The technician was great. we called about a leak or possible leak, you know the dreaded spot on the ceiling. They were able to come out and do an inspection of the roof which they replaced in 2019. They also looked in the attic to see if there was any damage, which they found none. They offered suggestions to solve the issue and offered to come back out if any other issues arise.
