I was very clear that this was for my condo for my tenant. Tenant has a dog and you have to coordinate with him. Dryer repairman asked me to text him the address to a different cell phone, which I did. I included my tenant. Dryer-man said he could be there the next day, but never responded with a time. I called at 9am the next day. He said he would call. He allegedly did, but did not give my tenant a time frame. Then, I called again to say I was going to find someone else/cancel the appointment. He started yelling at me, I said bye and hung up. Then, he responded to the texts. He had the nerve to call me bossy and tell me I needed a chill pill when I never wanted to be a middleman between these two adults anyway. Why he couldn't respond to a text (that he requested) and then call me bossy when I wanted a response on behalf of my tenant is beyond me. I do not recommend.

Looking back over my phone log which is still intact from November, There was one call in voicemail from Sean and I returned this call. We discussed the two options as I stated in my review. I received no further calls no further voicemails. Not sure who he's calling, but it is not me. I haven't requested any more service because they've proven three times that they can't fix it. Every time they come out, they drill more holes in the cabinets when they reinstall it. And as you can see by reading Aurora Appliance repairs reviews, they likely aren't capable of fixing it.. So I have all the repair slips they left after they finish playing with it and poking at it and they had installing a couple parts. And it operates just like before, with great difficulty You have to slam the door just right to get it to start. If it doesn't start you have to cancel and hold the buttons and then re-enter the command you wanted it to do and then try closing it again, It's frustrating. I don't have block unknown number active on my phone so a voicemail would've gotten through. I guess we're pretty resigned with the Beko being a really subpar piece of equipment from the company that advertises service in their commercials, but does not actually provide that themselves.

Opportunity to clean behind the refrigerator, the floor and the inside.
