Excelllent experience with Mile High Gutter. From the scheduler, to the estimator and finally to the technicians, everyone was nice and professional. The estimate was reasonably priced. The work was completed acurately and the work areas were left clean. This is the second time I have used Mile High Gutter and I am very pleased that they continue to provide quality service and products. read more

Extremely prompt and friendly reply when I reached out for a quote. They came out and did an inspection soon after I called and walked me through their decision process for recommending the gutter guards they did. The installation team was efficient and friendly too. read more

I'm posting this review on behalf of my mother, Andrea Benson. She writes: "We are so pleased with the fresh white gutters on the back of the house, patio edges, and the shed. They give the house a framed, finished look while functioning perfectly. It took some figuring to create gutters along the patio as it is a funky shape and is not level. Dan took the time to hear what I wanted it to look like and he made it happen! He had a lot of knowledge and showed a keen appreciation for details and really came through for us! Big thumbs up! Thank you, Andrea Benson" read more

If there were a rating of zero, I would have checked that. I received a quote with some information about the size of product specified, the material, aluminum, with a number/price. I called and requested a breakdown listing of linear feet, price per linear foot and labor. I was told that they do not supply that information because it may leak to a competitor and/or be used for price comparison , in other words, they do not trust potential customers to handle the information! Wow! read more

Mile High Gutter is the only company you should use. They are professional, affordable, and honest. Their customer service is outstanding. They were booked several months out but communicated with me every step of the way and arrived close to the promised date. The finished look is beautiful!!! Do yourself a favor and only call this company, you will not be disappointed. read more

Mile High Gutters installed our new gutters in July. The gutters weren't installed straightly and we brought this issue to attention and they blamed it on the house. I have old photos of our old gutters and they were much nicely installed than the new ones. The fascia must been rotted in one area and the company severely damaged it without offering or advising how we can fix it. The soffit is also very bent now and out of portion along with the gutters. After the job they left lots of metal shavings, nails and trash that I had to pick up (a bucket full) afterwards so my kids don't step in them. They were in a huge rush because of a storm coming up, a supervisor never came out to check how the employees did the job. I'm just still generally very unhappy how it was done and how it looks. read more

They were quick in responding, but otherwise I did not have a good experience. I told them directly what I wanted but their estimate did not include everything I requested and did include things I did not request and told them I did not want. One part of the bid was even for work I am already having done by someone else (and I told them that). The total price, as best as I could tell, was about 7x higher than the simple 2-part work I requested. Hopefully this review can save others time. read more

Great planning, foresight, and execution by a great team. I highly recommend Mile High Gutter. You can't go wrong with them on your side.

After the recent heavy rain in Denver, the gutter on our commercial property had been damaged. Mile High sent someone over that afternoon. Despite our warranty being expired from the initial install, Mile High repaired the gutter free of charge! Huge thank you to all! Your efficiency and great work are appreciated! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They came out to put in new gutters and explained what they were doing and why. Two years out, I had some issues and they came out the day I called to take a look. They explained what was going on (an issue with the flashing - a roof issue) but did what they could to prevent the problem. When a roofer came out to take a look, they told me it was a gutter problem so I called Mile High and they came out right away and looked again, took video and explained what was happening and what they thought would help. They gave me a referral to another roofing company (Troost). Troost was really helpful as well. Mile High Gutter goes above and beyond. They have great integrity and really care about the quality of their work. read more

I have no complaints. Communication with Peri was great and scheduling was easy. The crew was friendly and professional and showed up on time as scheduled. What a great process from start to finish! Our sales rep, Ken, came by to give us our quote and answered all of our questions. He was a great guy, had some good conversations and received an honest quote for the work. When Damian and his team came to install the gutters, we couldn't believe how timely they were, how efficient the process was and how good our house looks now! The results were even better than we expected. Thanks Mike High Seamless Gutters! read more

Great service, price, and people! I contacted Mile High Seamless Gutters as part of a $60k home renovation to bring our house up to par. Ken Schultz came out to the house and showed nothing but skill and competence. I had already gotten 3 other quotes, but by the time I was finished with the free estimate from Ken, I was convinced who I was going with. Being one of the 6 contractors that was working on my house and yard, I needed Mile High Seamless gutters to be willing to work around other schedules. Thanks to their willingness to work with me, everything went smoothly and the gutters I have on my home are not just better but more efficient than before! If you are looking for GREAT service and don't know who to trust, call Mile High Seamless Gutters! Thanks so much to all the staff! I couldn't be happier with your service! read more

