Excellent service. Quality work. I called around to get quotes on window cleaning, and Mike (owner) answered right away - came over that afternoon, and I had a bid via email that evening. The price was very reasonable, and we scheduled the work to be done. I really liked the email communications, from the bid, to appointment confirmation the day before, and then the thank you email after. Mike even called on the morning of service to give me an update on arrival time. I loved that! - no sitting around waiting for a specified time window. His team was fast, efficient, respectably dressed considering it's a job that can be a bit messy. And, they were all clearly proud of what they do! These guys are over-the-top great. In my real estate career I've used many window washers and they tend to be a little flaky. They did an outstanding job with a lot of attention to detail they took the screens off and soap them up They cleaned the windows perfectly without walking on the tile. Difficult to schedule. On day of scheduled arrival, they called to cancel. Reason: It was cold. They rescheduled me out almost 4 weeks to a date I could not commit to. Last year they did a great job, this year, I tried, but ended up having to skip window washing. read more

Mike responded to my inquiry immediately, I got 3 quotes for exterior window cleaning before deciding. Breeze was the least expensive (by quite a bit) and Mike fit me in that week.
