He let me know a couple of parts needed to be ordered so it would be a couple of days. He said they would call me to let me know when it was coming in to schedule the next visit. The communication after this was a bit choppy. I had to call a couple of times to get an update and it ended up being more than a week to get the parts in, which is fine.. I just wanted someone to let me know. He came back yesterday with the parts and got me all sorted out and I'm back to being chained to laundry (haha). Overall it was a good experience.

I was very clear that this was for my condo for my tenant. Tenant has a dog and you have to coordinate with him. Dryer repairman asked me to text him the address to a different cell phone, which I did. I included my tenant. Dryer-man said he could be there the next day, but never responded with a time. I called at 9am the next day. He said he would call. He allegedly did, but did not give my tenant a time frame. Then, I called again to say I was going to find someone else/cancel the appointment. He started yelling at me, I said bye and hung up. Then, he responded to the texts. He had the nerve to call me bossy and tell me I needed a chill pill when I never wanted to be a middleman between these two adults anyway. Why he couldn't respond to a text (that he requested) and then call me bossy when I wanted a response on behalf of my tenant is beyond me. I do not recommend.

Joe checked compressor, two fans, all working. Took photos to Mountain Maytag on Sunday for parts. Tony was in, said it was probably a Whirlpool motherboard. Fortunately not LG or Samsung parts are back ordered. Scheduled Tuesday afternoon service call!!! Ken had motherboard and was able to install. Opportunity to clean behind the refrigerator, the floor and the inside. Did lose a few vegetables, and milk but most refrigerator contents went into our garage freezer. $400 repair sure beat having to buy a new refrigerator!!!!