Dan Oliver, from Mile High Seamless Gutters, did a GREAT job fixing my gutters, and was wonderful to work with. I had snow sliding off my solar panels and trying to take my gutters along. Dan rectified the problem, was responsive, hard working, and clearly knew his craft. Highly recommend. If I could give more than five stars, I would. read more

These guys were incredibly efficient and easy to work with. They brought us color samples and answered all of questions. They did the job quickly and everything looks great. My only complaint was the clean up on the job was okay. I would recommend them for sure. read more

We had a small section of our house where the soffits and some siding needed to be replaced due to an ice dam this winter. Our project was too small for most siding companies to take on, but Mile High was happy to help. From getting a quote to paying our invoice, the entire experience was fantastic. Professional and very courteous employees. We're absolutely thrilled with their work! read more

I would like to give a big thanks to Ken Wayne and Felipe for the excellent work they did on our gutters. Ken came out several times to make sure his measurements were correct and the workmen, Wayne and Felipe, are true craftsmen! read more

They provided an estimate which I accepted and I never heard back from them even after I contacted them a second time. Grant it my job was small, but regardless they should follow thru. I will never work with them or Gray Adams again and I recommend you to think twice before hiring them. read more

Our down spots were loose and coming away from our house. Mile High was very responsive, Ken came out within a couple of days to do an estimate and had it fixed the following week for a very fair price. We ended up getting thicker/wider downspouts and they did a great job securing the new spout to our home. Def will use them again. read more

Mile HIgh came out to repair a gutter problem we were having. They were professional and curteous and did a nice job. A couple of weeks later we realized we were still having a small leaking problem at the edge of our roof. We called, and Dan came out the same day and fixed the problem at no extra charge. Everyone from Mile High has been helpful, prompt, and curteous. I would defintiely call them again. read more

First off hands down the reason I went with Mile High is that Ken Schultz was the person that was the first point of contact to get an estimate. He took his time going over the current gutters and making suggestions for improvements. Ken is highly experienced in this trade and I felt super comfortable dealing with him. He also met the install crew on site the day of the project to go over the job. I also liked the two guys who came out to do the actual installation work. One thing that was important to me was to get he hangers into the rafter tails not just the facia. The second thing they did after getting measurements was to mark all of the rafter tails. The installation team did had a couple of downspouts that I wanted done a little differently and it was easy simply talk with Ken and arrange that as well. How a company deals with any issues that come up on a job is very important to me as well. read more

I noticed that one of my gutter downspouts screws had worked itself out from the house. I called Mile High and spoke to Brenda and advised her of the issue. Brenda told me that the warranty was valid for three years. Well this company is the template of customer service. The repair was made within two hours of my phone call to Brenda! Now that is customer service!! I would recommend this company to anyone that appreciates fabulous service! read more

Our experience with Mile High Gutter was less than stellar. The problem seems to be with the office and sales side of the business vs. the install teams. We knew that we would want to coordinate with our house painters to get the house painted while the gutters were removed and I specifically asked Mike about this during the estimate. He assured me that it would not be a problem. We ultimately selected MHG and sent them the contract via on May 20th along with a request for some possible install dates to pass on to our painters for availability. I got a reply thanking us for choosing MHG, but no mention about dates other than they were about 6 weeks out on installs. I heard nothing for over a week and sent another email on June 1st to ask again. Still nothing, so I sent yet another email on June 13th, this time I CCd Mike, our estimator to see if that might help. I finally got a phone call from Mike and had to coordinate with our painters to settle on a date to install, mind you this is nearly 4 weeks after I initially asked for potential dates. I had also asked Mike for a color sample for our painter to match the gutter color on the house trim. It took another three weeks and multiple emails to get that and it only showed up 6 days prior to the install date. Due to the apparent lack of communication in the office at MHG we had to have the gutters removed on July 14th and our painter was (understandably) unable to completely rearrange their schedule to start on the 14th after the gutters were removed. We had told MHG that we would talk to the painters and see if they were able to finish and have the gutters reinstalled on the 16th. We got an email at 8:01 in the morning on the 15th (painting day) asking if the painters would be done that day. We responded 92 minutes later after conferring with the painters to tell them that we would have to have them come back on the 20th - as we had previously coordinated as a possible back-up day. All good, right. Well, Monday morning, we got a phone call that I couldn't take, followed immediately by a rather unprofessional email asking us to confirm that the house was ready for their crew to show up the next morning. I was confused. I double checked the email to make sure that our original confirmation that we sent them on the 15th went through and it did. The two stars are only on the review due to the install crew that seems to have done a decent job. The gutters look good and I assume there are no leaks, but we will have to evaluate that after the next big rain. So, in summary, the product appears to be of good quality, but it might be a headache trying to get any info from MHG or trying to coordinate with another contractor. read more

