The price was very reasonable, and we scheduled the work to be done. I really liked the email communications, from the bid, to appointment confirmation the day before, and then the thank you email after. Mike even called on the morning of service to give me an update on arrival time. I loved that! - no sitting around waiting for a specified time window. His team was fast, efficient, respectably dressed considering it's a job that can be a bit messy. And, they were all clearly proud of what they do! I will definitely be calling them next time I need the windows done.

Breeze earns five stars and an unqualified recommendation from me. We have a funky old house with LOTS of windows (many of them ancient) and miles of gutters. Mike and his team tackled the job in under six hours. Everyone on the crew knew what they were doing and were friendly and respectful of the fact that life had to go on inside the house while they were working. And when we had trouble with creaky old storm windows after the job was done, Mike offered to come back out and show us how to get them operating again.

He apologized for not getting back to me and asked if my gutter still needed to be fixed. Because of all the snow and melt off, I had gotten in fixed so that I didn't have all that water running down the side of my house. He asked how much I had paid and then said he'd like to pay for it because he didn't think it was right that I had to have another company fix his work. I can 100% appreciate a company owning up to their mistakes and standing by their customers. So, I'm updating from 1 star to 5. Kudos to you, Vito, for making things right and being so gracious about it. GARBAGE company. I have a rental property in Denver that these guys serviced in November. I had a gutter that had detached. They went out to fix it (I live out of state) and all seemed well until we got snow last week and the same exact gutter detached. I called them 4 times and filled out the form for them to contact me 2 times and have yet to receive a call back on getting this repaired. It looks like they no longer service residential properties - which is fine - but they should at least give their former customers a call back for work they did that didn't even make it through a 3 month period.
