After final inspection he came back to install one vent that was missed on the garage. They cleaned up thoroughly and left everything tidy. This company was also well priced, (we got a few quotes). The only hiccup we had was a trailer getting delivered without advance warning. The roof looks amazing and it was a great experience throughout! Thank you Alex!

They explained the various roof options available, made recommendations, and shared pros and cons. I never felt pressured that I was being upsold, and it really felt like my best interest was their top priority. The communication and scheduling was on point, The installation of the roof and new skylights was absolutely seamless! I also turned to the Kape team for other exterior and interior home projects - exterior paint and installation of new siding, along with interior baseboard, electrical, and some finishing work. Again, an absolutely awesome experience! Communication was always present, scheduling was easy, and I felt like I had a partner I could trust every step of the way. After having some pretty horrible experiences with contractors, Alex at Kape showed me that there are great companies out there who do quality work, charge fairly, and aren't trying to take advantage of their customers. Thank you Alex, Gage and the whole Kape team! You really are one of a kind!

I tried for about a month to get estimates for a minor repair to my skylight. I found people…read morewilling to do the work (through Thumbtack and other services), but I wanted a licensed roofer to do the work to avoid future issues. When I finally found some licensed roofers, getting a quote or responses was a challenge. Rocky Mountain Roof Doctors was the most professional and responsive. They gave me time frames for coming out to do the estimate and delivered within that time frame. They sent the estimate in a timely fashion and quoted far less for the repair than the other companies--and those companies took far longer to do the estimate and didn't seem interested in my small job. Since my repair was not urgent, they let me know they'd call when they planned to be in the neighborhood for other work and would swing by for our repair. They did just that, calling the day before and giving us a four-hour window the next day. Crew members came by about 1/2 hour into that window and were done rather quickly. I'll definitely call them again if I need roof work.

I was walking my dog and encountered these guys working another job in my neighborhod, asked them…read moreto pop over for a quote. Problems I had: 1. I had a leak on the side of my house and the soffit paint was peeling back, wasn't sure if it was a roof leak or a gutter leak. 2. That same corner of my house needs to be re-graded so water flows away from the house. 3. A previous homeowner installed gutter guards only on the back portion of the house, which became stuffed with leaves and started causing other problems. 4. After cleaning my gutters, they discovered another leak where a previous owner hammered a nail into the bottom of the gutter, causing a similar problem to the side of the house where my paint was peeling. Their solutions: 1. Where I had the leak, the gutters weren't flush with the house, causing water to leak between the house and the gutter, therefore causing the paint to peel and potential water damage to the wood underneath (although, luckily, the wood wasn't damaged!). They added some screws to make the gutters flush and repainted the area - it looks great! 2. They added gutter extensions to every corner of my house to keep water flowing away from the house. 3. They cleaned and pressure washed my gutters and my roof, then installed steel mesh gutter guards around the entire house so I never have to clean my gutters again! 4. Before they left, they removed the silicone puddy doing a poor job of keeping water out of the nail hole and instead used some other version that sticks to metal. These guys were responsive, communicative, friendly, and did a good job cleaning up. They explained my problems and their solutions very well. I could tell that Franco takes pride in his work and is knowledgeable about roofs and gutters. Highly recommend!