Great service and communication from start to finish...had to postpone the initial date due to weather, but contacted us right away and came on next available date. The gutters are a perfect match and we can finally hear the water actually flowing! Love the recommendation to install larger size, and the install team was fast and efficient, even though they had to work around snow. Highly recommend. read more

Having an issue with the house and not sure if it's a gutter or siding problem. Called Mile Hi on Monday morning, spoke to person who took my info and said someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Not hearing from anyone by Tuesday afternoon, I called back and was told Mile High would leave another message on the estimators desk and he would get back to me in a couple of days. In my opinion, very poor customer service. read more

I had them remove my old plastic gutters and install new aluminum gutters. The guy they had do the estimate was very experienced and proposed a new design to evenly distribute water load in certain heavy areas and recommend rain chains instead of downspouts for light areas. The entire removal and installation took just 6 hours and they were very clean, I didn't find any debris when they left. read more

Mile High replaced our old gutter system a few months ago with larger gutters. After the last bout of freezing temps and ice build up, we called about a couple of areas of concern. Dan came out and reviewed the problem and explained the issue with us. He caulked n talked and reassured us everything was ok. A good indication of a good company is how they handle a problem. They are lucky to have Dan..... nice guy. The Rhoades family read more

I'm always suspicious and cynical with re: to home services I have no experience with (plumbing, electrical, etc.), and so it's helpful to find a company to partner with on these kinds of projects that will a) provide patient customer service b) who takes pride/ownership in their work, and so will follow up with concerns even after the job is "done". MHSG hit the bullseye for us on both counts. We would highly recommend them. Gutter work must be a really tough business, low margins, etc. and yet Dena and Ken and their installers were patient and went the extra mile to help us feel happy with our expenditure. For the non-DIY expert, I felt they were that most helpful of home-service provider -- trustworthy. read more

They did a great job. Prompt service, keeping the appointments as promised and followed up to make sure I was happy with the installation.

Called Mile High, along with many other gutter companies to request a quote, and Mile High was one of few to call me back and set up a time for the quote. After they came , it was only two and a half weeks until they were able to put the gutters on. Our crew consisted of two people, Damien being the lead, and they were both very courteous. Damien took the time to make sure that the gutters were in place exactly where we wanted them. Very happy with the finished product and would recommend their services. read more

I had to add something from my original bid, and usually companies want to charge a premium for any additional work, but Mile High didn't worry about it. The gutters were hung to drain well, and if the gutter dropped below the flashing extra flashing was added, and the tip ups are very nice. I would (if I could) take a 1/2 star off for screws left on the street. An investment of a magnet (like roofers have) to pick up nails/screws would be good. read more

What a great company! I couldn't be happier. When I called for an estimate, Dan came the same day. Next day he emailed an estimate and contract. Estimate was a fair price. Honest about my needs and options cost. Told me work could be done in 2 weeks. Gave me a week's notice work would be done and I was scheduled. They called me to confirm. Rob, Kyle and Daniel was on time and professional. They were so nice and hard working. They did a great job. Cleaned up my yard. Even the office gal was so nice to me and all the employees really act appreciative of your business. And I only had a small job - my garage! Other companies I called never returned a phone call or didn't get out to give me an estimate. A+ Thank you so much! read more

We had our gutters done this week, and I have to say that they did an excellent job. They worked on the gutters while my husband and I were at work and when we got home, we were so impressed with their work. They were professional and also called me with suggestions. We worked with Nick, Dan, and Brenda and they were all outstanding professionals. We would recommend Mile High Gutters to anyone and everyone. Prior to having our gutters replaced, Dan did an assessment and recommended that we consider having our soffit and facia replaced. This was prior to that last 2016 big snow in Denver. Sure enough, after that snow came, we could clearly see that this was the very last winter for our soffit/facia. Dan recommended a contractor - Lee from LB's Painting and Repair. We are so thankful. Lee did an awesome job and his team really cared about the outcome. He pointed out that the soffit over the garage desperately needed additional support. His recommendation made complete sense, as the roof had started to bow over the garage. It's surprising that this was not something that was noticed in our home inspection, prior to purchasing our house in October. Our roof is now even-leveled and safe. Lee's pricing was beyond reasonable and he really made a difference in the way our home looks. I have to thank Mile High for not only doing a wonderful job, but for recommending Lee and his team to us. Thank you! We are so excited about the new and improved look of our home! Thanks a million!
