Our two story roof is very steep and has tough approach. No problem for Todd as a worked on a cold, windy December day both cleaning and covering my gutters. Todd has experience both climbing mountains and cleaning windows on high rises in Vegas. My little house was not an issue for his confidence but there is no way that I'd be comfortable that high. Uh, yeah. Very strange interaction. Don't ask Todd anything about insurance. Seems like a straightforward inquiry for someone walking around on your roof. Todd does a fantastic job taking care of gutters, been using his service for two years now. Todd informed me that he discounts his repeat customers for gutter cleanings (which he did) and also re-cleans them after storms at no charge if they become occluded with debris between regular cleanings. Called him for the complimentary re-clean post hail storm today. After he finished Todd tells me the charge will be $150. (Which is even more than he typically charges) When I inquired about the post storm re-clean he stated that "I don't do that no more" he became visibly annoyed when I asked him why he didn't tell me he had changed this policy before we scheduled. He went on about how doing this job had lost him paying customers today, then stated "Well, you got me this time, but next time it will be $150" Todd acted as if I was intentionally taking advantage of him eventhough he changed this policy without telling me. He never did apologize for the misunderstanding and ultimately left without even a goodbye. I am dumbfounded by his reaction to my inquires for clarification, and disappointed because he was going to be my gutter guy for years to come. Fall is almost upon us and he definitely would have been called upon for my usual fall gutter cleaning. I am unsure why his new change in policy and lack of communication was blamed on the customer as if I had planned in advance to take advantage of his services. Not cool. He had ample opportunities to tell me this wasn't covered anymore especially since he even cancelled on me to re-scheduled this gutter re-cleaning. We have an old house in Denver that is located right by I-25, so our windows get a ton of dust on them throughout the year. We also bought removable storm windows a couple of years back that go on the outside of the regular windows. If you ever want to imagine what hell is like, try cleaning the inside and outside of a detachable storm window AND then the inside and outside of the regular window... ALL FOR ONE WINDOW! It is like trying to align planets to get all 4 pieces of glass clear and streak-free. My husband found Rocky Mountain Window cleaning online, and reached out to them, because he said part of his soul dies every time he has to clean the 18 windows on our house. Todd called us back very quickly, and scheduled a time to come out and make our windows clear again! So, this is where things get 10-star amazing; we had a leaky gutter, a chimney cap that had to be replaced AND we knew we had squirrels getting into our attic. When on his ladder, he saw two spots where squirrels were getting in the attic through rotted wood. While he was on the ladder, he did a quick patch AND he also offered to put our chimney cap on! Who these days goes above and beyond like that?? Anyway, back to the windows. When Todd was done with the windows, we thought about calling the police, because it looked like the windows were GONE. Yes, they were THAT clear! My husband and I have never been able to get our windows that clean and streak-free! Todd was very professional, worked super hard (especially with the storm windows), and then on top of all that went above and beyond with the chimney cap, and patching the roof (and he also patched a small section of our gutter!) All in all, Todd has a great eye for detail, whether it's gutters, windows, or other issues like a squirrel brothel forming in your attic. This guy is awesome, his price is super fair, and we highly recommend him and will be using him each spring from now on! read more

Very unreliable. Was scheduled to come last Thursday (5 days ago) and didn't show up because of inclement weather. I am totally fine with that and wouldn't expect someone to work on a roof when its raining. We rescheduled for Monday (3 days ago). No one ever showed up. My wife called 3 times between Monday and Wednesday (today). No call back or response to her messages. I called Todd from a different number and he picked up. I asked him why he hadn't shown or responded to any of the messages. I was told, "Sorry I wasn't feeling very well and hid under the covers for a few days." When I asked if we were on the schedule for the near future, we were told the earliest available would be August (back to the end of his list). I asked if this happens a lot and was told only 2 or 3 times a year does he not show up to clients homes for their schedule appointments. The best thing about this was the same exact thing happened to us in February. I had another gutter company scheduled and Todd called me and convinced me his business is better and I should cancel the other company. (Shouldn't have done that.) Todd didn't seemed bothered that he had not shown up for us 2 times! Im glad business is good for him but his customer service needs to change. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

I had been searching several layers of the earth for a one-stop shop that cleans both windows AND gutters. Todd called me within a few hours of my online request, on a SATURDAY. This was already an improvement over other contractors we have called when we needed help! We scheduled a time so he could come out Monday morning and have a look at my house. Todd was early- in fact, he called me SUNDAY with an opening and asked if he could come by and start some of the work on the spot if we agreed to a price. He quoted me a price in my front yard for the gutter cleaning that was very reasonable. We shook hands, and he got to work. Todd immediately noticed a few things; he found a section of our gutters that was hidden from our view that was detached, and also informed me of a segment that was rusted through. He pulled and hauled away pounds of sediment and old debris (probably dating from when Coronado passed through Colorado in the 1500's). Todd scraped everything out and even repaired the detached section. Everything drained as should, and even better with the minor repairs he made! All of the debris was gone, and you'd never know he was here (except for the gutters that were spotless!). I was so impressed that we are going to have him out again soon to use his window services. My wife and I have recently had some frustrating experiences with contractors, and even the "good ones" rarely go above and beyond. Todd is one of those "handshake agreement" kind of guys I have been looking for. His price is fair, his quality of work is outstanding, and his willingness to not only point out problems, but offer to make small repairs that I couldn't reach on my own make his company an A+ in my book. Professional, courteous and the price Todd quoted me for my house windows inside and out was more than fair, all without seeing my house first. I have many years behind me of cleaning my own windows; it's what I've been taught my whole life. My mother never hired out in 86 years of age, my aunt who is German living in Germany is 89 and still does her own large farmhouse windows and house cleaning. With those roots running through me I'd never dream of hiring anyone to wash my windows! It's unheard of in my family But this spring and summer I had unexpected health problems and wound up having surgery. Knowing there was no way I could get this job done alone, I called around to 3 places. Third time was a charm!! First guy I called was huffy with me, over priced and seemed like he could careless to have my business. On to the next call. This guy was nice but a quick look at where I live he informed me I'm simply out of his work area; he worked south Denver and Parker area. I live in north Lakewood. My third call was to Todd at "Rocky Mountain Window & Gutter Cleaning" he was willing to come out two days later and he quoted a fair price over the phone telling me, "if the job requires more work than what I've quoted you, I will not charge you anymore than what I quoted you on the phone." Being in no hurry, I booked him out at a more convenient time for my schedule. He said he'd be at my home yesterday by 9:00 AM. At 9:00 sharp he pulled in my driveway. HUGE PLUS on time management!!! I followed him around while he cleaned the inside of my house's windows; he proceeded, quickly and efficiently through each room asking me if the windows were up to my standards. Yes, yes and yes!! AWESOME! I highly recommend Todd to clean your gutters. He is amazing. He is very good with his communication, responding quickly to voicemails, and he was even proactive in contacting me. He thought he would start my job at 9am, but he decided to arrive early and called to ensure that would be ok. Regarding the work, he did an amazing job! He cleaned the gutters by hand first, the used a blower to get everything out and then hosed each and every gutter to ensure there weren't any clogs. When he did find an issue, he used a rod to unclog it. Everything is ready for the rain and snow that will soon be arriving. Another special note ...Todd found a few gutters that weren't attached properly, so he reattached them, so they will be easy to lift and close as necessary.
