It was noticeable when I was searching for a roofing company that Beard Brothers had so much higher rating than all the others. I called a few and was totally impressed by this company. Jack was great. He texted to see if it was OK to show up a bit early then texted when he got there. We looked at the roof together and in the end he reassured me that while there was a couple of shingles that were off he then explained why he didn't think that it required any further work. We've had occasional leaking from our attic, so we contacted Beard Brothers. Pete Ambrose came out, listened to our situation, crawled up on the roof to check out the suspected vent, then climbed through the attic to investigate the problem. He was polite and took the time to explain what he thought the issue was, and how it could be fixed. He showed a video he took of the pipe, to show where the water seemed to be leaking from. Since the leaks are only occasional in the winter, and since there didn't seem to be water damage anywhere else, he suspected that warm air from the laundry room was condensing as it went through the long pipe in the cold attic, precipitating back down, leaking through the pipe-elbow, back onto the drywall ceiling. He suggested wrapping insulation around the pipe in the attic and offered to do the job if we didn't want to. The explanation made sense, and the solution sounds easy and cost-effective. read more

I worked with Beard Brothers roofing after a hail Storm in 2024. My roof, several windows, siding were all impacted. I originally hired beard Brothers because of the great reviews and genuine professionalism they demonstrated. Throughout the process, they helped me work with my insurance company and the subcontractors to complete the work. When I ran into troubles with the insurance company not paying out as much as they needed to they swooped right in to help me out. I think that the true reason that I give them five stars isn't just because of the good work they did, it comes from the character they demonstrated when running into challenges. We have a leak from our roof in the enclosed patio area connected to our home. I sent a request to Beard Brothers roofing on Friday afternoon to which Pete responded immediately. Pete worked with me to find a time the very next day (Saturday) to come out and check out the roof/leak. Pete updated me earlier in the day as to when he would come by verifying the time was good for me as well to be home. Pete showed up on time today. After getting on the roof numerous times, using a little infrared camera and using our water hose to see where the leaks were, Pete found the leak. He went over options for fixing the leak and we went with sealing the roof where the leak is at for the time being. Pete was on time, professional, and very cordial. If the sealant does not work as hoped, I will be calling Pete back as he was great and very knowledgable. He went above and beyond to help me out which I truly appreciate and is rare these days. Pete took pictures and explained what was in the photos in Laymans terms. I absolutely recommend Pete to help you fix your roof and if I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!! I called about 2 weeks ago because we noticed a leak forming. He said the roof was destroyed because of hail. Fast forward to today. His crew arrived earlier than expected which was fine by me. I was absolutely thrilled they got here early. Work started promptly and although they aren't quite done, we thought this would be a week long process, not one day. The new roof was exactly what I requested and it looks fantastic. Mike took care of the insurance issues and he is even doing my neighbor's roof too. He noted the same damage on their roof and walked over and spoke with them. I can't say enough good things about Mike and his level of professionalism. He also responds to questions really fast and communication with him is super easy. I highly recommend them and if I need a new roof in the future, I will be reaching out to him again.
