of the windows. I'm not sure if that's technically supposed to be included in the scope or not, but it seems like it should be. After notifying the business of the issue, we never heard back. We ended up cleaning the dirty water stains off ourselves for all the affected windows. They were also quite hard to reach with scheduling in the first place, with lots of phone calls back and forth initially. Suffice it to say, we won't be booking them again. read more

I was recently in need of window cleaning. I have a new home and it was barraged by miller moths this spring. Needless to say, the windows were disgusting. Ease Your Panes came out and gave me an estimate which was more than fair. 2 weeks later, Alex and Tony came out to clean the windows. It's a 2-story house and has lots of weird windows in hard to reach spots. Tony and Alex did an AMAZING job. So much that I literally cannot tell that there is glass there anymore. And the best part? We needed our windows cleaned badly post construction. They were covered in concrete, paint and years of dirt. Horrible customer service! I scheduled an appointment and half hour before they were supposed to be here they called and CANCELED. Then, I received a call around 1:00pm and said the owner finished a job early and could come out to do the job and he would be there around 3:00pm. Finally, around 4:00 he arrives during a severe thunderstorm warning. I told him it was a little late to clean the windows especially when rain is coming. The owner told me he would call and reschedule my appointment when he gets back to the office for sometime next week. While, no call until the next morning. Then, the owner tells me he can't do the job, it's not feasible. What the hell does that mean? Is the job too big for you to do? I am very disappointed in your service!! read more

We moved into a new home that most likely hadn't had their windows cleaned, ever. You could barely see clearly out them. Certainly the sun came through but to foggy, double pained windows. I usually try to hire a single person owned company with experience so this was a first. While they are not a big outfit, small enough for good quality control. The window technician, I'll call him, did as good a job as could be. Hard working, communicated perfectly, precision job. Professional as could be. We had boxes and boxes he had to work around and he never complained and just treated it as part of the job, which I know it isn't.
